Being a returning customer I was shocked at the lack of professionalism, lack of listening to ones needs, and attitude. I reached out to the manager thinking I could get the vehicle choice and payments in my price range. My car was in an accident and was totaled. I never missed a payment to my lender and had a higher credit score this time around. I explained that situation and asked to have my credit ran to my previous lender. I SPECIFICALLY asked to NOT have my credit ballooned out to all their lending options since I was trying to purchase a home in the next six months. I also had a price range I wanted to to stay in so I could continue being within my budget. Not only did they not stay in my budget, but ballooned out my credit. Not once, but 6 times. When the salesman called me he told me he had an option that would fit in my budget and I should come test drive it. I made arrangements on a Sat to come over. I could not even get any questions answered regarding the loan options, price, etc. because the manager was out of the store. But, was given the option to put a $500.00 deposit on the car I test drove. I declined since I had no clue what the loan terms were. Monday morning they called and acted like they had everything ready to go. I came in and waited again for the salesman to sit down and show me a loan payment that was $140 more that I wanted. I politely told him that price was not in my budget and would not work. I asked the interest rate on the loan and he could not provide it. I was told that $140.00 more was not that bad of a deal and to see if I could just make it work. I told him it wasnt going to work. I got up and left. He eventually called with a car that was no where near what I had asked for. I ended up going to another dealership and they let me know that I had 6 hard credit inquiries from Guaranteed Autos lenders. I called to speak to the manager and he was conveniently out of the store. I asked for a call back and he never called me back. If I could give a 0 rating, that would not even begin show my frustration and disappointment I have with them. Your customers wants and needs should come before your commission checks. When the salesperson was asked why my credit was ran that many times after I told them not too, his response was, Sorry, I did not know that. Communication must not be happing there!

Lease to buy option if you dont have the best credit and online vehicle inventory didnt match what they had in their lot. 4 year difference in year of vehicle is a big difference. Got the same pricing elsewhere for a newer vehicle same mileage.

Wish i could do less than 1 star....i bought a lemon from this place not knowing it til 3 days after when they called me into sign some paper work and on that paper is claims it was just bought back cause the gas cap. Clearly not ive had nothing but problems they want me in somthing know being at least 6,000 in debt Jeep Corporate wont even do anything about. I shouldve just kept with my old car 1997 Pontaic Sunifre i got a 2014 Jeep PatriotIdk how they place even has 5 star ratings

Good experience. They got us into a lease for a very reliable 2013 Chevy Sonic, even though we have bad credit. They dont care about that. All they look at is your income. I wish everyone was more like that!

Friend of mine purchased a JEEP that was a customer buy back and was not stated at the time of sale that it was so, then was told 2 weeks later to come back and sign a paper that stated that it was a buy back and also stated that it was required to be signed at the time of sale which it was not, he is having nothing but problems with the vehicle and is unsafe to drive but yet this dealership will not do anything but give him way less than what he owes on it making it impossible to get another vehicle. This is what I call bad business and seems to me they took advantage of a first time buyer for there advantage, me nor anyone I know will ever buy a vehicle from this dealer as this isnt the first time I have seen this happen.

Sales seemed disinterested once I ment I owned I wouldnt be buying anything for 6-8 weeks. The manager stated she didnt know the vehicle prices. Seemed odd to me.
