Brought in my 2003 Durango for a key programming, I absolutely loved the atmosphere. The Tech was young but wonderful and well on his way to becoming a great technician.Jason was full of life and laughs! Definitely helped my little family out!100% recommend, great owners, employees and management!!
I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation. My wheel lock nut key is kept in my passenger seat storage. The workers were unable to open it as the fabric pull tab was stuck down inside the storage compartment. I was also unable to open it. They did the oil change just fine. My husband just got it open in 2 minutes by releasing it from underneath the seat. LPK workers were either to lazy to mess with it or not smart enough. Either way I wont be a return customer.

If I could give zero stars I would. The sales team was rude and hard to work with. This includes the Salesman, Fiance Manager and General Manager. I have tried working with them twice and unfortunately got the same result. You get a quote online that differs from the quote from the Salesman. When you ask for a explanation of the difference the Salesman is unable to give one. They add on extra hidden fees which I have not seen at any other Dealership. As a consumer, I should not feel like I am being taken advantage of. They talk down to you and twist words to try to make it seem as though they have your interest in mind. It is clear that they do not care for their customers. You should not have to argue with a Salesman about purchasing their product. I am a true believer in supporting local businesses. After this experience, I will never shop at LPK Defiance again. I truly feel sorry for anyone who purchases a vehicle from them.

Really liked the easy demeanor of the employees. Everyone was very nice and very helpful. Our salesman Aaron went totally out of his way for us...literally! He even drove an hour and a half ( one way ) to bring the paperwork to us to sign! He also searched online to help us find an extra part for our new Jeep. The manager Tom is also very personal, and threw in a tonneau cover he had on hand -free !! The price here was a great deal ! Especially given the fact that new/newer trucks are hard to find with the current chip shortage- not to mention that the prices of trucks have skyrocketed !!We are 100% happy with LPK, and WILL be back if were looking for another vehicle!
I was there almost every day for a week to get our van fixed. After almost $800 in and the problem still not fixed, we decided to go elsewhere for a second opinion. Turns out this place had not only broken a clip on a solenoid pack to the transmission while replacing the pans, they had gotten trans fluid in the solenoid connectors and also didnt seal the trans pans well enough after replacing both because it is now leaking again. We had a quick learn done which was needed but also didnt fix the limp mode issue. They also forgot to put back the coolant reservoir tank after a repair and let me drive the 30 minutes home without it. They remedied that by giving me a free detail and having a tech bring it out that night. I appreciate that but I didnt feel comfortable taking my vehicle back there, especially after they told me it would then be another $1500 to hopefully fix the problem. If it wasnt for another dealership recommended to us, we would still be jumping through hoops with this place.

Jacob, Tom and Angela were kind, helpful, and professional. The entire transaction was painless and I really appreciated their fair prices on a quality vehicle. My only complaint is that I wished they had told me before the purchase that the vehicle does not come with an owners manual (yes, I know Im old fashioned). Furthermore, the car was delivered to me with a quarter tank of gas. Probably minor points in the grand scheme of things but when you invest a significant amount of your money in a vehicle, you expect the dealership to handle the little things as well as the big things correctly. And I thought not providing the customer with a full tank of gas was a bit amateurish. But overall, pleasant buying experience and I would purchase from them agin.

Today was my first visit here since under the new ownership and I was kind of hesitant, but my check engine light was on and I called. I was offered to bring the Jeep in this afternoon after work and they would check it out. It was darn near closing time and they offered to stay over to replace the sensor that was malfunctioning if I’d like. I was hesitant due to not wanting the tech to be forced to stay over, but they were certain they would be more than happy to do this. It was done within the hour and I was on my way. Now that’s excellent customer service!!

Do not recommend by any means. Bought an F-150 with 86,000 miles on it from them. Had it FIVE days and the motor blew. Didnt even go through one tank of gas. When we first spoke to them, they said they would repair it or break the contract. After numerous attempts on our end we didnt hear from them for a WEEK after that. Then they told us they would only give us $3,000 towards a new crate motor ( minimum $10,000 to fix). Also, when telling us about the $3,000, the man on the phone pointed out he didnt have to give us anything towards fixing it at all. I understand things like this happen sometimes, but the fact they wouldnt fix it fully and had to remind us they didnt have to fix it, infuriates me. Will NEVER give them business or recommend them again!

Tried to work a deal was not difficult sent them a Bill of Sale and just asked them to match it. But made it very difficult. I work in the same business and would not employ the sales person the the manager terrible.
Last time I took my jeep in I had asked repeatedly to have an alignment and tire rotation done. They even told me how they had a new machine where they just drive it in and it does it.. But NEVER did either! This time I go back because my jeep is making loud thumps while driving. I was told it was because I needed all new tires. Had they been rotated like I asked I wouldnt have believed this. I get my jeep back yesterday and its making the same noise! $800 later. I definitely feel like Im being taken advantage of! I will never go back. I used to only take my jeep here but the last 2 times, I guess since the new building. Its been horrible!

I showed up at this facility because my van was not working correctly. I had no heat in my windshield wipers would not stop going. I had three children with me and it was after the biggest snowstorm that we have had this winter. They squeezed me in and ran to Toledo to get the part they needed for my van. Roughly nine months ago I was shopping the Indianapolis market for a 2014-2017, low miles, V6-equipped, 4WD, Toyota Tacoma with Access Cab and clean history.Examples I found in the Greater Metro Indy area were high miles, or too-HIGH-priced, and/or had dings on their CarFax reports and/or indications of poor maintenance.I expanded my online search radius to 250 miles. In that search I found a hit that appeared to be a perfect match at Derrow Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM. I took a chance and did the 157-mile drive to discover a genuinely friendly, no-pressure, no-hype, no-games, small-town dealership that defied all the negative stereotypical dealership experiences Id had in lots of personal and business dealership purchases over 30-plus years.The extremely clean and nearly flawless 2017 Tacoma SR5, V6, 4WD, Access Cab I went there to see had only 9,965 miles, a spotless CarFax report, and was priced $2000 to $4000 less than comparable examples Id found around Indianapolis.I waited approximately 30 minutes to meet with Randy Bray, the sales rep Id spoken with by phone, while he wrapped up a transaction with another customer. He frequently came out to check on me, though. His co-workers, too, frequently checked on me. I dont mind a long wait with that kind of caring attention.Ive never purchased a new or used vehicle without traditional haggling. When I made an offer on the Tacoma, I was politely advised that Derrows inventory is aggressively priced for no-haggle sales. Because of the extensive shopping and comparisons Id done, I knew this was true, at least with this Tacoma.The next test was to see if there would be any of the numbers games commonly played by dealers with line items on purchase and finance agreements (extended warranties, dealer-installed extras, excessive doc fees, hidden fees, or other typical dealership BS).I was pleasantly surprised that there was nothing of the sort. There was a little polite effort made to sell me an extended warranty; but after two polite statements that I didnt want an extended warranty, it was dropped.In a couple months Ill have had the Tacoma for a year. Ive already added 13,000 miles to the odometer and have been very pleased with the truck and the experience with Derrow, their sales rep, Randy Bray, and the other Derrow team members with whom I interacted.Well definitely check in with Derrow CDJR when were shopping our next vehicle for personal or business needs.

This dealership would not accept my financing I brought with me from PNC. This dealership provides financing through PNC and on PNCs website it says this type of franchise dealership accepts the financing I brought with me. The way the dealership financing department spoke to me, I would never trust them with my personal information. If youre reading this, find somewhere else to buy your vehicle.

I called on a car and was not told about a LARGE dent down the side. The salesperson knew it was a 3 hour drive and said nothing. Then proceeded to tell me all prices are as is even though there was no body damage mentioned nor pictured. I would not have even considered buying or coming to look at a car with damage on it let alone pay over 10k. Carfax is your friend on this place!
We were shopping for a very specific car. We prefer to shop online and try to negotiate our trade in and purchase prior to traveling to dealership. Not many were willing to work with us, except Lindsey and Jake with Derrow! They made the whole process very easy. They maintained excellent communication with me via phone, text, and email. We pretty much had the whole thing finished before we left our home. We traveled 8 hours each way from Tennessee to purchase our vehicle from Derrow and we are happy we did! We got what we wanted and they were a pleasure to work with! They had the car ready for us and we just had to take a test drive and sign! They were friendly and professional. Even checked on us the next day to make sure we made it safely back home and were enjoying our new car! Highly recommend!
From the very beginning when we found this truck Lindsay was very helpful. From her she sent us to Mike the salesman. Everyone was very helpful in answering any questions and nobody was ever pushy on making a decision. We live almost 3 hours from the dealership, had financing before we made the drive, we test drive the truck finished some final paperwork and we were back home before my kids got off the bus. I purchased a vehicle from Derrow in Ohio driving from Michigan. Mike and Tito were great in getting me in the vehicle and getting the most for my trade in. Upon driving the vehicle home, we had an issue with a recall and Tito was extremely helpful and getting the issue dealt with for me through another dealership closer to home. Mike was great and straight forward in his help in getting me set up in my new vehicle. I also got a flat sometime between getting the vehicle and and on my way home and they were helpful in covering part of the cost of the repair tire. We drove an hour away to visit the showroom and to look at the Gladiator. I was also interested in one of the minivans that they had on sale. Ric Barajas helped us. We were very appreciative of him allowing my partner and I to sit in the Jeep Gladiator that they had out front. We know nothing about Jeep other than they are manufactured in Toledo and many people in this area has one and they are fun and great for off-roading. Unfortunately, we dont have any friends that has a Jeep that could provide us the experience of owning one, advice, or even letting us know what options we may have! We knew nothing about the Gladiator before arriving to the showroom and Ric was able to spout off 20 different options in under 30 seconds. I asked if my partner and I could sit in the red gladiator out front and he said sure and he let us know it was the $58,000 one! $10k more than I had expected, but after my partner and I sat in it, she absolutely fell in love. She wanted to buy the Jeep that moment!!! I told her Honey, we have to Buy SMART and know what it is before we buy. Hell, Ric was nice enough to let us know to go down the street to test drive one. The Red Gladiator might just be the one we want and Ric was able to inspire us to find someone that knows about Jeeps. Thank you, Ric. We are actively looking for a Red Gladiator with navigation and hopefully we will get to drive one soon. I guess with all the excitement of the Gladiator, we forgot to check on the used minivans they had.
Awesome experience! Jim helped us out with the vehicle and was great to work with. I gave them a number that I wanted to stay around for monthly payments and Tito worked his magic and made it happen. Angela was able to explain everything regarding the finances and was super friendly. Jim even drove 45 min the next day to deliver something to me that was forgotten at the dealership. Will definitely look to buy my next vehicle from them!

Showed up with a busted RV I recently purchased and was stranded. They took the time to verify if they could possibly repair it and did so. We dropped it off around 6pm and texted me at 9am to say it was ready!!! These guys are the real MVP!!!

I called at noon to inquire about a vehicle that I saw online. I live 2 hours away and did not want to drive a total of 4 hours for no reason. The salesman stated that he would inspect the vehicle to make sure it was in pristine condition. I called again when I got off of work to ensure it was worth the drive. He stated to me that the he would recommend the vehicle for a family member and that it would be exactly what you would expect from a Cadillac with less than 60k miles so I decided to make the drive When I arrived and started the vehicle I noticed a ticking from the motor right away. I decided to take it for a test drive and almost immediately I could feel a vibration in the steering wheel and when I pressed the brakes. This is not what I would expect from a Cadillac with less than 60k miles. I immediately took it back and drove 2 hours home. I am very disappointed! I wasted over 4 hours of my day and a tank of gas. I would never deal with this company in the future. Thanks for wasting my day and my gas!
