Reason for 3 stars, is you can never count on it to be open. Sometimes 5 or 5:30 or 6 or now 6:30 AM. At some points it was 12:00. I have to be at work at 6. They staff are very nice and apologetic. Tyler is a standout at this location.....

One of the more poorly run Starbucks. You cant order ahead, the place is dirty.

Google and Starbucks website shows that they open at 5AM. It’s not 5:30AM and not a worker in sight. No hours on building.

The place is nice and clean. There are many seats outside and insides. Also the atmosphere is good. But the taste of the Frappuccino is worse than the other Starbucks. The two drinks I ordered don’t taste as good as they do when I order them from other stores. I don’t know how it happened but that’s the reason why I don’t give them 5 stars.

I stopped to buy for my cousins and still cant tell you why people wait in line for 30 minutes to pay huge prices for coffee that never tasted good to me. I like Dunkin much better. The atmosphere at Starbucks is far superior and the wi-fi good but I havent the time to sit for hours.

Usually i have a great experience especially when Logan is here managing. Today I experienced probably the worst experience with the store manager named Josh. Not only did he charge me for a Venti beverage but he made a grande after I waited 15 minutes and he was rude to me when I politely asked for him to go over the beverage with me and how long it would take. I don’t know what’s going on with the Starbucks but I’ve been going here for three years and it’s going downhill

The girls in this place are very friendly, the place is clean to sit down and have something delicious.

Maybe it’s just me, maybe it’s just the time of day I’m here which is usually in the afternoons, I only stop by here when I have to. This place takes forever to get orders. Also not very dynamic group, often one-word engagements. If you want a great experience, go to the Starbucks either on your Yamato Road just west of 95, or if you are in Deerfield Beach, go to the one that is on the corner of Hillsboro and powerline. Absolute greatest customer service in the world at that one!

Use drive thru pick up. Appreciate their safety efforts to prevent the spread of the virus. Very nice staff.

I wait was long and the pink drink taste just like coconut milk. It seem they just poured a little flavor to change the color and this it.

Maria was awesome tonight!! She made us feel so comfortable in the drive thru and was so kind, polite, and helpful. She recommended us a drink that we ended up trying, and she gave us her own personal free drink!! 5 stars to her! She needs to get a pay raise!!

Disgusting bathrooms and staff attitudes. Bathroom was filthy and without toilet paper or soap. I tried to mention this to an employee off to the side and she could not be bothered to acknowledge me despite the fact that there’s an ongoing pandemic. Makes you wonder how the staff handling our food and beverages are washing their hands after using the facilities.

Just spent 23 minutes to go through the drive thru and I’m still sitting here. Awesome

Quick services, great costumer service and fast!

This has to be one of the least friendly & efficient stores. Theyre always busy, but seem unable to find their rhythm. They get the order right about half the time, and it always takes longer than expected. The last two times I went in to pick up a mobile order it wasnt in the pick up area. The first time I waited a bit, the last time I asked right away. Both times (different baristas) they caught an attitude with me, but then handed over my beverage from somewhere way out of reach of the pick up area.

I asked for my drink to be re-made because I didnt like it and I payed like $7 for it and its almost like they didnt believe me when I even have a receipt . Ive been a gold member since 2015 . I think I deserve a little more consideration but whatever.

LEARN HOW TO PROPERLY MAKE AN AMERICANO. No one wants to pay $5 for a small coffee that you mess up anyway. My coffee is water because the correct ratio of water is never put in. There is too much. I now have coffee flavored water with cream.

The staff here are amazing and always caring individuals There has always been a sense of belonging local community at this Starbucks . If something is wrrong they do their best to make it right.without judgement and a positive attitude. Last time I walked in this location an employee was more worried about talking to the manager about her schedule than to greet me and take my order. Had to to get someone from another area to come take my order. Even after I got her attention by saying Hello! Welcome to Starbucks! How May I Help You?!? She just looked at me and kept talking to this so called manager. Neither recognized nor cared that a customer was at the counter and waiting to be served.I will never go back there. Ill go to D&D which is right down the street. Cheaper and better service! Why Pay MORE for LESS!

The only downside to this location is they are always poppin, so the drive thru lines are long. I avoid by doing mobile order. The staff at this location is always helpful and friendly. I called today and spoke to (Daniel? I think) who went above and behind helping me with a nice note on my Uber Eats order that was being sent to a friend.

I waited 15 minutes - - 15 MINUTES - - after ordering inside (nobody in line) for them to put one Petite Vanilla Scone (unheated) in a bag, toss on the tray, and yell scone... What kind of place is this? The staff seems very unhappy. Perhaps they should start looking around because I am sure other people would like the job. 🙄

Im a regular here. The team is so sweet & kind. They keep the place clean and work hard to abide by COVID regulations. Definitely recommend this Starbucks for your coffee & food!

They were shocked that I was trying to reuse a perfectly good and clean cup from the previous day in order to reduce my footprint and waste, making me feel like I was doing something wrong and tossing away my cup. I asked for a refund when I encountered such behavior and I was offered a free drink and a $5 gift card that I refused to accept.Plastic waste is already a big issue, but sadly that won’t change anytime soon when people is not willing to contribute a little to the cause.

I was very happy with my trip to Starbucks. I didnt have to wait long for my drink. The people that worked there were friendly and got my order right. I was very pleased with the service. A+

Id like to say that Justin Mohammed is a great person! Hes one of the few that cares about his customers and their needs or wants in drinks. I knew him when he worked at another location in Pompano. I dont frequent starbucks as much as I did due to health issues but when Im out occasionally in the area I will stop in this location bc I know Ill be well taken care of. The staff there are nice as well and its very clean.

Quick drive through

I stop going to Starbucks after they found a problem with a few Blacks who were waiting at the restaurant. Sometimes if I Am waiting for someone else to arrive, I may sit anticipating the arrival. I too am BLACK.

Went around the corner to laundry mat to do laundry and decided to go get coffee. Three large washers, 32 min each...this Starbucks is two min around the corner. I had a mobile order, sat in line for 30 min and when I got to window they said we will start to work on it now. Needless to say my clothes were done by the time I got back. That was the first time I went through, later went through again with no one in line at drive thru, still waited 20 min, was told the same thingwe will start on it now and then didnt know the drink cause the ticket I guess got lost and on the app said grilled cheese was absolve. Theyre were none when I got there. And why is mobile order pick up closed at 4 pm in lobby?... drink tasted great but everything else... disappointed.

Politely asked to leave the property as I was standing out front at 5PM, with my mask looped around my ears, while also smoking a $90 cigar (Davidoff 80th anniversary) which I had been hoping to enjoy with some coffee and likely a sweet snack or treat. Despite the website saying that theyre open till 9PM AND the huge sign out front staying in real big letters that theyre open, it is apparently too much to ask them to sell & walk a coffee directly out the front door during daylight hours when theyre clearly not going to get robbed while fully staffed & in complete view of a packed shopping center. Of course, you are also not permitted to walk through the drive-thru for legal reasons. Ill get over it and enjoy a walk 8 blocks south to Dunkin Donuts. (Note to owner and staff: While you may be selling coffee, you are certainly NOT open!).

Great service! Couldnt find the one I bought last week. So I bought this one too :-) Very light and easy to fold it back, just follow the original folded lines. A beautiful bag.

Terrible service, asked for two iced coffees and received two hot instead, when asked the baristas to remake they gave me a hard time about it. After finally remaking it for me the coffees were still wrong.

The rudest employees ever! I came last week and asked for a glass of water. The employee gave me an attitude. Not to mention when I asked for a refill! She started communicating with other employees via microphone about me getting 2 glasses of water. I felt totally embarrassed and discriminated.Today I came again. They were talking between them instead of taking care of customers. An employee at the drive through window was denying a refill to a customer making the other car waiting, instead of expediting and moving on. The customer was explaining that she was going to pay for it. But the employee kept answering to get inside the store. Rude with a smile!

Excellent Christmas latte !

Went through the drive thru tonight to get a hot tea. I was the only one there since it was around 7:15pm. I sat at the window after ordering at the speaker for about 10 minutes until someone realized I was there. I didn’t want to be that person who honks their horn and was irritated. They finally acknowledged me and said they would give me a free drink and then he disappeared for another 3 minutes. I asked for 2 packets of honey to be put in the cup and he said he put them in. He gave me a burning hot cup of tea that burned my hand with no sleeve on it and no honey in the tea either :-(

You couldn’t pay me to go back there. Waited for 20 minutes for a drink. Complained to the barista and she said she had to skip us because the iced drinks take longer. We waited and when we drank it we realized she didn’t add any sweetener to the drink, what a coincidence.

Worst store ever. Was close to never going to Starbucks again after a significant number of bad customer experiences but this one pushed me over the edge. 12 minutes after an order, ended up leaving with no refund due to long line and incompetency of staff. Asked a couple times where order was. First time it was next and then it was I can’t find it and I’m not checking on it and too busy and stop bothering us. Will permanently stop bothering Starbucks. Lost a loyal customer for life due to inadequacy of staff.
