The staff and management were rude and unhelpful. Not sure why but they refused to take my business serious and were actually laughing in my face to themselves. The bathrooms were dirty. The floor was sticky. There was a roach crawling over the pizzas. Employees were not wearing masks. No social distancing. Yesterday a homeless man was yelled at to remove himself from the property but the guy panhandling signatures for petitions has all access. What a mess.

Supposed to be open 24 hours a day, but it seems that someone wants to keep the place closed at 1:40am when I needed to make a quick purchase. Two other patrons came to the door, waited a few minutes, and left.No note was left on the door (in case it was a bathroom break or something)I waited in my car for almost 10 minutes, and even saw an employee walking in the back room though a window in the door. So, I guess they do have staff, but the staff doesn’t want to work tonight

The place has gone way down hill in the past couple months .I used to go in there every day twice a day for 2 yrs and recently with in the past couple months customer svc is in the dumps, the stock started getting slack. The new employees are not Friendly like before. I will NOT be going back . Its a shame to see Tatiana, Paul, and the other lady arent there anymore which I cant remember her name right now . Those 3 definitely made it a good environment.

Advertises DIESEL. Drove over there for diesel. The pumps are bagged off. Had to get someone to bring me fuel so i could leave. POOR

Called 6 times and not one person picked up the phone. I just wanted to see if i left my debit card there and was not near by to drive back and make an empty trip.

This was my preferred station, it’s clean and nice. BUT! Every time me or my boyfriend come they don’t accept our cards (we’ve used various kinds) at the pump. So inconvenient that we no longer bother. I’ve mentioned this to the staff on a few occasions and 8 months later still nothing has been done. Sorry but you lost 2 customers.

Long lines, slow service and panhandlers.

The only gas station pizza that is edible.Also the store manager Carlos and his team are some of the best I have seen running a busier corporate gas station like this. Most of the time I’m in a RaceTrac, it seems like the majority of their employees don’t want to be there. But the people working at this Cumberland have been great.Update for 2021: I pray you never visit and have any issues at the pump or questions about anything, seems like at least once a week I witness the afternoon manager fighting with a customer about something trivial.

I’ve only been here for gas so that’s all that I can comment on. I love going to Cumberland Farms for my gas just because of the app that they have available for payments!! I feel safe paying for my gas, plus I save 10¢ a gallon. With all the skimming going on lately Cumberland Farms is my first choice for filling my tank!

Your frozen mocha machine is never on properly and the store is always a mess. Tried talking to the manager but the person wouldnt let me talk to her on the phone. 🤷🏼‍♀️
