By far the worst and most awkward salon visit . No sales no deals Liz rang me up and tried to charge me to put my merchandise in bags lmao I will do what I can to always avoid this Salon centric . They are bored and treat everyone like a thief, following me around the store and talking to me about products that I did not come there for nor do I have any interest in buying. Poor customer service I definitely would not recommend or will be back I will stick to my Cosmoprof. What is the point of having a membership at a business if you cannot get any discounted price products. The merchandise is cheaper online .

Good store, but unfortunately the people that work there know nothing about hair. They will give you the wrong advice.

Carmen is a great salesperson.This store went through bunch of different people before. She is friendly, always available over the phone and she knows about products that she sales.
