I went to Sally beauty today 1/24/2021 I made a purchase and had to carry my payed products in my hand because they wanted to charge me .50 for a paper bag cause they no longer carry plastic I dont understand who charge a customer for a bag for product they purchase it was very sad and I want be returning back I had to walk out the store with my products in hand the address is 3904 w Hillsboro Blvd Deerfield bch fla 33442 just lost a good customer

Never have I ever been treated like a thief, the older “mature” woman was watching me literally no shame, at the end of the aisle arms crossed as if I went over my time to shop. She’s rude and spoke Spanish thinking I couldn’t understand her, (I am fluent in Spanish) from the moment I asked her help with a product she had a nasty attitude. It’s not the first time either. ( I understand people have bad days we’re human.) She’s really nice to her Spanish speaking clients though. This place doesn’t always have what I need either. Finding a different beauty supply store. ✌🏽

Very bad service from the moment you enter they make you feel like you are going to steal. I was with my son and the saleswoman began to scold him in my presence saying that he would not touch anything when my son was next to me playing with his phone. If you have doubts about the clients that we enter, you should put a front desk where you request the products you are looking for, not to treat clients badly.

Women who helped me was great! Matched a color I needed for a football team with ease! Will go back soon.

No English, I cant understand the employees, but I still managed to make my way through the store. After spending around 80 some odd dollars I came back to spend more money the next day. At that time I really needed to use the bathroom. I walked in and asked if I could please use your bathroom before I did any of my shopping. With some meaning less excuse that I could barely understand they said no.NO ONE CARES ABOUT YOUR BACK ROOM.

The worst customer service I’ve experienced. Employee hung up the phone 3 times consecutively when I called to check if a particular product was in stock. I went in store and same employee denied this happening and was rude. didn’t even buy the product after all this.

I am so amazed and happy with the customer service I had gotten today by Stephanie. She went above and beyond in full definition to explain to me how to get my hair from brassy to ash! In store Stephanie demonstrated such a knowledge and knew her products.. but not done yet.. I paid and left the store when I called back and she picked up the phone very professionally. I had forgotten to ask her a few questions and then again she went ABOVE & BEYOND even on the phone! So so so so happy with my experience and she even told me to come back and check how my hair came out!!!! Im in aweee of her! Thank you guys for having her on her team, she is gold!♡

If you are caucasian dont go to this particular Sallys because you are not welcome to shop in this store. The staff is racist and unfriendly to white women; moreover, they dont want to help you with white girl beauty concerns.
