I tried on a wig located on the back shelves on two different occasions and the one in the package was a different texture. This store is not genuine with the sale of their wigs and braiding hair. I dont know what this store is selling, but it surely is not worth your money.

The worst beauty shop Ive ever been to.Unbelievable how affected a business can be by a bad employee. The lady had the audacity to leave me and hide to check her phone and when I went all the way to ask for her assistance she replied: I cant be here standing waiting for you... so then quit!!!! Typical lazy unnecessary kind of human. As if she didnt need her job.Anyways... go next door, dont bother to come to this shop.

Very rude staff. I went at 6.30 pm on 01/14/18. It was me, my aunt and my toddler. He was playing with eye pencils while my aunt was shopping so then this skinny woman came and while my son was sitting on the floor she stopped and made a mad face at me and said excuse me. I stepped back and said go right ahead and she told me she didn’t want to go over my son (there was plenty of room for her to go through). After she passed I heard her complaining and then I noticed she worked there. I think she got mad and then went to tell the other girl who came right away. When she came my son was still playing with the eye pencils and she said he couldn’t play with that ( he was only holding them) and I said I was putting everything back into place. She did say he wasn’t allowed to do that and I asked if they would rather lose their customers because any toddler or kid would do that and she said yes. After that I left the store and just heard the 2 girls telling things about me. I was never treated this way anywhere. Just found out about this store, liked it, but I am definitely never going back. If my son is not welcome I would rather shop anywhere else. That was not professional at all the way they treated us plus telling things behind my back. Really?

They were talking about me and my siblings in creole talking about how we were going to steal from them and they have cameras just in case we tried to. I’m an everyday customer and I come from a haitian descent. I felt very offended because they thought just because I had a hoodie on I was going to steal from them. My hair wasn’t done . Nowadays people can’t even go to the store without people assuming you are going to steal. Why would my 12 year old brothers want to steal eyebrow pencils.

If you need anything and I do mean anything for hair care, skin care to get ready for any occasion this is the place to find it. The customer service is a+ and the prices are truly reasonable in my opinion.

Asked where the weaves were, and the rude light-skinned girl with the jerry curl hair said aisle 1, and turned back to her business. Fine. So i make my way to aisle 1 to see what my options were, and then she runs up to tell me Im not allowed back there. If customers arent allowed there, then the staff should be willing to assist. Aisle 1 didnt have what I needed, so she said I should go to the back wall. I asked if I was allowed back there, and she said no, but never came with me to show the stuff. Basically the worst customer service I have ever experience.

My 14yr old daughter bought concealer yesterday it was so dried up.They refused to return it.I am so upset, you sold me a bad concealer and I am out $7.00.. I will NEVER shop here again!! It really says something when they basically have a NO return policy... ON EVERYTHING!!

Pissed off with the way they handle the VIP membership issue. i purchased a card months ago for 10.00 and still to this day i cannot use the card. i have left several messages on the corporate line, was also told by manager natash and mufasa that the issue will be taken care of. Never once offered another card, just told me he will take care of the issue. Natasha on the other end told me my info that was written on a paper and stuck on the pole in front of their cashier was removed and she cant locate me at all, forgetting she was the first one to state she will resolve this.. very stressful and pissed that i paid for the membership.

The women here are very rude and unhelpful unless you speak the same language as them. Very poor customer service.

Purchased a specific hair there and it is not as its described on the pack. Very bad experience. Spend a little extra time and go to the one in Delray Beach.

Horror seller does not respond, disgusting service. To say that there is a product, in fact, it is not. The hour stood still and did not receive help.
