There is always stock pallets out on the floor blocking everything and its always a disaster. The shelves are either full to the brim with things pretty much falling out at you or bare entirely. Staff are decent.

I frequent this store! I always find what I’m looking for. The store is neat, organized, and tidy! The staff very helpful and friendly! Low and reasonable prices on items including food, snacks, health and beauty supplies as well as cleaning and school supplies. Toys, and clothing in addition to decorations for holidays, and parties are available in the store! This store has it all! Highly suggest!

I like how open the store is, large isles. The prices are fair, the weekly adds are the best. They always have something on sale that is useful.

More than I expected from a Dollar store. I went to get candy corn for a bake sale after searching local grocery store with no luck because they moved to Christmas theme candy already. I ended up buying paint kit, boot and outside mats, and utensils drawer tray. The employee was helpful showing me where to find the items.

The aisles are very cluttered most of the merchandise is in boxes and pallets they should go to Dearborn heights store on Ford road and look how the store supposed to be run. Just a suggestion

Apparently this place likes to tow pregnant women’s car without giving 24 hours notice just to be petty. This lot is NEVER full. This was all caught on camera today at the enterprise next door as an employee was putting up a sign saying they tow. It’s Michigan law that they have it has to be posted as a tow away zone and 24 hours given before towing said vehicle.

This store is very, very, very cluttered, and messy. It looks like their was an exorcism performed inside of that store and no one has tried to clean up the mess. I try not to go there unless it is really an emergency which is always never.

Hispanic girl working had a real big attitude and idk why . Calm down little girl, life isn’t all about being rude .

My some he’s minor went to store and get prepaid card the manger stops the identification and give him deferent card with zero balance on it he came home we call the police and make report they still refuse to give us our money back it’s the worst store I wish I never shopped there or spend penny now this she comment fraud against minors and steal he money was 366$It’s not 20$

The line moved pretty quickly today

Disorganized and a total mess in that store. Some Aisles were totally blocked. You had to walk over merchandise. No available carts. If there was an emergency to get out, you wouldnt make it out because of the aisles.

This place is good, just not good enough for 5 stars.

I was at the Greenfield location today. Apparently, personal conversations take priority over customers. The cashier wasnt wearing a mask, and she was rude to me. I will NEVER SHOP AT THIS LOCATION AGAIN!

Typical dollar store but it seems to have a wider variety of items. Not quite as good as the oak park store on Coolidge, but a great deal better than the store on Wyoming.I have tried a variety of the house brand products and have found all acceptable. Some such as the salad dressing and pickles are really good.

Lazy workers, messy store. Cant find what your looking for. Needs better management.

I used to love this store. The workers were nice, the store was clean, and you always wanted to stay. But somehow this store had taken one major step back. Now it is unorganized, messy, and worst of all, the workers seem to lack the want to be there. One major sign of this is the store closing early by at least an hour most days. This store still has good prices on its good, but these major flaws need to be resolved if this store wants to see a future.

I give them 2stars because theyre open the entire store was Discombobulated I couldnt find nothing I was looking for it was a total mess

It is a location that is convenient! I mainly shop for super deals on their greeting cards!! My last visit was not very good, because it was under staffed! She did a great job on Checkout!!!

I love dollar general because the employees are always, nice, pleasant, and friendly this store is close to my home which is wonderful the store is organized and clean with excellent sales and deals on all of their products. Not expensive at all, that is why I love dollar general always.

This dollar store is pretty cool. It has everything that a dollar store should have. It is kind of unorganized and the aisles are improperly labeled, it gets a little difficult to find what youre looking for. I had to ask the nice store worker where to find what it was that I wanted. Other than that, it was good place

Shelves are bare. One register open with 10 cousin line.

Whatever we grabbed or needed seemed to only have one on the shelf if that There was one employee trying to stock and ring people up. There are some good finds and great deals all the time tho, so Im not mad

Line full of people and no one at the register but a couple of other people working. Young Lady olivia did come to help but she told me she dont work for this store and she was looking for the worker just like me but she rung me up and got me out of there. Thank you Olivia she clearly care about the company

This Dollar General is fairly new to our neighborhood I greatly appreciate them having security however if he gets off of his phone perhaps one would feel safer it would also be really nice put up the green light so that people would feel safer visiting the Dollar General 🤔

All sales have fine print that is hard to see. You get to the register and the line is rediculous.everyone at checkout puts stuff back no matter how many people are behind them. Did i mention the fine print?

Low inventory. Found what I needed at dollar tree. Saved $21.00 on 4 items. Good staff.

Went in to buy toiet paper and paper towels. Upon arrival I asked the cashier if she has any extra $5 coupon she said no. She was African American. The customer in front of me was also a.ametican she had 1 coupon but the cashier went way out of her way to find extra coupon. She did not use the coupon so again I asked her if I can use it she said sorry you can not have it., it is not extra. I did not argue with her but I feel she was more not fair her judgement of not sharing the coupon. I did not get her name because she was not wearing her name badge. I went to the dollar general on Greenfield and Ford rd.

Sales associate Sharon was very nice her cutomer service thumbs up.

Staff very professional. Stayed steady in situations that could have been stressful for them and the customer. Staff being calm was contagious for the customer

Very disappointed with my visit. Went there to pick up plastic forks for a party and there was at least 15 people in line. Waited for almost 20 minutes with the line barely moving. Come to find out there was only one cashier working there. I absolutely hate when companies do this.

Real cool store. I just dont like how they didnt have any jugs of water in the freezer or in the isle.

This store has very friendly employees. Has a nice variety of items but, the store is very messy. Very disorganized. The isles have merchandise on the floors. Very difficult to get a buggy through.

Their website lied about what they actually have in the store! For their prices of their general merchandise if they are gonna tell you what locations have certain items my advice is to call first! I found a substitute but it was not what I came for!

Store appearance was clean and made shopping easy.

This place always makes me feel claustrophobic. The older cashier always seems overwhelmed, and like shes not sure what to do.Can you tell me why if they ring something up, they cant remove it? They have to call a manager?Could be one of the worst DG Ive been to, but they do have my items most times I stop in.
