( Family Dollar @7937 Schaefer) When the price on merchandise did not match the price at the register I questioned the asst manager, Eric Jackson. He told me to call corporate to register my complaints, but refused to honor the price on the merchandise. He also used profanity & refused to return my cash. Another employee stepped in to assist me.

Stock was pretty low but customer service was great

One of the worst family Dollars I ever been into the floors was nasty it was junky it was a long line with no help it was terrible you get no stars

Can someone explain why this place is so messy? All it takes is some organizing and cleaning between the aisles.

The usual disorganized chaos of most $ stores. Too few workers, too many empty shelves. And the workers that are there are overworked and stressed out.

Store refuse to open even for cash business.

For this store to have a 3.4 rating it must be the employees rating it. I have lived by this store for 10 years and in 10 years they may have had 1 employee that had good customer service. I just left there today and I had boxes falling on me as I shop, Im tripping over things and as always no shopping carts. I couldnt buy everything I needed because I ran out of hands. God only gave me ✌️. I had to walk through there carrying a blind which is big, two curtain rods which are big, paper plates, pans and two other small things. Just to get up front and have the cashier thing I can do more by her ringing the big things first and then handing them back with no bag. Now I have to hold my stuff in my hands again and try to look through my purse for the money 🤦. And she had an attitude. I go there very seldom and I just dont think I will ever return. Its not worth it.

NOT THE BEST PLACE TO BE WHEN THEY ARE RESTOCKING THE SHELVES. COMPLETE DISARRAY AND CLUTTER. STORE HASNT LOOKED CLEAN IN MONTHS. FLOORS HAVE SPILLED ITEMS ON THEM. NOT SAFE.

They are remodeling the store and so the store is in disarray. Cant wait to see how it turns out.

This is one of the worst locations...WISH I could give them 0 stars. Former employee had a bed bug crawling on her RED FAMILY DOLLAR SHIRT BUT IT WAS SO BIG IT WAS STILL VISIBLE..WHEN I TOLD HER SHE FLICKED IT ONTO THE FLOOR I SUPPOSE!? NEVER STOCKED ALWAYS PRODUCT ALL OVER DOWN IN THE AISLES. AND NEVER BOTH REGISTERS, ALWAYS EMPLOYEES DOING NOTHING.. EMPLOYEES ALWAYS HAVE NASTY ATTITUDES AS IF YOU HAD A HAND IN THEIR LIFE CHOICES!!

They have every day items. Childrens hats and gloves. Other winter out fits for children and adults. Party decoration, gift items like for baby shower, cutlery etc

Shelves are a Little Bare. But, Found what I was looking for.

I arrived at this store at 9:52 p.m. sign on door said closes at 10:00 p.m. the door was locked and the cashier looked at me and ignored me. This is not the only family dollar this has happened at. Why have a time posted. it should have a big sign that says when we feel like locking the door. This makes me mad....going to stop shopping at family dollar.

Our cashier was very pleasant and up beat.

I dont frequent this particular location, maybe I went on the wrong day in every aisle there was boxes of stock to be put up..I could not even maneuver down some,you couldnt get to the shelves due to the stuff everywhere. The store was also dirty my feet literally stuck to the floor.

They only have one person at the checkout everytime i go there. The other employees are just standing around on their phone. I know they see 10 people in line!

Customer service is always terrible here. Personal business is discussed loudly I. Front of customers, the service reps are rude and very unprofessional..

This store is a mess. Boxes all over you cant get down the aisle.SHAME!
