I have come to this store twice and it was clsed way before 10pm. This is poor service. One of the times it was 9:40pm and I could see the staff inside and other people shopping. Today it is 9:10pm and no one appears to be here...save ypur time and go to another store.

Here and the doors are locked at 7:28pm. No signs to warn you. Really frustrating

Embers everything was OK right there’s one cashier was nice apartment first meeting her but it does say my one day she just got so Standoffish she doesn’t smile when I come through the line anymore and I don’t understand why she was actually engaging in conversation with me but my daughters just the year before. The stores always thought but I gave it three stars trip will be because of her customer service the manager at all and assistant manager of the store are great people and they’re always helpful

What I like about this dollar tree is its craft section is big and has wide variety of selections so if you are a crafty and like to do lots of DIYs this location is good for you

The dollar tree made it possible for me to buy all 4 of my daughters nice Mothers Day gifts without breaking the bank!

Great place everythings a $1.00 they even sell can goods and perishable items. The washing liquid detergent has gotten smaller.

I enjoyed my visit there they had very good customer service too.

Good selection of Day of the Dead n Halloween items! Low on cleaning supplies, antibacterial soap, peroxide, no brown rice, lots of spices. Nice assortment of greeting cards. Store is kept clean and in order!

NEVER going back. VERY RUDE employees! Used to be a good place. I was there this afternoon. Now they allow their cashiers to go without a mask, and they cough on the customers. One elderly man mentioned to the cashier that he should wear his mask OVER his nose if hes going to be hacking and coughing.. One of the other cashiers (a husky, loud, middle aged woman with short red hair) butted in and said to the customer who was in front of me Sir, its none of your business, if you dont like it, go shop somewhere else. Makes me wonder what kind of germs are spreading at that place.

Very dirty and unorganized, only one cashier with a line literally to mid isle. Spend the extra few bucks and go to dollar general.

They need to open more lines when busy..but typically my go to dollar store

The staff was very nice to me. I felt bad asking for 8 helium balloons because they were busy but they had no problem at all. Thank you for staying open during the pandemic as well.

Its been so difficult to find anything at this dollar tree. No matter what time I get there nothing is available,even on seniors day. Cant tell you when or if items,including delivery trucks will be coming. I understand about this virus,but come on. This is ridiculous

Usually well stocked but generally only 1 or 2 lines are open. Employees on staff are very helpful sometimes stopping what they are doing to help you find whatever youre looking for even going to their stockroom to see if its available. Very personable cashier named Felicia & a guy named Anthony are ALWAYS friendly & upbeat!!!

Stock was low,but I found what I need...alittle unorganized.

The current manager for this location is extremely rude and discriminatory. A few staff members as well. Very disheartening in a community as diverse as this...

My mom accidentally dropped $20 and another customer found them and took them to the cashier, we went to the cashier and asked for them and they said nobody has brought the $20 up there when the other customer clearly told us she gave it to them and pointed out which cashier, the cashiers were all just laughing at me, they clearly needed those $20 more especially with this covid19. So unprofessional and rude.

Customer service here is getting better. For a while treatment was awful.

They didnt have what I wanted, but I spent a few bucks anyway 🤔🤬

The people are nice and they have everything I need at all times. They are always completely stocked and staffed for time efficient service. EXCELLENT!

You may find what you are looking for or you may not! If you do, you are in and out quickly. Staff is helpful most of the time.

Store was not well stocked. Brands and items I find at other locations are not offered here. While the Manager seems friendly and knowledgeable of product placement, that seems to be the extent of service to the store. NOT SATISFIED WITH THIS LOCATION AT ALL!!!

The manager at this dollar tree on Ford rd in Dearborn is terrible. Didn’t get her name but the manager is a black female who treats customers with no respect. I hope the bosses give these types of people some type of training on customer service. It was disgusting watching her treat customers

Always finding more stuff to buy

Very convenient! Great selection of products available and the staff is friendly and quick at checkout. The store for the most part is clean and well kept.

Customer service was terrible! Even the manager was rude and was not helpful at all. I came to buy Valentines balloons for my wife and kids and was treated very poorly. The store manager would not put the balloons I needed on a string. There was a variety of about 10 different balloons throughout the store but none was on strings. The only ones on strings was very basic which limited my purchase to only 4 of the same balloons. Even the cashier was rude and non helpful.

Terribly messy store. Shelves scarcely stocked. One slow cashier working who was more concerned about chatting with the customers to worry about the growing line. I would definitely go out of my way to go to a different location.
