Nice place. The location is good. Plenty of tables and seats. It has a fireplace. The tables and chairs are well situated. Some seats and tables are near outlets. It had large windows so its well lit. Theres are tables outside too. The place outside had shade and its nice.

This location is close to our house and we are loyal customers. We have always enjoyed the staff and the convenient location. Biggby corporate and local coupons come regularly in the mail and by text so the kids and I go to Biggby a lot when were out and about, but this location was our favorite. HOWEVER. A shift manager just told me that coupons are not working and no longer accepted here. They always worked before now, and they still work everywhere else. The manager said that this is according to the proprietor of this location. I dont believe this, and Im disappointed that the proprietor has chosen to be shady about this and pretend that these things just dont work, leaving it up to staff to blindside people. Now my kids and I will just go farther for our treats, which is a bummer because we enjoyed the short 15 minute walk here. Thats okay though, because I dont want to do business with a place that pulls this bait and switch. I dont want to do business with a proprietor who puts employees in this awkward position. And finally, they clearly dont think of the fact that theyre going to cause other Biggby locations to lose business because of this. So I hope corporate takes note.

This is a great spot to get a quick coffee or to hang out. The staff is very friendly and helpful to recommend drinks. It definitely pays off to become a Biggby member!

I go there several times a week. They have good service, the staff are nice. My only concern is that it seems that they are understaffed sometimes, and the wait time is longer than usual. Other than that, great place.

This Biggby location is in the right spot there a lot of parking spaces has great selection on coffee hot or cold..The staff is very friendly & helpful.

My favorite coffee shop in Dearborn. Phenomenal service. This place is very well ran. The owner is here most of the time and you can tell, she puts her heart into this business.

Amazing visit to Biggby yesterday evening! Dee and Rayan were 2 tandem connecting well as employees to customers needs. Both employees were phenomenal and kindly remade my daughters beverage that was not tasting right (Dad verified) 🙂💯 I definitely recommend going to west Dearborn location again BEATS STAR BUCKS! Whooo! Thanks again guys!

Coffee is decent although pretty expensivePaid $3 though for a mediocre muffin with the wrapper baked into it!

I drove out of my way and I am so unbelievably happy that I did! Not only was this the only Biggby open, but the ladies behind the counter were positively the 2 best baristas I have ever encountered. First tym I tasted Biggby coffee, it was simply superb. Friendly staff and nice ambiance, enjoyed outdoor seating.

This is one of those very busy coffee shops which I think is a tad overpriced. Their coffee is good but not as good as Starbucks. However the prices are the same as Starbucks.

The staff at this location is super friendly and the drinks are consistently excellent. Theres also a nice patio area out front to sit and relax.

The employees are always super friendly, bubbly, and helpful. They know our names, our usuals, and they make recommendations based on our order history. (D, were talking about you, girl!) When we first moved here, we thought no place could live up to our old Biggby, but we were quickly proven wrong. We love this place!

We come here all the time and have never had a bad experience. The employees are great people and will always makes you feel welcomed!

Got hot coco and they only filled the cups half full and put whipped cream in the rest. A waste of money on the largest size.

Staff in the mornings are very kind & helpful. Great coffee, clean restrooms, & many places to sit inside or outside.

Clean area, service was friendly. About what youd pay for a coffee anywhere else. Smallest is 16 oz. for basic coffee, which is a large most other places. If youre a plain coffee person, I recommend Biggbys Best. Smooth with a nice taste.

Place is great. I was delayed in line because I was buying 8 cups of coffee and I was fine with that, but the manager offered me a free drink. Great service and coffee.

Horrible, ordered a tea latte and later returned it because it tasted so disgusting. Replaced my 24oz latte with another because the manager refused to refund me, received a drink that had 1/3rd foam and was still as disgusting. An employee was braiding her hair while on the job totally unprepared for work 4+ hours after they opened, will NEVER return these 17 year old girls don’t handle their job seriously and do not make barista level drinks.

Good coffee. Sometimes is loud when they use a blender but nice and cozy overall.

Best Biggby ever! Not only was my iced coconut milk latte awesome, but this is one of the friendliest, nicest and most honest places I have ever gone to.I left my purse there this morning. I didnt even notice until about 3:30pm that I had forgotten it. I called and they verified my identity and I discovered that the woman who worked there had gone to great lengths to contact me! She looked for me on Facebook and called my bank to try to reach me. She told me if I had not shown up she was going to bring it to my house. They were so kind and helpful and I was impressed at how much effort was put into finding me. I tried to give the woman there a large tip but she refused to take it.Im very grateful to the beautiful people working at this location. THANK YOU!

Something unsanitary! The woman who appeared in charge came out of the bathroom wiping her hands on her jeans then handled the cash and took over making my drink without washing her hands in the kitchen or using gloves. She put her hands bare in the ice, using a short scoop so her hand was partly buried bare in everyones ice. Then holding the pitcher with my drink with her thumbs inside to hold the container and putting her bare fingers all over the end of the whipped cream tip. The other worker got big eyes at her when she put her apron on before washing her hands and said, I got it noticing my look of fear, but she continued. I paid for the coffee and threw it right away waste of money and time. Not worth getting sick over. Shes the type that takes a #2 then doesnt know how to wash her hands right and exit the bathroom without touching everything. Then wants me to eat whipped cream squeezing past her fingers and drink a frozen drink with ice her bathroom fingers have been all over!

Getting a refund for them making a horrible drink is impossible, they will not let you. I hate this location and I regret every single time Ive ever went there. The manager is condescending and rude. Ill go somewhere else.
