Shoutout to Edwin for making me a beautiful and amazing funnel cake frap. Ive been coming here for awhile and just having been able to make a review due to lockdowns. Its truly special interacting with the staff, seeing them smile as they serve customers. Its one of the things Ive missed the most and today really hit the spot for me. I was craving the funnel cake frap since it was released but its been soo hard to find a place open long enough. Luckily, my local spot and crew was there to take care of me. Edwin went above and beyond to my my experience a fantastic one. Hats off to the fantastic crew here as they work soo hard to help everyone. This is one very very busy location. To make ones experience even better, they still allow ordering ahead via the app which is nice. Wait times here can be very crazy but thats just due to the insane volume of people that come through along with Michigan Avenue being a very slamming location. The frap was absolutely on point in every way. Am always impressed with the service here, kind staff and outstanding attitudes of the crew. This store needs to be a standard for Wayne County in my opinion. They have a beautiful indoor and outdoor seating. The parking, if you cant catch a spot in the front lot, plenty of spots are available behind the building in the parking structures. But what makes it soo special here aside from the awesome service, is that youre in the heart of downtown Dearborn. Everything from parks, to restaurants, workout spots,etc are all around you. Its a nice looking place, its your typical downtown business jam packed with people and the prices are higher then most Starbucks that are farther out.

Cashier was nice but my Frappuccino tasted watered down. I asked for extra shot of expresso but it taste like extra ice no flavor. In addition, no crunch on Carmel Crunch Frappuccino.

They need better management. They have several people working but the employees cant keep up with the demand. Some of the employees just stand behind the counter and stare out of the window but dont have time to help make drinks when its super busy.This is a busy location but making people wait 40 minutes for a drink is ridiculous. They had much more qualified and efficient employees prior to the pandemic.

The drinks here are just ok, sometimes they are made well and other times they have a few flaws. Many times my Frappuccino has been very icy, or either very watery.The main issue, though, is the wait time for a drink in the morning (7:30am-9:30am).Be prepared to wait at least 40 minutes if you’re ordering anything other than just a plain coffee.Most times when I go, I order online to cut down on the wait but that usually doesn’t help.I have had to leave my order behind because I would be late for work, which just means wasted money on my end.

This place at one time great. But I dont know what happened today I went in as normally I would pre order but they stopped that which was great but now you have to go in to order which is no big deal. However it looked like they got rid of all the awesome staff .now while there today the only guy making coffee stopped to mop up a small spill mean while everyone is waiting for their coffee to be made.I ended up going to another one on Ford rd they were great. Not to mention he was very rude

This particular Starbucks is a JOKE. It was only a little after 12noon and they didnt have hazelnut syrup, only one cake pop which was the display. Then my refresher was horrible with a bitter after taste that Ive never gotten before at ANY OTHER STARBUCKS and my Frappuccino was horribly runny. Anywho my time there and money was a waste because both of my drinks had to get thrown away...

One of the nicest Starbucks in michigan I have been to.The staff, the location, the ambience, well the menu is standard but they prepare it to your desire perfectly.Ample parking upfront or two huge parking structures right behind.This place gets packed.

This is literally my favorite Starbucks. They don’t have a drive thru, but it’s worth it to go inside. Everyone is super nice, and they’re really fast. Usually in and out in 5 min or less. Debbie is a sweetheart & makes sure everything is done the right way! Shannon definitely makes the best drinks 😇

I have to leave this review. I tipped starbucks for the first time today it is 2/17 I was there around 1030 am. They were so quick making my coffee and they were real busy. Also they made my coffee right. Great job guys.

Horrible espresso shots and it took 30 minutes for my drink

An employee was training and having a hard time making the drinks because hes new, but Sean refused to train him by helping him correctly make the drink, he seemed put-off by the idea of having to help this new employee. I felt bad for the kid but wanted my drink. I was one of 2 other customers at the time, and after waiting almost 15 minutes, I had to ask Sean to make my drink. Pfft.

OMG OMG!!! WHAT IS THIS SERVICE. I have a few problems. 1. i have a stuttering problem that i was bullied for by the worked. She thought i was joking and yelled at me multiple times. I have a few breathing problems i can’t control and required me to take breather from my mask every 10 min and each time i did it i would stay away from people the guy with pink hair kept yelling at me for it and threatened to not give my drinks and not give a refund. Name of him was jack!

I really enjoy going to this Starbucks. Its convenient, I enjoy the courtyard area and theres plenty of space for studying. However some people really make the place dirty with cigaret buds and smoking. There also tends to be a lot of the litter in the area and the garbage cans rarely get emptied. Sometimes I like to do work outside. There are several outlets but none of them work. If Starbucks could fix some of these issues Id be more than happy to change my 3 star rating to a 5 star rating. Starbucks usually has much better standards. I believe most of this is the landlords fault, but maybe Starbucks could take the initiative to work with the landlord to address some of these issues. The barista are very nice at this location.

I don’t normally write reviews but after visiting this locations several times I had too. The staff is very RUDE. They definitely need to be retrained on customer service. A simple good morning or thank u have a good day will go a long way. Last time I was in, I ask for a straw for my drink, the young lady behind the counter threw it at me and walked away. Unbelievable

My butter croissant is not edible its like a rock . I want my money or a new croissant please.😩

Not much of a Starbucks patron but got a good Keto approved drink I wanted to try and made an online order. This location made it perfectly and in great time! Only problem, the lid wasnt secured and it turned into a big mess.

Our drinks were only 2/3 of the way full. The venti soy was not soy and not a venti. We usually dont go to this Starbucks but our regular place doesnt have online ordering. We will not be returning. The drinks tasted terrible. It is a nice location, but not worth the visit.

Came out to Dearborn on buisness but you gotta get coffee! This is one of the nicer Starbucks Ive been too, it has a real sense of community, service is friendly and fast(but its a busy spot) and the patio gives a person time to relax and enjoy sum sights! When in the area again Ill be sure to visit again!

This is a very busy and clean Starbucks. The staff are efficient & friendly. Five stars would be if they installed a drive-thru for this location. Many times due to the busyness of the area, there is extremely limited parking.

Need to be more professional/ organized, faster service and less expensive, prices are outstanding! too expensive. Same as buying from Airport.

Im personally a Tim Hortons guy and havent has Starbucks in years but after that first sip of that large black coffee I fell in love. You can really taste the premium ground beans. Most franchises have lower costs but more watered down coffee and they can do that because people go for the name only. Starbucks is of course a large franchise but the still are dedicated on providing premium coffee beans.

Worst experience at all. I ordered on 6:30 and arrive in 10 minutes. Then WAIT IN LINE FOR 30mins for pickup. So my frappe is all melted and tasted funny I have to throw it away. I understand they have lots of order but their pickup protocol is funny. They put all drinks inside and ask people line up for pickup. Wasted everyone’s time . Even though your drink is ready,it is standing there and melting you can only wait. Why can’t they put all drinks outside so people can pickup quickly.

My favorite Starbucks! Service is usually super fast and everyone is very friendly. Drinks are always on point. It’s in the perfect location to place my order, run in and run right back out. Anytime that I have had a problem or issue, they were able to accommodate right on the spot.

Great coffee as always. But this is the rudest Starbucks I have ever had the displeasure of visiting in my life. I come here often just because of it’s proximity to my house, but if there was any other Starbucks in the area I would avoid it like the plague. There is an attitude of discontentment and an aura of rudeness that permeates this location staff. The good news is that they are consistent in their displeasing demeanor and nonchalance to basic decency.

I like this place in general. The only problem is that the parking lot is pretty full most of the time and you have to park in the structure and walk few blocks to the store. Other than that, I have no problems. Employees are pleasant and friendly in general.

Place is a health hazard. Used to be much better. At Bucks often three times per week. No matter which day or what time it is, the bathrooms are nasty. Urine all over the floor and feces on toilet. Dust everywhere. Plus the same food that was on the floor on a Monday was still there that Wednesday.Naturally, seeking a different place to spend time and money. Especially since they raised prices twice this Summer. So typical - cost goes up, quality goes down.

It is in a great location, but its very small. For the amount of people that go, theres not enough space. I wish they had a drive-thru.

I ordered a large coffee. That’s it. A venti coffee. Black. Steaming. Robust. Flavorful. I heeded the warning label on the side of the cup and was careful to not injure myself while sipping.

By far the friendliest and most tentative staff you will find at any Starbucks. Their blond roasts are absolutely fantastic and do the trick on those groggy Monday mornings after a weekend of unwinding. The outdoor seating is a good addition to the experience and is a wonderful place for communion with other people. Definitely a social hub to be enjoyed.

The bad thing about this Starbucks is the parking. The parking lot only goes one way and it is difficult to find somewhere to park at times. However, it is a comfortable clean Starbucks just like any other Starbucks. It is a good place to sit with your device and have a yummy cup of something delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful and my wait time was very short.

The dark roast is not tasty as other stores. The new design after renovation make it difficult for customer to find a table. So if you are a student or if you plan to work on your laptop, its impossible to sit on a table during rush hours. I wish if they kept the old style which is practical for students or business people.

One of the workers, I could not read her name, she has red/orange hair and was very helpful! She helped me set up my gift cards in such a quick time, and was very friendly.

Who waits extra long for a $6 coffee and when its finally made its not the right coffee. ATTITUDE, I used to come here several times a day now, the filth is keeping me away. I would love to sit outside and enjoy a cup of coffee without having to argue with the people who are smoking in a non-smoking area. In addition to that the trash bins certainly need to be emptied its not fun going to a place being chased by bees because of the trash bins being full.

Since there is a 2 hour parking limit before you will get your car towed (-2 stars) I didnt even bother to go in because I didnt want to risk my car getting stolen then having to pay a bribe to the thiefs to get it returned. Get your parking situation fixed or keep losing customers.
