Bagels and coffee here are great! I enjoy their rewards program as well. I do miss getting to sit and dine in though. Maybe about time to open up the inside. Even so, Einstein will remain a staple where I know Ill be pleased with a good cup of coffee!

The staff was so friendly at 5am. I sometimes forget they serve coffee. It was a great alternative to my regular Biggby. Will be there on Sunday.

I gave a 3 for my overall experience over the last couple years. Generally everything is pretty good. Today, maybe because the ac wasnt working they seemed to be messing up a bunch of orders. I ordered a toasted pretzel bagel with plain cream cheese for my son and an opened face everything bagel toasted with veggie cream cheese and smoked salmon. That way I have more smoked salmon, which I pay extra for each time. They didnt have it open faced, which was an easy fix. We head out and my son starts to eat his food in the car. He then tells me that he thinks they put peanut butter on his bagel. Im thinking hes wrong and stop the car to look. It looks like they sat his bagel down on peanut butter because it was on the bottom of his bagel! I had to take it from him because hes allergic to tree nuts and wasnt sure if it was peanut butter or a different tree nut butter or cream cheese. He didnt want to go back because he said it took too long already. Thankfully he didnt start to have a reaction. He was sad because he said the bagel was really good. I called to just make them aware but no one ever answered. I understand mistakes happen but allergies are very serious. Maybe more education on how to properly handle foods is needed.*Update- I reached out as asked below and have yet to be contacted.

Was great first time experience, staff was friendly,and walked me through the different bagels,and smear..(cream cheese) went in for one came out with a bakers dozen,so many delicious ones to choose from,and was only $7.99,on a Monday Special.My son is a picky eater and loved all but the jalapeño n cheese one .I myself got the Salt(one I originally went in for) cinnamon and sugar chiro, French toast,Asiago cheese,cinnamon raised and the jalapeño n cheddar.All were delicious, will be back soon to try more.Place was clean and again staff was friendly and took thier time

I tried to make a purchase around 1:30pm during the week. The location on telegraph near I94 was already closed for the day. Had a note on the door stating why.

Usually when I go here I do not have any complaints... Today, my Bacon, Avocado & Tomato Egg White Sandwich was made with no tomatoes, and triple the egg white. Im not sure if they did not have tomatoes, but when I called to ask why tomato was left out, I was put on hold for 5 minutes then hung up on. I just wish someone would have told me they did not have tomatoes when I ordered, and I would have chosen another sandwich. Triple egg white, little avocado, slim pieces of undercooked bacon, and the bagel wasnt toasted. Not sure Ill be returning... Could not finish the sandwich....

Food is always yummy. Staff is always nice. Just wish they were open longer.

Most time I go there, when I ask to slice my bagels or roast them, they don’t want to do it. And are rude about it. I am a customer who is been coming here for a long time. My bagels are not equal to the sandwiches you are trying to prepare. I feel they don’t want to take the time to cut and roast them. Customer service is most important in the way the way you deliver service. I am writing this now, because this is not the first time it has happened to me at this Telegraph location.

Ok, theyre only open 10am - 2pm! At 1:30pm there were hardly any bagels. Sorry, Im not a morning person, but I do like bagels in the afternoon!

Ive ate here multiple times now-i love this place! Quick and friendly service, and foods always delicious!Also, Im not sure... but the last two times their drinks have been like zapping my tongue or lips every sip, it happens with my boyfriends drink too. I dont what thats all about... but worth noting.

The place was clean. Not a lot of people cuz we went early. Servers where nice and friendly. Now the bagel sandwich was right on point, better than I expected. I loved it. Will definitely be back, next time am in town.

They are on the ball. You get in and out the variety is good and the people are nice. But come in early and its even better.

Normally pretty good but they have different bakers and today the bagels looked like rolls. The hole in the middle closed up and they waited too long put the topping on. I ordered a everything bagel and they put it in the bag. I got in the car and drove away, opened it a few miles away and when i picked it up almost all the topping fell off. The bag smelled great just wish the topping stayed with the bagel until i took a bite. Maybe next time!

All I can say is that I love this place. The doc cheese and spinach Florentine bagels are to die for! The coffee is also smooth and delicious. Hi there, you won’t be disappointed.

This is my favorite place for bagels! Also I do really LOVE the tea chai latte from this place plus the staff is very friendly and welcoming!

This location can not handle more than a few customers at a time. They got my order wrong and had to be reminded multiple times that I was still waiting for items. Too bad, the food and coffee is good, but not worth the wait or headache.

Edit: they’ve fixed the app finally!They’ve had their order ahead from the app disabled forever. Have points to use on it but can’t because they’ve shut it off. Keeps saying it will be back soon but it’s been months. Unacceptable especially during these times. Otherwise this has always been a family favorite and we’d often walk to this location.

I wanted a bagel sandwich with NO CHEESE. I ordered online because of Covid-19. I called more than 20 times to ask them to not put it on. NO ONE ANSWERED! When my food was brought out I asked the woman to bring me a new one without cheese. Later when I came home and opened the sandwich THERE WAS CHEESE. Never going again!

Good and fast service. I ordered my bagel with egg, bacon, and cheddar, with a vanilla hazelnut coffee. I was still busy with my coffee cup, when I already got my bagel brought to me. And it tastes good, with the crispy bacon and all. Parking is better in the North side of the restaurant, by the way.

Editing my 4 star review to a 1 star. Most of the employees are very nice, but the restaurant could use an upgrade. Ceiling seems to have major water damage with very noticeable holes and the restaurant itself is pretty beat up and dirty. It makes eating inside not a great experience. The food is also hit or miss. Asking for a toasted bagel will sometimes get you a charcoal brick. Also, one of the managers can be a bit brusque, slapping the keyboard after every item ordered like hes irritated at even having to be there.

Its an Einsteins. Service is usually pretty quick even when its busy. If you want bagels, its a good place to go in the area.

Employees courteous, however at least one wasnt paying attention today. Used turkey instead of bacon. Manager caught it. Instead of correcting the error, the employee asked if I wanted turkey. Same employee kept asking for the details of my order. Coffee kiosk was slim pickings. No plain roast available. Just flavored and decaf. Both half and half bottles empty. Coffee wasnt hot. Come on Einstein... This isnt rocket science. (see what I did there?)

Driven by this place for years, decided we’d try them since we were up. We had a long night and I myself am worn out. So I went in to order some bagels to try while my bf sat in the car. Read the menu since there was a line the cream cheese tubs were awfully expensive so I just got us two bagels each. When I spoke the cashier was clearly not listening. I had to blurt our that I am tired. Paid for our stuff and stepped back. He was quick with gathering my few bagels. Although I must say we’re not impressed in the slightest. Not really sure if we’ll ever be back.. the only got two stars for their speed of getting the order together that’s it really. Eating a bagel now and it’s just sour.. will end up in the trash more than likely.

Taken bagels from here to office staff few times, nice welcome early in the morning w/ fresh bagels, one-of-a-kind. served hot and crispy. staff is always nice. pricey but you get what you pay for - cant have the same mundane bagels that many others sell out there

My first time here and had the Best experience possible....delicious jalapeno and cheese bagel with egg whites, bacon, tomatoes and avocado! And a bottle of, roon temperature water.... Very sure to return and recommend to friends and family!☺😍😎

Great bagel shop. They understand the busy morning of the average business man, and make their service quick. All bagels are baked in the morning and are kept fresh.

Not great. Very stressful, and it wasnt even busy. The staff would rather talk to each other than talk to us, and they messed up one of our bagels. Once it was made correctly, it tasted pretty decent, but the other bagel was drenched in cream cheese and grease.

The worst has fallen from the best to the worst. I wont be going for them.

This place has done a complete turn around...service and food is excellent EXCEPT for one employee who needs to be brought done a notch...whole time there she was rude and loud to other employees..she was one preparing food.. She was eating food with mouth open by register which was very unappealing...geez I really do hope shes not the manager

The bagels are ok. Mine seemed a little tough. I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheddar on a plain bagel. It was dry and tough. For the $5 for the sandwich I would of expected more. The prices are a bit high for what they offer. I wont be coming back.

The ONLY place that has garlic bagels. Which are AWESOME by the way. Worth the drive for me.

My family and I are in here at least once a week usually with good service and food.Today that changed. Went in to order a sandwich and the lady at the register while waiting tobtake my order was picking and scratching her arms. She then took a napkin and was picking and scratching her nose ring. The other employee clearly saw my disgust and said nothing. She took my money gave change and kept picking at herself. She continued this until I left. This Einsteins has weathered changes over the years. But this compounded with the fact that there are never more then 3 maybe 4 flavors of bagels after 1pm just topped the scales. I work in food service. I was mortified. I hope the owners/managers see this.

I love einstein bagels and this location is walking distance from home.About 2 yrs ago owner/management changed. They still serve excellent food but customer service is lacking. The manager does not even smile when we enter (we are there weekly) but most of the staff are amazing.

The employees are always so sweet and helpful!!! The manager with the dirty dread lock is so rude to customers and her employees. When she is working you can see the stress and frustration in the employees. When she is not they are happy this is sad to see. Also I don’t see why it has never been brought up to the owner about the managers hygiene she always looks dirty and that nasty dread lock seems unsanitary!!!!!!!!!!
