My car broke down a few days ago and it happened in front of Elite Auto Services in South Daytona. It was my first time going to this shop and it was a relief to find out how nice they were and extremely helpful. Rob the mechanic tried to fill up my power steering fluid so I could drive home and have more time to decide on a repair but my car had other ideas. They ordered my part on Friday at 4:30 pm and promised to work on it first thing Monday. They were true to their word and my car was fixed in a few hours. They guaranteed the repair for 16 months and told me what to expect and to come back with any issues. They do great work and I already know I can trust them with my car again. Thank you Pam & Rob!

Robbie knows so much and wants to ACTUALLY fix your car...not get you to just go away! A class act!

Pam and Robbie are great, had a bunch of issues with my truck and they took the time to go through everything with me and get the ball rolling to fix my 160,000 plus ride, still a few things left to do but I know they will do it right and affordably

I have had 5 visits to Elite Auto Service over the last 6 months and every visit was great work and completed in the time frame given. The prices are affordable and Pam treats all of the customers as if they are her very own family. The techs are very sharp and accurate about the issues of your vehicle.

Wonderful experience.I was just passing through town (and know nothing about cars), when I stopped at this garage. My car had not started that morning and the engine light was on. Not only did they call Advance Auto, where I originally purchased the battery and confirmed that it was still under warranty, they hooked up my car to find out why the engine light was on. They were pretty sure after checking the code, that it was caused by being jumped that morning. They cleared the code and sent me on my way to Advance Auto to get my free battery (it was still under warranty). They said if the light did not come back on, on my way to Advance Auto, the car did not need anything else. It did not. They did not charge me anything.So incredibly honest and professional. I highly recommend them to anyone needing service on their vehicles. They were fantastic!

This is a reasonable affordable shop to get your work done. Theyre very knowledgeable. They fix my exhaust system. Now my only complaint is I cant hear the engine when Im at a stoplight my first thought it had stalled out.

Pam was at the desk and was friendly, happy and very professional from the moment I walked in until I left with my repaired car. Elite Auto is hands down the best auto garage I’ve had to deal with in my 35 years of living in the Daytona Beach area. Very clean and organized shop. A nice waiting area for their customers. I had exhaust work done to my 2020 Ram Rebel. The rates are fair and honest. The gentleman that worked on my truck was very knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend Elite Auto.

Great!Great prices-more than fair and less than my last mechanic.Great staff-professional, informative and most of all HONEST.Great repair-no guess work, fixed right the 1st time.Had my brakes and wheel bearings diagnosed and replaced, very happy. Its a little hard to find but worth it.

Took my car there to replace my alternator. 4 days later serpentine belt shredded which in turn caused breakdown and engine overheating and blew head gasket and engine. $2800 to fix. So car is going to junkyard thanks to Elite. Contacted then and nothing. Avoid like the plague unless you want to be walking and out of money

I cannot say enough good things about Pam and Elite. Being new to the area we were directed to them through our AAA service. We have been to Elite for a few reasons and each time, the service, value and all around experience has been phenomenal. In the car repair business there is always a fear of being ripped off or taken advantage of, but this is not the case with Pam and the crew at Elite. You can rest assured they have your best interest in mind and will do give you great advice and options on fixing your repair without the fear you are being taken advantage of.

I had some noise coming from my front end so, I took my car into Elite. After determining that it was my front bearings on my vehicle they had my car repaired and me back on the road within a couple hours. I can’t say enough good things about them. They have great honest mechanics and Pam the service writer is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. Great team and great service! Thanks again Elite!

Absolute rip off. Claimed I needed some 4 hour labor detailed engine coolant diagnostics system run through. Happily Agree to the bill of over $500!!!!! To do an honest and reliable job. Come to find out, I Received my Jeep Wrangler to drive 3 miles home and the engine coolant reservoir tank is still completely bone dry from when a heat exchange hose went out( reason I took it to them) . He claims all of this nonsense as to why it was empty. But I’m telling you it was gods honest bone dry as it never had one drop ran through it. Unbelievable. Staff was shocked and speechless. They knew they messed up. No reimbursement for the work I payed for that was never even completed. Call it as I see it. Front desk lady, super nice. Approached the owner for some type of refund, “I don’t handle that part”Haha okay, right on boss 👍Absolute joke of establishment

Matt and crew are the best. I researched shops in Port Orange and Elite came up many times from people I talked to as one of the best. I have to agree now. They work on my diesel truck and my Jeep wrangler. Excellent and fair. They just dont through parts at it.

Im new to the area and needed some work done on my car, a neighbor recommended EAS so I had it towed over. I got a call back within 2 hours with a diagnosis and an estimate, I agreed to the work and had the car back the next day.Will use again, will recommend also; its hard to find a reliable mechanic and good when you do.

Matt and crew are TOP SHELF! Had to replace whole Rack/Pinion. Rust/Rats/Sprinkler water...Matt knocked it out and the steering is like brand new/tight! Pricing was right on target. Brought my 2005 Jeep Liberty in. I talked with Pam and the lead Mechanic Buddy. I had just bought the Jeep and it hadnt had regluar matinence in a few years. They took a look and and quickly gave me recommendations. Buddy not only fixed the Jeep but told me why parts failed. I left feeling educated and now my Jeep runs like its brand new. Definitely coming back.

As a SmartStart client, I felt like the camera in my car could have verified I wasnt in the vehicle while requesting me to blow and is considered a violation. $60 fine, Elite could have defended me by reviewing the camera images that I wasnt in my car but whatever, just another payment for a mistake I made over a year ago.
