Absolutely love my 2021 rogue. Very satisfied at how we were treated. We were in and out with hardly any wait time to deal. They were very accommodating. We were on vacation when we decided to go to the dealership. We reached out to Daytona Nissan after finding their dealership online. We were obviously a little hesitant about buying something so far from our home in Kentucky, but after how we were treated and how accommodating they were we had no dout we made the right choice. Larry Christian did everything right from making us feel right at hone to listening too all our concerns. I would recommend these guys too anyone in the area. Best salesman ever Larry Christian.

This was a very good experience. I had contacted the dealership via email to discuss the vehicle I was interested in and within 5 min was contacted by Josh. I explained my situation and provided him my best offer. He was able to immediately work with his Sales manager Max who contacted me within 1/2 hr with his best price. They both provided a stress free and non-dealership icky feel. Both were professional, gave me the best price, and made the experience hassle free. Had a great experience with Rome, super friendly and attentive. He didn’t make me feel overly pressured and enjoyed talking to him. Very nice atmosphere there and enjoyed browsing their lot. However, their customer acquisition model is incredibly predatory as they falsely advertise online to get you into the dealership before pulling the bait-and-switch and showing you “their” website price (which has a different fee-structure than they advertise the same car for on Autotrader or any other online platform) that includes your trade-in value as part of their advertised price. Wouldn’t have had a problem paying the extra $2000 as the price was still very competitive with it, but felt very lied to as a way to get me there.

Good experience overall. Very nice salesman. They gave me more for my trade in than anyone else would. I feel like I got a good deal on the truck I purchased. There were some minor scratches on the vehicle that were to be taken care of. They looked good when I inspected after they were fixed but after my 30 minute ride home, they are back for some reason. I dont know what was done but it didnt last. Not worth me going back and sitting there for 2 hours again, water under the bridge at this point.

This dealer advertises a price that’s not accurate and adds $2,000 fee on top of the advertised price. Also there dealer fee is quiet high at $998.50. False advertising is not a way to do business.
Sales manager ray offered me 19.000$ for my 2015 Titan 25000 miles great condition . Rushed me through paper work. Felt something was wrong. Looked at paper work he only gave me 13.000$ . Called DeLand Nissan got a quote for high teens to low twentys. Dont let this happen to you people read all paper work.
It was a very positive experience. They got us right in and took care of our problem immediately. We didnt have to wait long, but the large customer waiting area was so nice with plenty of room to social distance that we were impressed and appreciate the experience.
I got a quote for four tires on Saturday morning. After checking around I decided to get the tires at Daytona Nissan. I have bought two Rogues there. Called about 3:30 to set up appointment for Monday for tires, oil change and sensor recall repair. Lady said they were open til 5 but she could make an appointment because all the people were getting ready to leave. At 3:30? That made me nad so I bought the $1000 tires at Firestone Sunday. Called Monday to complain to service manager. Of course he isnt working today. Tried to make oil and sensor appointment. Cant do that today either. I love our Rogue I would suggest you buy one somewhere else.
My service advisor, marita wilson went above and beyond what ive come to expect from florida workers, ( yes condescending but true). she was dedicated to her job with an excellent eye for attention to detail. she should be positioned for advancement in your company.

I bring my nissan here for an oil change about every 3 weeks and the customer service is always great. They get me in and out and back on the road fast. Price is very competitive and they always have coupons avalable online to save me money.
The appointment was good and successful. A few days later I have received an email with some information about necessary repairs. I responded and asked about more information and I never heard anything again. This makes Daytona Nissan a not my partner company.
Not to happy with the service department. We have a platinum warranty which covers a loaner car and we were without a vehicle for over 24 hours. They were supposed to have it ready the next day and they didnt so we finally got a loaner.I had to call them to find out what was going on and thats when they made arrangements for the loaner and we had it for 2 days.Five days later my car wont start and its the weekend so again no vehicle. They had to pull the dashboard out to fix it last time so that may have caused the problem. I have never had any problems in the past. If you tell me it should be ready about noon and an hour later its still not then you should have called me.

I had a great service advisor Marita. She worked hard to get my warranty approved for my repair. My car was able to get finished repaired the same day. I was out at the nearby outlet mall and she was able to deliver the car to me after it was repaired. Excellent service!
I am extremely upset and disappointed in this dealership. I have been a loyal Nissan owner of 3 cars purchased and never have I had this mistreatment and confusion of buying a car. When I purchased my car I was talked into buying all these warranties which I was told I could cancel and the next day I changed my mind of having them but yet they were on my finance papers and was instructed that after 5 years of my term of payments I would be credited that at end…??? why can’t they fix the problem now! Who is going to remember that after 5 years. Second my calculations of the total price do not add up to the total that financed..? Why is that? I feel like I was taken advantage of and I went back several times to have this explained, I keep getting the run around. I am very disappointed by this because I do love my car just not the way it was sold to me!!

Unfortunately i wish i had good things to say about this dealership. I was written promised a spare key for my NEW 2021 Nissan Maxima since the dealership lost one set. I was told by the Salesman it would be sent to us as i mentioned we are moving to Texas. It has been 4 months and still no key or registration. I went to a local dealer in Texas and they quoted $395 for the spare key with programming. Daytona Nissan said we can send you a check for $150 since that is our cost. I told them this is unacceptable and they said thats all we can do for you. i bought a $50K Nissan and i only get one key? Service Department and this Dealership are a bunch of crooks.

My husband found my son’s car at Daytona Nissan. The spoiler kept coming off right after the got the car. They told him someone had to be hanging on it for that to happen (which did not happen). They did reattach it once.Then they failed to call me back after it was loose again a couple weeks later. It popped off on I-95, & was destroyed in morning traffic. He went straight to the dealership & was told someone would call him. A couple days later he received a call & was told there was nothing they could do because he didn’t have the smashed up spoiler.1-He was supposed to endanger his life to get the remains out of the middle of the interstate?!?!?2-Why didn’t they tell him that the day it happened?!Such shady people. I wish we hadn’t bought the car there.

The overall dealership was very clean and I felt comfortable during my experience.

There is something we would like to express regarding our new Armada. Overall we love our new vehicle. However there was a huge miss understanding on additional price of options we ordered. The items had prices when we ordered the vehicle. The prices influenced those choices. We did not know that labor would be added to any item that was not already on vehicle. We do not think the customer should be penalized because Nissan has a poor way of ordering vehicles per customer requests. Very disappointing to pay for something that should have come from the factory in the first place, since vehicle was special ordered. Should not be dealer or customer responsibility. Nissan needs to fix this, or least pay for there issues. Thanks. The Thompsons

They pulled a fast one on me. During the car buying negotiations I was told I would be given 1 yr free maintenance, along with all the other great benefits(free car wash, loaner car when service/repaired, etc…). When I brought car in for 1st oil changed, they claimed that they never told me that and that’s something they never do.(I must have dreamed that and drove 30 mins away on my day off due to my imagination). They claimed, if it’s not in writing, it didn’t happen. Be Cautious!! They are “slick talkers that don’t stand by their words. My fault for not getting everything they said in writing, must have slipped my mind after the 5+ hours at the dealership during buying process. I also requested all my paperwork from the sale, on gave me the “we owe” sheet and nothing more. I haven’t heard back in a couple weeks, I guess they forgot but I did get “in writing” (text message) that they will send it to me. They are “shady” again be careful.
Two hours for oil change and tire rotation. Shop wasn’t busy. Could see through the window. A lot of down time. No one around. When they were doing something a lot of breaks chatting with others. Didn’t offer or do car wash and vacuum which has always been done. No complaints about the woman checking us in. In fact she was helpful explaining my warranty
I purchased a new Pathfinder from Daytona Nissan in 2018 . At 4915 miles I noticed the sunroof was leaking water . I took it in for repairs and they said that it was installed properly .I am a 100% service connected disabled veteran . I have been in and out of the VA hospital since that service request and was not able to keep complaining about the leak .Now that my health has improved enough to take the Pathfinder back to them . They told me my warranty is expired and I would have to pay over $700 to fix it .This is the 6th Nissan that I have purchased and never have I been treated this was . They have proven that Nissan, unlike before, no longer honors their warranties of United States Military Veterans .I urge all Veterans and Military personnel to Stearns clear of Nissan on your next vehicle purchase
When I bought the car, I chose to pay for the 5 years “free” oil change program. We stopped getting oil changes when the pandemic started. After more than a year we went back, and were told that the “free” oil change program was over, and the dealer would not accept online coupons for oil change.We are aware of the time frame that expired, but we were expecting to get at least one break for the oil change since we didn’t mean to lose a whole year of “coverage” for oil changes.Nissan is happy as soon as they are getting your money, but they don’t care about you as a customer. Worse dealership ever.

My wife and I took our Nissans to the Daytona Nissan Location on Saturday July 10th. We stood outside where you take your cars and no one came out, we clearly saw team members looking at us but not doing anything. We went in to an office were there was 3 team members talking and explained we brought our cars in for oil changes and they said the guy in the other office would have to help us (he was on the phone) so we waited while he finished his call (no issue with that) but the 3 people sitting around doing nothing just passing us off after clearly watching us outside waiting for someone was very troubling. We where then told it would be about 1.5-2 hours for us to get our cars worked on and it is all ready about 11:30 AM so they close at 2pm and we had errands to run so we decided to leave one car and have to come back another time for the other (the service center looked dead, so I am not sure while it was such a long wait). We then mentioned our spare key fob for my wifes car no longer works and needed a battery. We were taken to the counter where we waited at least 10 minutes for someone to come to the counter. There was another woman who said she had been waiting at least 10 minutes before we arrived, and was still waiting for help when our battery was replaced. We said we were leaving one of the cars behind and would be back later (after 2PM) we were never told that we could not pay cash, so when I returned after 2 PM to pay cash I was told cash was not accepted, for two reasons: 1) there was no money left to issue change 2) after I said keep the $4.00 I was told they just dont take cash after 2PM. Luckily I keep a credit card on me for emergencies or I would not have been able to pay for service and pick up my car until Monday. Plus now I have to figure out a time to get my wifes car over for an oil change and with our busy work schedules and us both having a rare Saturday off last week was the perfect time to get both taken care of. Just an all around terrible experience, and a clear indicator not to come in for service on Saturday.
Transaction was quickly and professionally completed. Salesman met me at the airport and gave me a ride to the dealership. He even came in on his day off to complete the deal because of my schedule.

I brought my Pathfinder in for a 60,000 mile maintenance job. John Wright was my service advisor and his friendliness and expertise made for a pleasant experience. The computer did not record some of the 10% discounts I was entitled to, but John diligently worked until the problem was corrected to my complete satisfaction.
I went to have my vehicle serviced since Ive paid for it when vehicle was purchased. They took it to wash the outside and vacuum inside, change oil and rotate tires.The wash was meh, and only the inside front of my vehicle was vacuumed. Not what I was expecting.Then they claimed my rear passenger light was out, told me it was $50 to fix and I declined and stated my husband would fix it. I went home and no such issue.🤨 I had a feeling it was them trying to take advantage of a woman. Such a shame car places still try to do this!
I was online shopping and was contacted right away about my inquiry BUT I was supposed to get a video first thing in the morning that I never received. I had to remind them, never got it because by then someone was already looking at it even though I had sent a pre-qualified letter and told them I was serious about buying it. Sold from right under my nose.

Terrible! From the start nobody helped me when I got there for my appt. Josh did help out with getting diagnosed and how much it would cost and breaking it down but after I paid through the link they said they could get the car ready. I got there and the car was not ready and the cashier didnt know I paid. I had my kid who passed out with me. Just not courteous. So when I went to leave the lot with my car, I couldnt even get out because the gate was down. I had to flag somebody down to come enter their code in so I could exit through the entrance. Ridiculous experience. Next time I might be better off just driving to a different location.Hopefully the actual service is good, its going well so far so well see.
Although it took a day for diagnostics the service advisor explained everything and the work was done quickly and efficiently.

The show room is filled with amazing newer model cars and Ive caught myself eyeing them quite often. Its a little out of the way compared to where I live, but I trust the dealership and their expertise with any and all things Nissan.

The technician did not listen to our issues at all and do the service for something that we did not even bring it in for. When they said it was finished they tried to charge us for something that we didnt even need to have done.

My husband and I both drove two hours to Daytona of Nissan after a few days of speaking with Gabriel Morales. My husband found his dream mustang and we wanted something a little bigger for myself with having two kids and two dogs. Getting most of it done before even heading up was very nice and easy! All we had to do was test drive and let my husband talk numbers for both. We love our mustang and Nissan Rogue, they were both a pleasure to drive all the way back home with. I was told to come in to Nissan of Daytona on Mother’s Day by Larry to purchase a specific vehicle. After driving 2 & 1/2 hours one way, I arrive & was ask to wait, then told that the vehicle sold last night. I was furious because I communicated with this guy (Larry) on the way there & he never said a word. So he get his supervisor John Murray, who looks at me & ask “well what do you want us to do?” I said nothing & called my ride to come & get me. I received a call a few days later asking about my visit. Of course I told the receptionist what happened & she transferred me to Stacie Lucas who tells me she would send me a check for my gas wasted. Yet she never ask for my address, I then receive another call from Larry three days later asking for my address to send the check. I still have NOT received that check…. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Marita is everything customer service should be. Excellent communication and problem solving. More importantly, she was nice. My service appointment was made quickly and easily. As it turned out, the engine issue was not a quick fix. But, when she came in to tell me the problem- she had solutions. I was expecting a HUGE overwhelming car repair nightmare. Literally, within minutes I was on my way home in a loaner vehicle.Marita stayed in contact with me and continued to gave me updates.Honestly, that whole situation could have played out in a completely different way. Bryant was a pleasure to deal with although there were odd circumstances on my particular purchase, he and the team at Daytona Nissan did work to rectify the situation. Props to Bryant. Having purchased vehicles before, I will say that the finance team there was by far the easiest to deal with.
Had a horrible experience. Called to make a reservation — they said no need to make a reservation come any time service would take 1 hour.Oil chance and tire rotation ended up taking 3 hours. Had to come back for help because maintenance alert light came on after service.Car has been smelling horrible after service. It is brand new bought 5 months ago and has the wonderful new car smell. Now it reeks and I cannot get rid of the odor.
