Lack of adequate customer service. Unreasonable prices as long as you don’t know much about your vehicle. Visited this location to have my coils taken care of.. basically a tuneup, when I came back to pick up my car I was informed that only one coil was switched out. I was charged $256.45 so after this going back to them wasn’t an option until two months later there was a problem again and they decided to quote me “$420 plus tax” to do the job that they should’ve done the first time.

I finally found an honest mechanic. I wouldnt take my car anywhere else. They fix everything not only axels.

If you want your car repaired by some of the hardest working and honest people this is where you go. And yes they work on foreign cars. I have 2 and they are repaired by the book

Daytona CV Axles replaced the axle in my Mazda RX8 in 2018. I now own a 2011 Ford Mustang. I took my car to a different shop thinking I had an issue with the suspension. The problem was a completely shot enclosed electronic steering/rack and pinion. The other shop quoted $2740 and said they would have to keep my car for 2 days. I panicked and called Thomas Jarrett to see if he could replace my rack and pinion. Tom got my car into his shop right away and charged me less than a quarter of what the other shop was going to charge. And my car was fixed in 3 hours! I can’t say enough good things about Tom and his crew. They are honest, friendly and experts in car repair! A class act!! And my mechanics for life.

Great place, they really do care about what they do for others . They will fit you in when they can, and they do great work, I would recommend them again and again to my friends and family. They are hands down the best in town.

Hard to find a mechanic you can trust these days..... but these guys are great, honest and fair.... My wifes car over heated, due to the radiator going bad and blew the motor, They installed a new radiator and did a motor swap for me in just a couple days at a very reasonable price. Excellent service, and I will definitely use their services again if I have any more car troubles.

Excellent service for our older vehicles which would cost too much to repair at a dealership. When my tie rod came loose they fixed that for free and recently replaced my alternator without an appointment. They only recommend what you need.

Honest, polite, reasonable prices, they dont fix what dosent need repaired, they show you potential up coming issues and give you pricing so you know in advance and arent caught off gaurd. Definetly get your car over to them for repairs.

I drop a pair of axles off about 2 weeks ago. Got told it would only take 2-3 days. But they informed me that the u joints may be had to find if they find them. Well a week went by not a word out of them after double the time they quoted. So i called them and they said the management is looking to see if they could find them still. So now its another week on top of that and they still havent called with an update at this point im highly disappointed that they are willing to let my grandfathers vehicle to be down 2 week with no update.

Two months ago roughly I took my car there for some repairs. I was referred to go there, and I am highly disappointed. New rear brakes and rotors that speak constantly, hub bearing that came loose, and had to have my car towed back the same day for repairs they did. Also had more recent work done to find out that my front caliper was not tightened and couldve caused major damage. I will not ever recommend this place as they dont care about peoples lives!

Ive always been pleased with the DAYTONA CV axle shop and repair best around in there field .(ps)the last time I thought I had a major problem with our SUV rattle and scraping on the driver side, they put it up on the lift and the terrible noise was a piece of plastic flapping they zip tied the problem solved NO CHARGE.#5*

I feel kinda ridiculous writing this but i guess what better way to let people know what wonderful service i have always received in the last 7 years ive been coming here. i found them when i first moved to daytona in 2005 . i have always had bad cv axles until i came here and then i learned, that not only did he make them themselves they also guaranteed them . well that was news to me because before i came here i would have to replace them ever time they would go bad and didnt understand why . now that i come to this shop i get honesty, respect, understanding, compassion and sometimes a mechanic lesson . any time i have ever come in here i have always been treated the same way consistently . they have never worked on my car w/out my knowledge 1st, they have always called me 1st and notified me of what the problems were w/ my car and given me my options and given me a detailed list of what the expenses were to fix it . i have recommended this place to all of my friends and they have all thanked me and told me that they were all treated very well and their car was fixed @ a reasonable price, which is hard to do now a days!!!! i am very grateful to daytona cv axle and still go there 7 years later, thank you to t. j., brenda, jimmy, and lew !!!!!!
