I have a 2020 Ford Escape and I just keep getting TRASH service from this location!!! I got this SUV in MARCH 2021, I have taken my car back twice about noise coming from my back brakes. I was told that the brakes were fine twice. The noise still kept going. I was sooo embarrassed backing out of places due to the ungodly noise. I had to get a new tire and was near a different Ford dealer. Where they were able to look at my truck and see EXACTLY what was wrong with my brakes....RUST!!! Can someone explain to me how a brand new vehicle has rust!! I already feel like this vehicle was forced on me; and i almost feel like this is why. I will soon need to get new back brake because of the damage that was done. This is a BRAND NEW SUV, Why as I having to even go through this, especially when I have expressed concern about this issue!! I am not a HAPPY CAMPER. Im not a fan nor do i feel like i am being treated like you would want a returning customer to feel. This is my second time having to do this and again I an not happy. This vehicle and all that has come along with it has been a headache and depressing. I HATE EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS VEHICLE!!

Actual numbers. Saw car on website advertised as 28,800. Before leaving, had my trade valued at 20,500 by Carmax. Test drove car. Said I wanted it. They offered me 17,000 for trade and wanted over 31,300 for the car. when I complained about the trade they caved and brought it up to 19k. When I complained about the price of the car their response was Oh, you didnt read the fine print on the website home page. Sure enough, they added a $899 dealer fee, $750 reconditioning fee for trade and $1,500 finance fee BECAUSE I DIDNT FINANCE AND PAID CASH ! And if I hadnt had a trade they would have added another $1,500 fee for not having a trade. Really, go look at the fine print. If you consider this honest business practice, this is your place. I bought the car, but they will never see another penny of my money.

I asked 2 additional times for the info since my husband would be near the dealership soon, still same response someone will be with you. Guess you just lost a cash sale. They must not be hurting for business, they dont seem to mind since they cant respond to a simple inquiry glad we didnt waste our time going there. Contacted another ford dealership got a response in 10 minutes. FYI I have emails from 8:05am and I just now asked to be removed from the contact list, since clearly customer are not valued there.

I was very skeptical when I heard from John McCormick that my truck had arrived. We had been looking for a few months and he had gotten to know what we were looking for. The truck was great looking but had some issues: broken sun roof, large dent in the tail gate, exhaust pipes uneven. John promised to have all these fixed when we purchased it. admittedly I have trust issues and figured this was just Sales Talk as he couldnt guarantee me a date that all items on the list would be completed by. BEWARE - The price they show on their website and the price on the Auto mall website is NOT the price they will charge you. When they get done adding fees and other nonsense charges to the car it was $2500 more than the advertised great price. It wasnt so great after that. And the disclaimer telling you about these fees is at the very bottom in fine print only on their home page, not on the Auto mall webpage. I dont consider this an ethical business practice. I would never buy a car there.

I’ve had estimates for my car for a trade-in before, but this one was the best. I was met with outstanding service and friendliness— and received top dollar for my trade-in. I also feel I got a really good deal on my purchase, including its financing. Julia was incredibly impressive and really knew her stuff! Crystal was terrific as well. In general, I felt that they all truly cared about me and securing me the best deal possible. Overall, it was an extremely positive experience!

Enjoyed working with Oscar Cisneros. He was not pushy like most salesman I have dealt with in the past. He knew a lot about the F350 I bought. Oscar did say he was new and had a little help from Jimmy who was also a true professional. From the time we took the truck for a test drive until I left with the truck was fast. Oscar did a follow-up to make sure I was happy (and I am) the truck was missing a key for the tie-down locks and he has ordered a new key and will be sending it to me so I dont have to make the 5 hour drive to daytona.

We recently traded in our car and purchased a certified pre-owned car from Gary Yeomans Ford at the Daytona Auto Mall. The experience was wonderful. I called regarding a car that I was interested in online and Nick Dominguez answered the phone and was immediately on the job to help us find the car we would love. I was unable to visit the dealership immediately, so he asked what we were interested in and our price range, then texted me videos and pictures of available cars to expedite the process when we arrived. When we made it to the dealership after work, Nick greeted us at the door, got us settled with beverages and snacks for the kids, then walked us around the lot to look at the cars we were interested in and some that we might also like. He was so easy to work with and flexible with what we wanted and could afford, he really made us feel comfortable with a process that can be very stressful. We found out later that he actually stayed well after the end of his shift to help us find the perfect car and was the last person we saw before leaving the lot with our new vehicle. In addition, he helped transfer our belongings from our trade in to our new car, set up our bluetooth devices, and called a few days later to make sure everything was working great and we were happy with our purchase (which we were and are)! Absolutely stellar service from beginning to end from Nick. Nello Faulk, the finance manager, was great to work with too. He was very welcoming and shared some stories with us while we waited for the paperwork to process. He walked us through every aspect of the paperwork and answered our many questions with expert knowledge and patience. Nello also stayed past closing to help us finalize our purchase and make sure we were comfortable with the entire process before we walked out the door with our new vehicle.
