I am so pleased with Gary Yeomans Honda. I personally have bought 2 cars from them and received great deals. Just over a month ago we purchased a used vehicle from them for our son. His car was stolen before he got to make is first payment. We went there Thursday to see if we could find another car for him. We did!! Matt Russell was our salesman he was very informative and so pleasant. I highly recommend Matt Russell if you plan to visit Gary Yeomans Honda. We got a great deal on this car. We are overjoyed that we were able to find another vehicle after the theft of my Son’s vehicle.

Overall great experience!! Vinny and Kyle helped me find the car I was needing for my low budget and were super friendly! Both made sure I was comfortable and got right down to the facts instead of dancing around with the sale. I did wait quite some time to get into financial but while I was waiting, Vinny kept me company while constantly checking on status to get me with financials so I was taken care of and Kyle also checked up on me multiple times as well. I’d say the only frustration was with financials but when it comes to Kyle and Vinny, I’d give them a 10 out of 10 for their amazing service!!

Called Gary Yeoman’s Honda while I was driving past the dealership on I95. They were able to schedule me in for service immediately. I took the exit, headed up Tomoka Oaks Road where I was greeted enthusiastically.They checked my service records, service codes on dash and performed the recommended service and 90 + point inspection. Let me tell you why it is 1 star since they want me to review. I took my Honda Accord in yesterday and was told it was fixed (car pulling to left) was told it was irregular tire rotation. Gave car back and not even an hour later and I nearly crash in the middle of the road because the car just pulled itself left again. I took it back and was treated as if I was lying. I have now called several times to ask for a refund because no work was actually done and fixed but I still have not received any call back. Don’t waste your time.

I have never ever left a review in my life, but this dealership deserves it. WORST EXPERIENCE of my life, I bought a 2018 Toyota Camry with 21k miles on it. The salesman never let me test drive or look at the vehicle till papers were signed, insisted it was raining too hard outside. Super sketchy. The next day I had a severe blowout on the highway, & some minor damage to the alignment. I did a 360° into a ditch off the highway. They took me as a joke when I asked if the tire was defaulted or if they inflated it too much, insisted I had hit something on the highway. I had one bad tire, they charged me 600$ for 4 new ones & didn’t let me keep the other tires, which I specifically asked for. Took me hours to get ahold of anyone important, they told me my car would be done yesterday in an hour and a half & it wasn’t done until the next day hours after they had opened. When I came to pick up my car I noticed they had forgot a couple screws & bolts & everything was hanging off, which they fixed even though I asked for a FULL inspection before I pick up my car again. Waiting in the lobby for forever, the manager says “they haven’t came & told you your car was ready?”, I replied “no”, he laughed & then took me to my car.No one took me serious here, AT ALL. I am a young female who was alone in all this, maybe why they thought I was easy to take advantage of. If I could give this car back I would, worst service I have ever received & some of the RUDEST people I have ever spoke with. Looking at some of these reviews I realize I don’t stand alone in this, I just pray everyone AVOIDS this dealership AT ALL COSTS.Update: a month after buying the car, my battery was completely dead..

I am so disappointed in my experience at this dealership. They were shady and sold a car that had a big repair. A major coolant leak presented itself as we drove home from the dealership, and when I called they said that I purchased the car as is. Which is true legally. Ethically, they come up short. Either they didnt do a thorough inspection to see that the heater core was busted, or they did and they didnt do anything about it. Either way, it was a very shady experience, and now Im paying my mechanic $1,000+ for a problem that they should have been transparent or helpful about. When we talked to a manager about this we would get conflicting information and he would try to talk in circles. I also had a sexist experience with the manager speaking to my husband and I differently. The one positive thing was that we enjoyed working with the salesman, Joe. He was not pushy and very kind. Overall, my advice is to not purchase a car at any Gary Yeomans dealership.

I found a good deal on a used car out here. I called ahead to confirm availability and then checked again right before I drove out (about an hour away). They were great with communication, I really liked the car when I test drove it. They had already done an inspection and they told me the parts to replace the clutch were already ordered. So I decided to buy it and we eventually settled on a price I was happy with. They included the clutch, and are even fixing some rough paint areas for me which was super cool. Most dealers would just sell a used the car as is, but they actually did a real inspection and made sure it would go out in good working condition. I’m going back in a few days to pick up the car, but the whole process has been really good so far. Also, they are still maintaining good communication, my saleswoman (Melissa) has called a couple times to keep me up to speed on the progress. That’s been really great, and much better than a lot of other dealers since the deal is already complete. They could have been lame since they got paid, but they are still working to make the experience good all the way to the end. I would shop there again with no hesitation.

My husband and I were in the market for a new car. We had a Kia Sorrento, but with three children and looking into the future of having another baby, we clearly needed more room. We had tried a local dealership in DeLand, but had a horrible experience. Reluctantly, I agreed to head to Daytona. My anxiety was already sky high and I really didn’t want another bad experience. Going to a dealership for the first time to buy a car stressed me out, but Alex made finding a car I liked within my price range a breeze. Management and other staff gave me good advice as to what path I should take to be better off in the long run, which i really appreciated. My service advisor was good but Honda has built a terrible car that has nothing but problems. Its ridiculous to have to replace an air conditioning condenser and compressor in a 2016 Honda Civic. Not to mention the paint that is peeling off the car which is leading to corrosion on the body. This dealer just wants you to fork over money without even trying to help you. Do NOT buy Honda if you know whats good for you!!!!!Finally, do not believe all of these 5 star reviews. Its very common to be asked by the sales representatives to mention their name in a google review so they get an additional bonus on top of the car sale. This is a really shady way for the Honda Dealership to falsely prop up their business.

Good experience overall. Melissa was an excellent salesperson. Happy to get lifetime power train and extended warranty for four years on a 2014 CRV. They did agree to a headlight plastic cover cleaning. They denied a replacement of the foggy lenses, which was disappointing considering the money I laid out. Time will tell if their buffing procedure is satisfactory.

Top notch service!! As I was leaving Daytona yesterday to head back to Atlanta, I hit my car in a parking garage and broke off my sideview mirror, leaving it dangling on my door by the power cord. Not wanting to drive 7+ hours with it like that, I looked up local Honda/Acura dealerships and without even calling, immediately headed over. The service dept took my car in right away and within 30 mins had the mirror off and put a protective cover over it and I was on my way back to Atlanta. BewareUpdate to above: next day after above visit we were called by General manager who apologized for our bad experience and asked if he could make it right? so we said ok and he did! he asked us what we wanted and brought new CR-V to our home to try out and told us after we drove it he would in fact give us top trade and meet our financing terms. So we went to dealership and the whole buying experience was trouble free and all sales, and finance personnel were very helpful fully explained everything to us and although these sale do take time and lots of paperwork ? we got more than we expected from this dealership for what we wanted to spend! And oh yeah! the car itself sold us its really nice in many ways but a lot to learn for us! now back to this manual?? good sale!

Went to Gary Yeomans Honda with my neighbor Alan who had a wonderful purchasing experience with Peggy. Ironically went their because they had a 2021 Kia Telluride which peaked my interest but I love Hondas. Peggy was so kind and patient with test driving the Telluride and 2021 Honda CRV AWD touring. Much to my amazement the Honda was a much better ride with every imaginable whistle and bell, and much more affordable. Firm negotiations were accomplished where both parties were in agreement. Management was super and due to their integrity I am considering employment. Highly recommend.

I’ll just start off by saying that I haven’t had to go car shopping in sooooo long. I had a few experiences before I came here and they were not good at all so I was really nervous. But everybody was so nice and the experience was nothing but pleasant. I called first just to make sure they had the car I was looking for and they did. I had to take my daughter with me and was unsure about that too but everybody was really nice to her. Vinny helped out with the purchase of the car and all of that and honestly he was so great. He was super nice and knowledgeable and HELPFUL and made everything as easy as he possibly could. My situation was a little weird but he made sure everything got taken care of for us. 1000/10 would def recommend Vinny and this dealership in general to anyone who is car shopping. I recently leased a new 2021 Honda CR-V X from this dealership. Its the 3d or 4th time Ive done it, and I wouldnt be a frequently returning customer if I wasnt treated well. The facility is beautiful and very clean, with a comfortable customer lounge area, TVs, free coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and water. In fact, I was offered a bottle of water upon entering the building. Every person I came in contact with was pleasant and efficient. My leasing guy this time was Matt Russell, and he was a pleasure to work with. He was very well-versed on the CRVs, was able to answer all my questions, and I was quite pleased with the deal. He even called me a couple of days after I picked up the car to see if I needed anything or had questions for him. Matt was very easy to talk to and get along with, and I wont hesitate to call him if anything comes up. I hope hes still there in three years when my lease is up and Im ready to get my next CR-V.

HelloIve been through many a car buying experience in my young 58 years. This one has risen above all else!! Tony the sales manager and Mike in finance trudged long and hard to get me the best possible deal on my 2021 Type R, and I couldnt be happier. Jess went over the whole car with me, filling me in on how to navigate the radio and driving options. He was like the icing on the cake! Friendly and at home is all I felt from beginning to end. Tony even offered me spaghetti and meatballs from the employees lunchroom. Who does that??😁This dealership is a perfect example of how a dealership should be run. Dont go anywhere else until you give these fine gentlemen a shot in getting you the best deal possible!! Amazingly great dealership!

My car broke down while on vacation. I called Gary Yeomans Honda in Daytona Beach. They were there within 30 mins to pick up my car and check it out, They called me within a few hours to let me know what was wrong with it. I told them hat I needed it repaired by Saturday if at all possible, because that was when I was suppose to return home. They had it repaired by Friday morning. That did a great job on the repairs and dealing with the warranty. Took all the stress off me.

Amber and Dan are amazing and work miracles!! So thankful for them both. They got me in a brand new, off the showroom floor HRV Sport! They were so friendly and personable. I recently Purchased my 2021 Honda Accord from Gary Yeomans Honda, This purchase was made a complete breeze with no worries or concerns due to the many talents of Mathew Russell. He was prompt to the appointment, diligent in helping me with the decision process. I am a car nutt to say the least and can be very stubborn. Mathew was very effective by quickly assuring me of the value I held most important between the 2 different models I was shopping for (Accord Sport / Accord Sport Special edition).Once the selection was made. Mathew got me the numbers and had my papers signed post haste, moving the process along further. Getting my new car pulled off the showroom floor and prepared for delivery and even assisted in transferring my belongings from my Ram to the Accord. Mathew understood this was a very emotional process for me as He took the time to understand how much I really loved my truck and would miss it. He understood I had to make this decision due to a recent death in the family and was traveling more and farther and needed a vehicle with great fuel economy.Mathew has followed up with me frequently to make sure I am Happy with my purchase and to check on me personally. He will be the first one I turn to with my next purchase. Fingers crossed it will be a Honda Passport Trailsport so I can get back to camping and hiking.
