I visited this yard over the weekend. I was able to grab what I needed and missed out on some other items which was my fault. Yards organized and easy to navigate. Cell signal is great and youre able to surf to find the locations of your victims...Good prices, friendly staff and ice cold water, thats free !!!My replacement rear door. The tire cover wasnt part of the deal lol

The pic on their website was of a complete in tact car. Upon arrival I told the attendant what parts I needed. He looked the car up on the computer. Yes they still had it but the entire front end was already gone, which he never disclosed, which is where all the parts were that I needed. So I left empty handed but hey they still charged $3 for me to get in.

Ive never seen a auto junk yard so clean and organized. Looked up the vehicle I was interested in on-line and when I got there it was right where they said it would be.

Gave me a break on wheel and spare, beings i was helping out a stranded stranger with a kid. Very nice.

I like this place. Dodge sold my elderly mother a van without a spare tire or jack and didnt tell her. She found out when she got a flat. Dodge told her the cheap Jack alone would cost $400. I came here and got a full size tire, two different types of jacks, tire tools, and a set of jumper cables for $66. I think thats a great deal.

Honestly Best junk yard I’ve been to!!I have never seen a junk yard so clean and organized in my life.Every car is nicely organized next to one another. They are all up on these nice built wheels things they made. which hold the car in the air 3 feet with wheels hanging. Which makes it very easy to work on. Every car is spaced out from eachother.Ladies at the front desk are very nice and helpful.Paid $23 for a truck bed liner that’s worth $300 new. What a deal !Only thing that sucks is having to pay $3 everytime you go. Otherwise I’d be in there everyday looking at the new inventory.

Daytona number is not answering phone at 2pm, automated phone does not give an option for a human customer service rep. just says call back during business hours..I am calling during business hours.

Super place, well organized, efficient operations, the best pricer youre going to find. I was just out of Covid guarentine and got very weak, breathless, rapid heartbeat, overheated, vertigo and dehydrated. Guess I wasnt ready for hard work. They gave me all the water I needed and kept a watchful eye on me till I recovered and left. Not your typical wrecking yard for sure.

Dont get warranty on nothing you buy because the receipt will fade in three days and your warranty isnt void. Even if you have a picture of your receipt it doesnt matter. Everytime I go theres a different receipt policy to get money off people.

Great place and many options! “Extended warranty “ is automatically added. They do state it in the website so make sure you tell them before they ring you up that YOU DONT WANT IT. Still wish they would ASK first before slapping it in there

My best advice for parts here.Sign up for your vehicle notification and when it alerts Run.Because by the time you get there it will most likely be picked clean by the yard crabs.Also its 3 bucks to get in.

Hit or miss. Check age vehicle was placed on lot before you decide to venture there. More than a week dont expect headlights as there seem to be several eBay Sellers sourcing parts here. Many times seems like desirable parts are destroyed by a prior customer that couldnt get the part they wanted out.Dont bother trying to call. Its a central call center. Prices. Dont expect to pay what is listed online. Add environmental fee and their new extended warranty. Charges core for non-metal/steel/rebuildable parts. Extended Warranty is optional IF you decline Before you are rung up. Nothing more than a hidden price increase along with core charges they are getting you wont return.

Called and was quoted an amazing price on a radiator. Came up here, pulled the 15 year old radiator out of the car and suddenly the price jumped from 28 bucks with core to just shy of 40. When asked about the discrepancy, the guy spits out that they don’t include taxes and fees when you call. Why the heck would I call and ask how much something is only to be told one price that is attractive and then come to find out it’s more? I wouldn’t and neither would anyone else. It’s an age old, extremely slimy business tactic most expertly practiced by the oldest profession in the world, bait and switch. Well, if my dollar is my only real vote in this country, I won’t be voting for LKQ again, ever.

This was the first time we had been there and the person helping us when we arrived was so helpful. And because the car had been sitting there for a few months he didnt even charge us for the admission ($3 per person per day.. so nominal really but still..) because he wasnt sure if the parts we needed would be on the car. I like how well organized the layout is, that they provide wheel barrows and wagons and how most if not all the cars are sitting on blocks to elevate it up so its a bit easier to get to the parts you need. Great experience we will be back.

Great place to get uses parts at lower than parts store prices. Though they should NOT automatically add optional 90 day warranty to every order.

With the rigth tools and time you can find a lot of good parts... almost in mint conditions.

2 stars because dont have a phone number to verify the part is there. And its fee infested. Theres a entrance fee. And when you buy something they charge you a scammy environmental fee. Non-refundable. Even if youre not impacting the environment. They should be paying environmental fee not the customer. License is under their name not the customers. They also charge a core fee. In short.1. Entrance fee2. Non-refundable environmental fee.3. Core fee4. No phone number verify the part is there.In the end you dont save much because of all the fees and taxes.

My experience at this LKQ located at Daytona couldnt be more satisfactory. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND it to anyone looking for the right place, awesome prices and the service was TOP OF THE LINE. This is without any doubt a 10 Stars place.

Great place to get parts for what ever you ride or drive!!

Online site said price I was $3 for the part I needed, but after checking out I was charged $6 plus core for parts. After I pulled up the price online and showed them, I was told their system couldn’t pull up the part I bought and had to the price I was given. Then I was charged an environmental fee cause I wanted to return the items. So what should have only costed me $12 actually costed me $40. Remove the online price guide if you’re not going to honor it.

A good bargain

To be honest I didnt get my part while I was there, thanks to an ill-timed downpour. But we found the vehicke we needed easily enough, and the lot was easy to find and accessible. They only charge you $3 to go in and scour, which is reasonable. Id recommend it.

Had no problems finding the parts i needed for my 2001 ford f150

Was looking to replace a hood on my 18 year old car. Found a possible replacement here and wanted to see it. The staff there wont let you even on the lot without paying them to walk on their lot. Exact words you have to pay to walk on our lot. Can you even imagine having to pay to see something before you buy it. Its a u pull it place but you have to pay to see it. Unbelievable.

LKQ (Daytona International) was extremely helpful in aiding me with my vehicle. They set me up with a reasonable offer quote that I was selling. I was payed within the price that they had quoted. Some information had not been initially correct, but when I had arrived they corrected it and quoted me the correct price. The staffing were very knowledgeable and friendly, Id definitely recommend this business to people who dont mind pulling their parts, and generating a good customer relationship. Overall a great experience dealing with them.

I drive an hour to get there to pull the rear end out of a truck, it was lifted off the ground on supports which was nice, but they were on the leaf springs, and couldn’t pull the axle out due to this.I went to the office they said they would have it moved for me by 3 they following day.I drove another hour to get up there (at 2:45) and it hasn’t been moved. The office says they were busy, it doesn’t take long to lift up a vehicle and move the supports. They said they’d have it done the next morning. I give them my name number and vehicle location, and tell them to call me to let me know it has actually been moved before driving back.A week goes by no phone call, I call they’re number which is a “call center” the lady that answers says she will have to email them because they don’t have an incoming phone line.Still have not heard from anyone, it has been two weeks now.Not using these guys again!

Pull what you need and pay. I would double check the prices online, some parts u can get online new for less. They dont discriminate for cars so actual value of the part might be inflated. Otherwise solid.

Could be better, if they added a more accurate inventory/location and maybe a pavillion in the back to get out of the sun for a few minutes. But prices are good, people are friendly.

For people needing used parts for cheap, there is no better place in the area. $3 admission per person per day grants you access to a wonderland of vehicles from most manufacturers. In addition to a website thatll tell you not only what cars are in stock, but also give you their exact location.

They gave me a cote on the phone for a 98 zj.4.0.$355.00 If I tow it in and $205.00 If they picked it up.I brought it in they gave me $170.00 said that the best they can do. I was robbed with my eyes 👀 wide open.

Some of the prices are completely insane, you can get the part NEW for a few more bucks!! However, there are also some parts that you couldnt even touch for the price they charge. So its a gamble either way!

Ive never had an issue with staff not being friendly. Prices are great for some things and their selection is fast rotating and has been accurate to their website every time Ive been. I buy parts from them almost weekly and havent had any issues with returning anything that was damaged or un-needed.

Im a pregnant woman who cant pull heavy parts on my own and they charged me a fee to get in with my boyfriend who was pulling the parts to a truck he owns. On top of that they are sneaky with prices they do core charge on some parts but not others. We grabbed a rim and they charged us for the tire that was trashed and no way could be used. They didnt give a core charge for the stupid tire because they know its trash and they dont want it back.

Sold an older car to LKQ. Got online quote before going in. Made an appointment to drop off the CAR. Staff was polite, professional and helpful. Price they paid was very fair considering the condition of the vehicle, which I described honestly in the live online chat. Price paid was the same price I was quoted. I would definately do business with these people again. Now my old car may live on in the old cars if others. Thanks for a good experience!

What an absolute absurdity. I need seats for my truck, yet LKQ expects me to drive 6 hours on a possibility that they may or may not have them. Theres no phone number to call this branch, no way to verify the parts are even there she said, yet they claim to be the biggest provider of parts in the country. What a joke. Id suggest LKQ get with the times and realize customers expect more from a business than possibles and maybes. Ill be finding another junkyard to do my business at thank you very much.

Went to get a set of leaf springs for my truck told the gentleman at the check in. He said go find the truck that I want to get them off of and let them know and someone would come lift it so I could get them off I go back up with a pic of the truck and they said there was no one there to help. They just want the money.

Im very disappointed in LKQs business practices. I paid $3 to get in to go look for parts that may or may not be there. Ok, no big deal. They had decent prices and gave a 30 day warranty. I gave them 2 stars for that. My part I got ended up not working once I installed it so I took it back. There was another vehicle that had the same part so i asked if i could exchange it. No problem! But then they charged me another $3 to go look for one to exchange! That bothers me. Then when I found the other part to exchange, it was broken too so I went back to get a refund. They didnt have a problem refunding me, until I looked at the receipt. Originally they charged me for the part and an environmental fee. But for my credit back to my card they didnt refund that fee. The guy at the window says thats what it takes to keep the doors open. I dont think Ill be going back there and I suggest other buyers be aware of these poor business practices.

Wish i could give zero stars because its what they deserve. Went out there pulled a straight axle rear end for my truck, get to the front to pay and they want to charge me for an independent rear. I told them it was a straight axle and they wanted to argue. So i left and will not be returning, the employees there and computer systems are trash and they know nothing about parts.

Called day of about an hour out and they told me they had plenty of the item in stock.. showed up and they had one car there with nothing I needed. Went to counter and not much help. They got our 6 dollars admission tho. Not going back

Pick your own part auto salvage yard. Nice selection of cars. Online listing makes it easy to find where the cars are and what is new to the yard. Good prices. Staff can be rude or nice depending on the day.

Actual cost to shop is approx 4.50 or so. 3.00 for you on the way in and then an environmental fee on the way out. Something to keep in mind if youre getting something inexpensive. Great place to get parts.. but keep in mind finding parts can be challenging in that they dont actually keep inventory on parts, just cars.
