Just want to give a huge shout out to Anna and Abbie over here. I came in because my car battery was dying and my fuse ended up blowing and Anna personally drove to find me one. I appreciate their help so much, the customer service here is absolutely phenomenal. 10/10.

Super friendly staff but the store was charging over $8 more than Walmart for the same Antifreeze. The only store they dont match price is with Walmart. I would rather drive the extra 4.8 miles to Walmart and save over $16 since I purchased 2. It was sad, but the staff was polite and apologized.

Ive been shopping at advance Auto parts for years and theyve always giving me great service and I always find my parts there and accessories. Great staff.

They did not carry one of the things I needed for my 20-year-old vehicle. But they told me where to get it, and voluntarily wrote down what exactly to ask for.

Always have what u need, even if u have to travel. All 4 stores in each city. Ormond right off Nova road. And Daytona store off Mary McLeod Bethune and Nova. South Daytona store off Beville in front of the old Sams Club that has since been relocated off to Tanger Outlets. And the last one located off Nova in Port Orange.

We went there to buy a new battery for my husbands car and the staff installed the new battery. Clean store, well-stocked, friendly.

Were having issues with vehicle not wanting to start (dead - kept needing jumps). Advanced told us battery, starter, etc was good. Ended up it did need a new battery - it was bad. Wish Advance would have figured it out! We got stuck and had to take a Uber to get a new battery. Frustrated!!

The store is very clean and organized it was easy to find exactly what I was shopping for in the well stocked aisles. The counter help was fast, courteous and knowledgeable about the parts and trimmings to add to my car they were happy to help me set up my purchase too what more can you ask for!

Dont go to the Mount Dora store unless you want to spend a week working on your car theyll take at least a day to even notice your there then once you do get your part you be driving right back when you go to put it on and realize it doesnt fit or its the wrong one.

Online order was quick with this store. Took my old oil in and they took it and disposed of it. Had to do the disposal myself at the other advanced stores. This my new store!!!😀

Ive been doing business here for almost 2 years. Excellent customer service. Very knowledgeable staff. But my go to guy is Issac. Hes super knowledgeable about many different kinds of vehicles. I have 2 antique Mercedes Benz and Issac always gets it right the first time. Good quality parts and good prices. Excellent return policy. When I order parts they arrive promptly and correct. Will continue to do business here.

This post applies to the Ormond Beach,Fl. store,for me its a very good location near my home. I will say they are very busy location at times I have very good luck when I go in there typically theres is a short wait at times. I always look for a fellow named Carl hes very experienced and the manager there Sean is also very experienced the only downside seems to be that they are very busy and short-handed, on the phone taking sales calls for parts while handling your transaction, other than that good people down there

Its amazing what kind of Parts they have. I went to go get an oil change for my Mercedes truck and the oil change place didnt have any of my correct oil filters.So I just went up to Advanced Auto a block away got it

Like most AAP stores this has a great location, very clean store and super friendly staff. I have done a number of online orders ready for pickup. All i do is show my id if the clerk doesnt know me by name. Sign my receipt and i am done. Use the SpeedPerks program and save $5-$20 on each purchase. Also buy online and save up to 25%. Good parts and helpful staff.

Worst customer aervice ever from the geavy set kid that works there! I readtY spent hundreds if dolkats with tnis store. I needed a pert they didnt have so i asked if she would check walmart for me so i disnt drive out there for nothing. She made some commit that was rude and laughed about it. Ill never set foot in that store again and necer recomend them. Its bad enough when ones car is broken down but there nor inteestwd in you thete only thete profit.. Good place to buy common parts but please do not get advice on how to repair or whats wrong with your car or truck they(just like Auto Zone,Pep Boys,Nappa etc..)are sales associates not Automotive Technitions think about it if they knew how to work on cars and trucks they would be working at a garage? Would you goto Mcdonalds to ask how to cut steaks from a full side of beef
