A delicious breakfast sandwich and tasty orero iced cap is my new favorite tasty once weekly treat. Ill be back next week for sure.

So I watched the guy make my wrap and I tried telling them he made it wrong but the women said that’s how it’s made I can make it again I told her no cause I was in there for at least 20 minutes. I was charged 12$ I come hear daily I’ve never been charged 12$ for a number 11 and Tim bits. I was charged for bacon and sausage and I only got sausage. This tim hortons is lost.

I bought $20 worth of food through the mobile app at 1:45 p.m. and arrived at the drive-thru to pick it up at 1:56 p.m. I waited there for six or seven minutes before someone pulled up around me and informed me that they had closed at 2:00 p.m. I have not received a refund yet and the order was not refused when it came in right before closing and this parts not necessarily their fault but Im having a hard time getting a response from the mobile order department which can only be contacted via website not by phone.

Delicious honey dip Tim bits and breakfast sandwiches. I like the bacon snack wrap just the perfect size for breakfast. The staff are friendly and quick. I would like to see their price on items drop s little. :)

I wont be going back to this one because one of their staff called me hateful for not liking the fact that they didnt have any of the bagels or donuts I asked for ready. Excuse me for thinking a Tim Hortons, a place known for donuts and bagels - should be a little more prepared. Half the time you cant get lunch at this location either and it seems like every time I try to give location a chance, they make me wish I hadnt.

I’ve only been Tim Hortons a handful of times but I will tell you I am not going back. We went in the store around 8:30ish on a Saturday morning and there were three people working. You would think on a Saturday morning they would be more prepared. A lot of the donuts were already gone to include on that my wife just ordered. There was only one other person there getting food. It took them forever to acknowledge either of use. They were more concerned with the drive through. In my opinion mistake one. I ordered two breakfast sandwiches to which one of them was not what I ordered at all. When I went to get it corrected they told me none of the biscuits (what I originally ordered) were cooked and all raw on the middle. Again, did they not prep at all for a Saturday morning. My wife asked for an assortment of donut holes for our son. When we got them it was two chocolate three birthday cake and a majority of plain glazed. Not an assortment. And no they were not out of donut holes. Lastly we ordered coffee. No straws or napkins at all so we had to ask for that too. All the while the person who I assume was the manager on shift was just complaining about if this is how the day is going to go it’s going to be a long day rather than fixing the problems. No thank you. I’ll be going to Dunkin’ Donuts from now on. Just thought I’d give my feedback.

Kinda of fine..I guess there was a promble with one of the girls not working on our food and the shift manager asked me to call in the morning and talk to the g.m about it.(even though I didnt complain about how long it took).poor girl burned herself fixing our food so between the one girl not doing what she was supposed too and her burning herself ...she was rightly so upset...but the food was good...

I will only give it a good rating when they allow people to actually go inside and sit down to enjoy their coffee and food. That is the only way you know how good a place is!!

Worst Tim Hortons i have ever had. Coffee was awful.

I was picking up my boys from The University of Dayton. We went to the drive thru and they did not return my credit card. I am not from the area and when I stopped for gas MANY miles down the road on our way back home I realized that that keep my card. I called but there was not a manager there but they took my info and I was told that a manager would call. Long story short, I never got a call. When I called and talked to the manager, Desirree, she gave me MAJOR attitude and told me that she would not help me and I should not have driven off with out it. Deal with it! That is not the way you talk to a customer. SHE NEEDS TO GO!!!!

We were traveling through Ohio and decided to stop for breakfast. We do not have Tim Hortons from where we from so we are not familiar with the menu. The dining room is closed, so we needed to check out menu at the drive through and ask for a minute to do so. There wasnt line of cars, there was no-one but out ONE car. The associate in a very angry manner asked if she can help. We said we trying to figure what to get and she almost yelled well we serve breakfast here. Very unpleasant tone, very unprofessional. We definitely interrupted her from doing something better at empty diner...I am not recommending this place and better yet since for us it was representation of tim hortons in general - I am not recommending this business.

Need to learn how to make iced coffee. Iced coffee should be brewed to be stronger than regular coffee so when ice is added it doesn’t taste like coffee flavored water. Came and got an iced coffee with cream...received a cup 3/4 full of milk with a splash of your coffee water. Came back and asked for just the iced coffee, I’d add the cream...received your coffee water. My daughter got an iced latte...lattes are not just coffee and milk with flavoring and called a latte and charging twice the price. If you’re going to try to keep up with Starbucks...then make the drinks correctly at least. I chose Tim’s because I was trying to save on the price of my favorite Starbucks. Ended up paying for your junk and the driving across town and getting Starbucks...so I spent way more than I would have going to the place that always gets it right.

I bought two large iced coffees and they were made incorrectly I asked for peppermint they added caramel and it was just too much to come back and switch it out or swap it because they were closing and then I would probably have to deal with that but certainly wasnt what I ordered

Very rude just because they could not hear the speaker in drive-thru. Had to repeat order 3 times and still they messed up my order.

I love the staff at this location. Always very accommodating and customer service is their #1! My 2yr old and 3yr old are a rambunctious pair and everyone is always very patient and make us feel very comfortable whenever we come (its one of their favorite places). I also come here to do work on the computer and I like the coffee here more than anywhere else (including starbucks). A big Thank you to all the staff at Tim Hortons.

Never again will I go there.. not only did they mess up my food, I got charged for a steak egg and cheese bagel but got sausage.. then got charged for something I didn’t ask for. Plus I got Tim bits and they taste old like they’ve been sitting there for days. I thought they’d be soft but they were hard.

I will never go to the one by 70 again. Wanted a dozen 12 grain and they said they only had 1 in the store. They had 4 sitting on the shelf but wouldnt sell them to me. Asked for an asiago bagel to go and they toasted it so they gave me another that the top was half burned. I didnt notice it until I got home so wasnt about to go back. At least this time they did put coffee in my cup and last year when I was there they refused.

This branch is changing my idea of Tim Hortons!Every time I go there I get more disappointed with the food. Its old and cold especially the bagels and it tastes bad. Good thing that the coffee is fine.

I work right next to this store and stop here often. I love most of the staff however the quality could be better. I ordered a sandwich that was supposed to have bacon but didn’t. Also if I’m asked to pull up and wait I expect my food to come out hot.

This place is great for coffee! We prefer to have this over Starbucks and its affordable.

Clean, great donuts and excellent staff. I have only been on Saturdays, so I dont have experience with the school crowd, but when I have been my order is right and the staff is friendly going above and beyond to make the visit nice for me & my small kids.

The employees were super nice. I came in and had no idea what i was looking for but the young man navigated me through the menu, and even the managers were all very tentative. I really enjoyed the atmosphere everyone made me feel very welcomed and included. Will keep coming back and look so forward to it!!!

My wife and I both got the worst food poisoning from here just a few hours after leaving. Stay away from this place.

They never get my order right, then try to give you more food that you wont want to eat. Its like they are not trying to get the food out the way you are expecting it.

First time going I asked for almond milk and they were very rude in telling me they didn’t have it. Every time I go, they are out of one or multiple things I try to order. Once my wraps were literally thrown in the bag to the point when I went to take them out, everything fell out of the wrapping and the tortilla. Coffee always tastes old. Today really set me off because I keep trying to give this location a chance because I love Tim Horton’s and this one is so close to my house but I got a bagel with cream cheese and the bagel was SO old and cold. Not toasted at all and just tasted so gross!!! I have had enough, I won’t be returning to this location!

At first I was so excited that a Tim Hortons was going up across from Stebbins! I drop my son off every morning and go for a blueberry muffin. Well, lets just say 7x out of 10x the muffin is ice cold in the Middle and burning hot on the outside. Ive tried calling to complain but, it seems like they leave the phone off of the hook. Its constantly busy. So I started going to the Huber Heights location and its perfect every time. So, today I went again for a muffin... its like they took it straight from the freezer to my bag. I had to come home a put it in the oven. And guess what?? The line is busy! Worst location ever!!

On our way to visit the Air Force museum, we stopped in for a light meal. Nearly every item my daughter ordered from the menu was not available. Nearly every item my mim wanted was also not available. I ordered a grilled chicken panini to shate with my toddler son, it was minced chicken bits with cheddar sause and mayo. There was a McDonalds next door with a long line, I shouldve taken the hint. Understaffed and understocked.

What can we make fresh for you? I am sorry we are out of plain bagels?!? It should be what can we put together for you instead?

Stay away from this store during school hours. Staff has absolutely no control over noise and disruption that the students cause. Employees make no effort to control the environment for customers trying to enjoy a cup of coffee and a treat. Management took no steps to make the visit enjoyable. Coffee is great but who can enjoy with out-of-control and foul-mouthed teens.

The ice tea taste like coffee, and seems to always be out of hasbrown. The main reason for the 1 star is the tea, if I wanted coffee I would order coffee. Ice tea sod not be make in the same unit as the coffee...

This Tim Hortons is right next to a high school so traffic in the mornings can be crazy and leaving tim hortons parking lot is no left turns. But the food was good and service was quick.

I havent been here in months because every time I visited, some part of my order was wrong. Was out running some errands and decided to give them another shot. Nope. Cant even get a simple order right, even after I said it 2 times and the employee repeated it back to me.

Online it says the store opens at 5am and it was on the way to base, figured sure why not get a much needed coffee before work. We pull up to the drive thru at about 0535 after passing an employee outside smoking, sit at the speaker for a few minutes with no one operating it so we drove around to go inside just to find another employee outside smoking, still no one at this time says anything to us even though they see is trying to get service, finally after we got out of the car we asked one of the employees if they were open, come to find out they did not open until 6am, not 5am like the website says. Two employees watched us for about 8 minutes before we had to confirm they were not open. Fix your online times so people dont waste time prior to work trying to figure out if they can get coffee or not.

Donuts are ok, but I would not recommend the Biscuit sanwiches. They seem to be somewhat cold and chewy(The biscuit part). Unfortunately this is my favorite type of morning sandwich

Service was a little slow but that is understandable since they just open however people kept getting asked what they ordered about four times. The parking lot is very poor designed that if you park to go inside it will take you forever to get out because you are blocked by the drive thru traffic.

This is one of the worst Tim Hortons Ive ever visited. Theyve gotten my order wrong every single time to the point where the last time I went I didnt even bother asking them to fix it. Ive never seen a Tim Hortons so incompetent where they didnt even have any of the food ready by the time it was supposed to be ready. When I went they only had two kinds of Timbits ready and no bread at all

They put meth in my coffee and I had a crazy productive day.

I have tried this Tim Hortons and gave them so many chances. At first I thought well maybe because its a new restaurant they havent worked out all the kinks yet. This morning I went again which would probably be the 5th or 6th time going now. Every single time I have been there my order has been wrong or not made right. Every single time! When ordering a vanilla iced coffee I shouldnt get iced milk. When ordering a sausage egg wrap I shouldnt get an egg, cheese, hash brown, pepper wrap. When I splurge calories on a donut I dont want a chocolate iced donut when I ordered a glazed one. I also dont want to be told to pull ahead to wait on a coffee that the workers forgot to make when Im on my way to work and dont have the extra time.Im not one to write a bad review but this is just terrible! Get it together!

Just went there for the first time.. they didnt have anything I wanted the doughnut case was almost empty at 9 a.m so they said they would make me some chocolate dip doughnuts and they did but they do not look edible. Looks like they just slopped em together. At best. No one looks like they have had proper training..

This Tims is always in the struggle bus. Ive been there a few times in the past few weeks and never once has my order been correct. Ive sat at the window each time while they fix my order.

Best Timmies experience yet! You guys earned yourselves a repeat customer!Came through a few minutes shy if their actual open time, ordered my usual Tim Hortons sausage and cheese croissant, and they actually had croissants ready to go unlik3 the Needmore location.

The wait was pretty long but they gave me free donuts as an apology so its pretty good.

Joe is rude and a smart ass. His facial hair whiskers ended up in our food and instead of apologizing he laughed about it. Hes a red neck and shouldnt be working in food service. I am disgusted by the service there.

The staff here seems to be very poorly trained. Our simple order took quite a while. The soda was watered down. Went in twice to get it replaced and was told they didnt have time to change the soda syrup, didnt know how to issue a refund and manager was too busy to help. This place is a mess.

Ive had nothing but aweful experiences with this location and its manager. With how new it is, you would think that they would provide quality service in order to build a customer base. My most recent experience, I was the only one in line, no greeting, 2 employees standing next to the drivethru smoking, and it took a minute for me to be served at the speaker. Pulled forward and the manager was running the register no greeting again. Just heres the price. Pay, pull forward and we will bring it out. IM THE FREAKING ONLY ONE IN LINE!!! Why pull forward? So they can screw up my order, not give a straw for my beverage, and not have to face a pissed off customer. This manager is incompetent and as someone who leads a team in customer service, I would hire him to clean the toilets.

If it possible to order 2 dozen of mixed from the app. Add the conditions that TH needs 24 hours.Then make sure the customer pays for the order pulse get the status of order though texts or emails.

I ordered a ice mocha coffee and a turkey club sandwich was suppose to get a dollar off of the coffee cause between 2-5 in April a dollar off but I didnt waited 18 minutes for my order coffee was all wrong Turkey club the bacon was burnt and no mayo on the sandwich it looked horrible, I wont be back ill keep on driving to Duckin doughuts....

STOPPED IN THERE TODAY 06/13/2017 ORDERED MY USUAL MUFFINS AND CHOCOLATE MILK, WE ARE IN THIS PLACE ALMOST EVERYDAY. GOT TO THE WINDOW TO PAY FOR MY FOOD, I HAVE AN OLDER $20 BILL THE MANAGER REFUSED IT, I SAID IM IN HERE DAILY AND DONT HAVE ANY OTHER MONEY. HE SAID IT DONT MATTER THAT YOUR IN HERE DAILY IM REFUSING THE PAYMENT. SO AT THIS LOCATION THE DAILY CUSTOMER IS NOT IMPORTANT TO THE MANAGER/OWNER . BANK VERIFIED THAT BILL WAS GOOD. AFTER I SPOKE TO MANAGER AFTER LEAVING THE BANK HE SAID HE WOULD STILL REFUSE IT IF I BROUGHT IT BACK IN.

Ordered 40 pack of Tim bits. Only about 1/2 were assorted and the other were the same, when I took them back in the staff wanted to be rude about it being assorted. It was not. Will not be back poor customer service.
