UDF has always been a great convenience store, but more importantly it is a great Ice Cream STORE! Both the UDF and HOME MADE brand ice creams they sell are outstanding.One of the very best ice cream flavors Ive ever eaten was the Peach Ice Cream I just bought here about a month ago. It was one of the best tasting Ice Creams I have ever eaten, and I used to work at an Ice Cream place that had over 40 flavors of ice cream.

This particular UDF location used to be I go to place to get gas to and from work. Ever since they added the new payment system to the pumps, 9 times out of 10 it cancels my sale and I end up wasting 5 minutes of my time trying to pay for my gas in store, and it still wont work. I will now be going to the Marathon across the street.

I stopped here to use my discounted gas. I really had to restrain myself from going in to buy ice cream because theirs is some of the very best you will find anywhere. I strongly recommend you try their peanut butter chocolate chip cookie dough!! Also, they always have some great special on pints and scoops!

Was there around 11:30pm with two friends and the two ladies that were working were both rude. And trying to rush us while we decided what kind of ice cream we wanted. So much so that one of my friends didnt end up getting any at all. We will NOT be going back! Not at all what I was hoping for my birthday.

Tried to order a peanut butter milk shake and she told me it would take to long she had other customers to wait on. She had a very rude attitude.

The app to get cents off of the gas purchased does not work well with the dispenser

Customer service is hit or miss. Sometimes I just wanna grab my milkshake and just roll out but no I have to sit and listen to story time while coughing Karen tells her sob story to regular Karen. Dont wanna be at work, go home!

Was there this evening at 1255 and was denied service. They were very rude when they denied the service.

I stopped in on a Thursday night with my two small kids the nice young man behind the counter was so pleasant and greeted us as we entered the door.i think his name was tony .all we knew was we needed icecream he let me try a few different ones then made me the best strawberry milkshake Ive ever had its like I wanted this shake for a year it was so good.When we checked out he was very friendly he treated us like family thanked me and asked me to do the survey to get 50 cents off my next drink then invited us back.he was very engaging and showed enthusiasm what a great customer service this young man gave us.thank you for the great milk shake.

Good convenience store for snacks and such

I like that they carry various flavors of ice cream, but when they advertise special flavors and quickly run out, that shows mismanagement. obviously when holiday flavors come in, a lot of people are going to want to buy them. Why would you only have a small shelf cleared for those?

Youre employees are ignorant and rude as all get out. They dont answer the phone correctly and act stupid when Im trying to ask of they have a certain item I need. Them laughing when Im hanging up.

At this UDF I came in to order ice cream. I was at the counter and asked kindly if I could have one minute to look at the options. The employee looked at me and my boyfriend and told me that he could have more time but you cannot took my remark as sassy and was extremely rude to me the rest of my order. I could not hear what he asked when he was making it and he rudely said SCOOPS, ONE, TWO, THREE. acting like I was a 4 year old. If you cant be friendly with a customer and make them feel comfortable, then you shouldnt be working there. With this, I will not be returning to this establishment and will share this story with my friends.

They told me they were NOT open 24 hrs. A complete disgust of their ads. I just wanted a smoke. Jesus

If you are from out of town, you need to make sure you take a quick pit stop for a shake!

Employees are friendly and most are quick to help you.

Everytime I come here the employees are very rude and act like they hate their job.. its always a very unpleasant experience. But the gas is cheap.

Usually the best gas prices in the area.

If you can’t make a milkshake you shouldn’t work at a ice cream place

09/02/19Fix your register Im tired of people telling me one price and then hit a button and tell me another I dont know how many times Ive gotten gas and people probably kept my change.
