Got an egg and cheese bragel which Ive had many times before but the last two times theyve just put hard boiled eggs and cream cheese and its so disgusting tasting. Now that its been two times in a row, I wont be ordering again, waste of money :/ (Ordered from doordash)

Went through the drive thru to get one regular drip coffee with cream. It took way too long. I was thinking maybe they were short staffed because of how long it was taking for this simple order. When I pulled up to the window, there were at least four employees. I was blown away!The guy working the window needs work dealing with customers. He wasnt unfriendly, he just wasnt a good fit for that moment in time. Totally oblivious to the amount of time this was taking. Everyone in there was. It was wild.I suppose the punch in the gut was the mediocre coffee. I was really disappointed. It wasnt good. I wanted it to be!!!The wait. The taste. And the lack of customer service or awareness... Yikes!2 stars? Really? If the service was decent and the coffee ok, it would be 3 stars. Decent coffee and ok service would also be 3. But both were thumbs down.

Great place, quite, delicious food and great coffee. Love everything about Biggby Coffee. One thing that I would suggest is to add a 12oz size cause 16oz is a lot for me :).

Absolutely terribly staffing. Complaining about making coffee and bagels for crying out loud. Counting tips instead of helping people. Couldn’t give me my order in a timely fashion. When I get home to eat it the bagel is hard as a rock. Used to love this place but will not be returning.

I love, love, love this place. They have so many different options, you can definitely find something you like. Im not a big coffee person, but when Im in the mood for it, I make a point to stop here. And in my opinion, the turkey & havarti bagel sandwich, is the best breakfast sandwich out there

I will be making this place a go to in the future. I got the banana mango creme freeze and a sausage egg and cheese bagel. Both were very good, especially since the bagel sandwich had cream cheese on it. Yuuuuum

Absolute worst management and customer service I have ever encountered at a Biggby. We went through the drive through and were told we had to go in after sitting for about 15 minutes. When we were confused as to why we were met with an attitude and told by the manager, “I’m not going to let you ruin my day, you don’t have to come back”. Well, we definitely won’t be back if that’s how Biggby treats its customers. Never had this problem at Starbucks.

The staff very clearly did not want any business. You could hear them talking about how they will no longer take drive thru orders that included more than one sandwich, and even continued to state “ha, our reviews are going to be terrible today”... I’m a Restaurant Manager so I understand that customer service jobs, especially in the food industry are draining, but this is clearly a negative and toxic work environment and they made it abundantly clear to the guests coming in to order that they did not want their business. The sandwiches we did get were hard as a rock and inedible and they refused to make the 2nd drink we ordered claiming we never asked for it. We used to rave about Biggby to our friends and regularly came to this location, but after our encounter with the staff we will be more than hesitant to return. I hope this doesn’t fall on deaf ears. Biggby has an excellent concept and it would be a shame if the staff pulled the business down with this kind of behavior.

The staff was rude when my wife asked for the code to the restroom. We didnt even place our order there were people in the lobby that had been waiting for 10 to 15 minutes just for their order.

I am always disappointed every time I end up here. Ive been 4 times. They are over priced and give you 6 inches of foam in 24 oz cup of cappuccino for 6.00, and they do not have but 1 or 2 sugar free syrups

Overpriced, but delicious. Their food however is drastically overpriced.. Just frozen stuff that they reheat. They dont actually cook any of it, and a lot of the time it is still cold in the center.

I come here often. The bagel sandwiches & drinks are good. But the service is SLOW no matter if you are in the drive thru or in the lobby.Today around 9am. There were 2 baristas. One was cooking sandwiches and the other was counting her tips while I was still waiting to place my order. I left without ordering. There was also a long line in the drive thru. I think the staff needs a little more urgency in serving customers.Overall good place.

Im a Michigan girl. Ive been drinking Biggbys since it was Beaners. I used to work in downtown Lansing Michigan and this was my daily indulgence with a girlfriend. It was a nice walk for a tasty treat. So, Im so happy that we have one in Dayton Ohio. It is still my favorite coffee and a great reminder of my home town. I prefer it over Starbucks or any other coffee place hands down.

I have never seen slower service. Waited in line (was a long line to be fair) but then waited 20 minutes at the window for my food. Order came out in chunks so half the order was cold by the time I got home. Food was also made wrong. Won’t be returning.

The Purple Haze (caramel blackberry latte) is my absolute favorite drink here and they (Biggby) are the only coffee shop I know that does it. They have a frickin PLETHORA of flavors. Do yourself a favor and get the app so you can see all of the special drinks they do. Otherwise, food is a little limited, but very tasty. Currently my favorite food item is the new maple waffle sandwich, but the turkey havarti bragel was my go to for a long time. Go support Biggby!

Rude staff and very slow service. When you are standing inside and waiting to order you shouldnt make your customer wait while you pull all your online orders that you obviously forgot about. Then when you make someone repeat their simple order 3 times it shows you obviously werent listening. Meanwhile your person taking drive through orders is making snide comments about customers. The customer service is lacking and very disorganized staff.

Im sure that most people appreciate the sweeter drinks, but I however was not thinking that the frozen coffee drink would be so sweet. In fact it didnt even wake me up which normally happens with any coffee drink. Very expensive. $5 for a small its a little pricey for the Dayton area I would think. Overall wonderful presentation though, awesome staff, interesting interior and products. But the drinks are a little too sweet for my taste.

Beautiful, comfortable coffee shop with lots of windows. The inside is modern and clean. The staff were really friendly. I just got a hot tea, but it was delicious. The menu has lots of drink selections for all tastes.

If i could put half stars i would give it a 4.5 rating only complaint was service was slower than normal today, i give them the benefit of the doubt because it is first day of the year. Other than that the coffee was amazing and service was very friendly and helpful today.

.Bigby is a refreshing coffee establishment. I enjoy the report there... but they should make all of their flavors readily available to the public. What I mean by that is that on certain days you cannot get certain flavors. Its almost a control thing to tell us what we can drink on which days. They will however sell youthe coffee beans of your favorite coffee even though its not the day in which they are serving that flavor. The prices for that or a little bit confusing though. Overrule its still a nice place to go sit and have coffee.

Although the food is good when right, the customer interaction is always terrible. kept going after my husband had such bad experiences that he quit (a 25 minute wait for a hot tea when he was first in line and then being yelled out of the store without a tea or refund when he questioned it). Then when I questioned the contents of my sandwich after watching it being made incorrectly and was told I was wrong, I still opened it to eat it, assuming I just missed something. Nope. It was incorrect and when I came back through to ask for a correct one, their answer was ummmmm and then another worker said Whatever I guess then when handed my sandwich was told Next time if you want it that way you need to ask for it (it was a ham and cheese, as pictured on the menu, which is what I asked for) Then the other woman said Whatever, you were wrong, goodbye and slammed the window and laughed.

The ladies at the drive thru are always so nice. Ive never had to wait long amounts of time for drinks to be made AND theyve all been delicious. Happy to have a drive thru coffee option downtown.

I get this frozen coffee called the butterbear and if you like butterscotch then its a must. Go online also there is great customer rewards that is offered you also will receive buy one get one free in the mail for the biggby in your area. When you sign up for there free rewards card that tracks your points you get free coffee and sweet side like cookies and cakes. They will email you sales and discounts also they text to your phone upon request. Last yr my husband and i were going to franchise one.

Nice atmosphere however,the coffee is weak the people working are rude,the food is overpriced and not the best experience on our first visit !!!just note you have to have or be a patron in order to go to the bathroom!! The code is on your receipt!! For real.. .muffins are little dry wash it down with weak coffee we had 2 orders of #1 &muffin on side lousy music is annoying and the workers talk about their personal business in the coffee shop we dont want to hear That!!!make it right for us!!!UNLIKELY WILL NOT RETURN !!
