It was my first time in this store and it wasnt impressive. Upon entering the first thing you notice is the store was bare, it had very few shelves or displays for a store thats been in business here for awhile. I was at Metrolink to pay my first bill and I was told that the 30$ plan i wanted to get no longer existed. They also informed me that i didnt qualify for their new 40$ plan and i could choose between the 50$ & 60$ plan. Im totally confused now as the two ladies there had vague explanations and said it would be best for me to call customer service which i will

Slowest place on Earth!!!! Terrible service. Worker told me my phone was broke and it wasnt! Just bad service and no chairs to sit down on while you wait for the one and only worker to help you!!! Dont go there.
