Excellent service ... they fixed my phone and gave a loaner one. the other places i went to tried to get me to buy phone and said mine couldnt be fixed..... If you give them the time they need to do it right you wont be disappointed!!

I go here for any of my cellphone needs and I have never had a problem untill now when I am trying to get my cellphone fixed I figured since they did so good with all of the other things I need they would with fixing my phone also. I went in Sunday and paid my money $60 to get the broken screen on my phone fixed. The guy said they should get the part Wed. and it would take 40 mins to fix and he would call me to bring my phone in. He didnt call so I called him. He said he leaves at 4 and I told him I dont get off work till 430 he said if I called when I got off work he would wait. When I called he was gone. I went and dropped my phone off anyways cause they said they would give me a loaner phone. This loaner phone is from like 1990. I was told my phone would be done by the time I got off work Thurs. When I went in Thurs. They said that he was having a hard time with my phone and he would call me Fri. Today is Friday. He didnt call in the morning so this afternoon I called to see how it was going. He said he was working on another phone but he would get to mine and give me a call by 3pm to let me know if he could get it fixed. If not he would have to order another part that will cost me other $20 and that part will not be in till Tues. He didnt call by 3pm like he said so I called and once again he was gone but they said that he had to order the part. So now I will not get my phone for over a week from when I paid, I am going to be charged more even though this is not my mistake on the pricing and I cant even get a phone call or a decent loaner phone?!?!?!?! I will not be back to this store after this!!!!!!!UPDATE: It is now 07/05/12 and they still have my phone. When I called today I was told that he hasnt got around to fixing it and that he would put it back together and I could come get my phone to take it somewhere else to have them fix it. VERY POOR customer service. They broke my phone and have had it since 04/22/12 and I have to now take it somewhere else and pay for what they broke?!?!?!?!
