2 years ago my husband and I switched to Metro. Although {I think) we were at a different store in the area, Im pretty positive we had the same employee, lol! He was great, fast, knowledgeable and kind. No problems so far and I got a free earbuds as well for getting a case and screen protector with my new phone! Thanks!

Todd the associate was amazing!! He saved me money that was not needed to spend instead of a lot of stores trying to get every dollar they can out of you. At first I went to the one on linden and the worker was smoking outside then when I started to walk up to the store he hurried in and locked the door!! Go see Todd at the Patterson metro pcs you wont be disappointed.

They were very helpful and great sales people. They showed me how to work my phone, helped me with my new bluetooth speaker, and anything else I needed help with. Also the lowest prices I could find would recommend

Shout out to the sale lady Nikki gave me a really good deal on a new phone when i switched very pleased.

Went to get 2 new lines added and they charged me upgrade price for my phones instead of the price of new lines

15gb is not only supposed to last you 3 hours

So i pulled up to the store at 7:10 to get a phone turned on that was mailed to me as a replacement for a phone that was broken. The store clerk was walking from the door and i noticed a sign saying be back in 5 minutes. So I thought to myself maybe this guy has to go to the bathroom.. and mind you the store closes at 8:00. So i went down the street to a little garage sale to blow some time.. i came back to the store 15 minutes later and the sign was still up.. so i knocked on the door and no reply. 25 minutes later i decide to leave and walk to my truck and glance back and see the store clerk walking down the street holding some bags.. obviously he went shopping!! So he come in the store with no sorrys or anything and then helps me... so he cant turn the phone on because of a password and i call the 1800 number and they tell me that if i show ID that he should have turned the phone on.. which i did.... so im in my truck and notice that he has put another sight on the door that says be back in 5 minutes its 8:50!!! I sayed (F) this Shot and went home pissed

Its a clip joint. Dont go there. Once youve spent your money in this place, its gone. One day return policy if that. I tried to return some Bluetooth earbuds after one month because I was overcharged by four times and they dont work as advertised. Then I was told no returns after 24hrs.

Just came in the other day while the free phone sale was going on and was initially quoted just over 200 for 4 phones than after we agreed he the guy tried to raise price to over 300! Needless to say we left and visited huber heights metro pcs and received the same phones for first months service plus tax and 10 dollar activation fee per phone as advertised. #dontgetplayed

Lady was arrogant and malicious when I tried to get a justiable instance straightened out. She then lock the door. With pretenses to longer to business with me when I purchase a phone a day previous. She overcharges alot.
