Venus is amazing. I was paying 400 a month through At&t and he fixed my problem. He unlocked my phone so I could go through a different service. And it was cheap all together. Amazing place. I recommend this place to every one. You need repairs or you just have questions this guy is your guy. Go check them out

Very overpriced for his products. Not very friendly. and anything you bring in to try to sell that is worth high dollar he will try to get it from you for practically nothing. The last place I would recommend for any kind of wireless phones accessories etc

I went to get my phone unlocked & later found out they had time to go through my phone while I wasn’t there & leave a business review for themselves off my google account. If they wanted a review they could have just asked me but it’s completely unprofessional to go through my phone for without asking it’s no telling what else they saw or did .. very shady business

Terrible customer service. Rude, over priced, and slow. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone being as my first visit became my last. I wouldnt suggest anyone waste their money giving it to this guy.**RESPONDING TO STORE OWNER: so not only are you rude, slow, and over priced I see you lie as well. Over an hour to switch two phones? With nobody else in the store. When someone else had come in the other employee had her switched and out the door in a quarter of the time you took. I still have the receipts. I had to save it for the actual merchant when I did your report. I wouldn’t waste another dime or recommend anyone to go there even in their most desperate situation. Don’t allow me to leave out how your store also smells terrible. I don’t want a refund or a credit (especially at a store I now refuse to shop). Really, I dislike having to complain about companies because majority thinks it is for something free or a refund. That’s not the case with me :) By all means keep it, apparently you need it. All I ask is improve your attitude and marketing skills, brush up on your customer service, and quit burning so much incense. Have a great day & God bless!

I called about getting a phone case for my galaxy note 20 5G ultra and was told they had them in stock. WRONG!!! THEY LIED!!! I drove across town just to be told they didnt have any. It was pouring down 🌧. I told them that I had just 📞 them and was told something different. This nut stood looking stupid at me smdh 😒. I will never 😤do business with them again.

I love Venus wireless go check them out. Every time I have a phone problem I can go to them. Its not a problem Venus wireless cannot fix. Ive been to the local closest phone stores to save on gas and travel and their knowledge or no how is minimal to certain and major phone problems. I just dont go no where else.
