If I can use one word to describe this store it would be supreme. I shopped all over the Dayton area for a family plan for me and my family, but none could even compare to east side wireless. The man that helped me went above and beyond to take care of me and had me out the door without a hole in my wallet. He was also able to fix my phone when no one could and for the few that could they asked for an arm and a leg plus tax.If you want great customer service and great prices for fixing or starting service I definitely recommend this place

Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Owner will go above and beyond to get you the best deal for anything you need. They repair EVERYTHING too. Love this new management and what they did with the store, looks clean and professional in there.

Went in to purchase a phone and found that the entire store has been renevated! The new owner was very friendly and helpful and the store looks very nice. I was able to get a new phone for a good price and will definitely be going back so the tech can repair my laptop. Definitely recommend!!

I’m a repeat customer. The staff are always helpful and courteous. I would encourage you to look around for gifts. They carry all kinds of things.East side Wireless is under new ownership. The new owner is young, immature, pompous, unfriendly jerk. I do not recommend this place for anyone to go into. I will not be coming back to this place again.

Very friendly and business oriented I love this place they make you feel like family knows their customers names and sometimes knows just why you came into their store and if they dont have what you want or need theyll go out theyre way to get just what you need and have it for you on your next visit. I love the owner Sam and his wife and children theyre really respectful to all their customers and make you feel at home in theyre establishment.
