Nav was the nicest, funniest man. He greeted me with a Happy birthday, than played the birthday song while checking out.He ordered my Otterbox case for my Galaxy S21-5G on Tuesday & had it for me today. Just like he promised me. This is the place I go to for all my cellphone repairs and accessories. Even though I live an hour from Dayton, it is worth every penny. The owner is a very nice guy and very knowledgeable. The repair costs and quality of work is head and shoulder above others. What I love is the price and functionality of the accessories. Recently got “Simple Fast” car phone holder. It is absolutely amazing. I highly recommend Wireless To Go.

I highly recommend Wireless to Go. I took my Iphone 10 in for a badly cracked back glass. They worked fast and the phone looked better than new... There was a problem with the speakerphone function so I took it back and they fixed it with no question. Great customer service.

Absolute waste of my time and money. I dropped my Samsung Galaxy and the liquid screen protector failed, thus cracking the screen. I took the phone to Wireless To Go at the Dayton Mall and they repaired the screen, however when he turned my phone back on it was stuck in a perpetual loop, where it would not get past the Hello screen. He literally told me he could not fix it- The whole thing cost me $402. I wish I would have just let them keep the phone and not paid the $201 that was due after he finished fixing the phone. Im not sure why this business has received several high ratings- Maybe they have improved over the last year since this happened?

Came in to get my screen fixed. There were problems with the new screen but it was NOT technician error. I came back to have the problem fixed and Jay did an excellent job on doing so. If there was a problem, he wouldnt question it and would immediately start working on it. Great place. They care about their customers satisfaction.

I walked in very stressed after Verizon told me that my phone could not be fixed. I was having issues with the charging port. Wireless To Go was able to fix it in less than 20 mintues and it has been working great since!

I don’t know how this place is in business. The heavy set man with the ponytail is the rudest person in the world. He goes out of his way to be a complete _____. I wouldn’t go here no matter what. You are better off going to Amazon and buying phone cases or anything for that matter. It’s sad because this would be a good business if he wasn’t the owner.

My Iphone6 won’t turned on and I was hoping it could be fix but it was just so damaged they couldn’t but the service they gave me was fantastic! They’re all very helpful and since they weren’t able to fix my phone, they didn’t charge me for anything even service charge, none. I would totally recommend this place to any of my friends.

I visited Wireless To-Go today to have my iPhone 6S screen replaced because it was completely shattered. Terry was the one who helped us and did a GREAT job replacing my screen. It was a quick visit-- less than 20 minutes. The new screen looks 100% brand new. I was very satisfied with the pricing as well-- the best price I had found after calling 10+ stores in the Centerville area. Dropped my phone while I was shopping at the mall. Phone was in pieces. Went to one of the spots in the middle of the mall. They have phone cases that fit just about any phone. They even had one to fit my moms Samsung 7.

The owner damaged my home button when replacing the screen on my 7plus it stopped working after he replaced my screen he said it was a common problem and Apple had to fix it... took it in to Apple, he tore the ribbon for the home button and lied said it wasn’t his problem. Beware...

This guy has broken mine and my children’s phones multiple times. I don’t trust this joe guy with cases anymore let alone opening them up. Beware and stay away! There’s authentic shops close don’t get bootlegged.
