The work was good but my speakers were blown when I got the car back. So I don’t listen to the radio or cd’s.

We have a car from hell! Feels like a bullseye on its front grill. We have dealt with Little Giant collision center for the last few years! They are the kindest, knowledgeable professionals we have ever dealt with! Dave, the owner took care of paper work with insurance companies and getting car parts that were difficult to locate! the staff were wonderful and always kept you in loop when it took a week longer to be complete. Even dealt with a rental car agency which was less than cooperative!! They are the best!!!!!

After an extensive, and failed, search to find a new boat to meet our needs we elected to restore the boat we bought new in 1985. We took our boat trailer to Little Giant to see if they could match the paint to the original color of our boat. Dave the owner of Little Giant made a very interesting suggestion, paint the trailer with bed liner used to protect the beds of pickup trucks. Dave told us he had extensive experience on applying the product and certainly the product had a significant history of being a hearty and scratch resistant solution for pickup trucks. However the typical black color and rough texture seemed out of place for our restoration plans. That is where things took a most interesting turn. Dave told us he could match the main color of our boat as well as reduce the texturing level to something he felt would be pleasing. We took the leap of faith and told Dave to proceed. A week later we got the trailer back. They did a marvelous job of matching the color and the texture reduction more than met our expectations. They also did a fantastic job of covering every square inch of the trailer as they actually turned the trailer upside down and painted the bottom before setting it upright and finishing the job.We would highly recommend Little Giant as the communication and level of work was excellent. We have had numerous comments on how well the trailer matches the color of our boat and how well it withstands the rigors of us climbing on it with wet and sometimes sandy shoes which used to literally destroy the previous paint job. After months of usage the fenders show no signs of scratching from us climbing on them and many miles of use on the gravel roads and boat ramps. We are so happy we chose Little Giant and trusted Dave’s bed liner suggestion to start our boat restoration project.

Charged full insurance estimate and only did part of the work. The work they did was shoddy and they took 2 days longer than they originally told me. Highly recommend against anyone ever using them. If a 0/5 was possible, thats what I would rate them. These are after the repair, 3 push-in retainers missing, headlamp bolt not tightened down at all, NEW damage, wheel never fixed or replaced (part of the estimate), rear view mirror never repainted (part of the estimate). For a place with such raving reviews, their quality of work seems rather poor.

Its strange, but I did not use this business. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone actually suggested a different vendor and outlined why he recommended them. He was helpful, forthright, and friendly. Its always nice to meet someone who wants the best for your vehicle, not necessarily whats good for their wallet.

I dealt with the owner and he couldnt have been any nicer! He got me right in and my car was fixed as good as new! Excellent service and price!

Beautiful work! Very impressed with the staff, price, and the amazing bumper repair. They even fixed a small chunk on the lower bumper that wasn’t part of the estimate. Other family members have used Little Giant and are highly satisfied as well.

Excellent and honest auto body shop! They quoted me at 1/2 the price of other places in the area to fix my bumper. They also made it so that I didn’t have to go without a car while the repairs took place. Dave was very friendly and personable. I will definitely use them in the future!

I had a paint scuff and dent on my bumper a few inches long and came in looking for an estimate. Upon seeing it, they quickly grabbed the necessary cleaner and paint and fixed it right there on the spot. What great people. Great and honest shop, with employees that are people of integrity. I needed work done after the Ohio winter had taken its toll on one of my passenger doors and window. They were fast, used quality parts and communicated well during and after the repair. I had a chance to snoop around a little bit and see other work they were doing while I was there, and I will definitely be taking my bike there for some customization. Great place all around and great guys to work with you. I highly recommend them!

Dave/Little Giant not only do excellent body and you will have s position work but go out of their way to give the customer a positive experience. Their Customer Service is top notch. No matter how bruised and crunched up your car is when it be arrives at the shop it will be like new when you take it home. And you will feel good

I cant say enough about this place! I had someone hit my bumper of my new car and I was originally quoted $900 to have the bumper replaced by the dealership. I took it here and he thought they may be able to fix it for $300! I was so excited at such a great price. Once I got my car backed and it was fixed perfectly, he only charged me $30! I couldnt believe it. I would recommend this place a thousand times to anyone who needs body work done! I am so thankful I found this place and they really helped me out in a crappy situation!

Needed two surface rust spots the size of quarters in my front wheel wells addressed, as well as an inch long crack in a plastic body skirt molding. There was a friendly staff who took a full appreciation for my care of my car (03 Monte Carlo SS). Pricing was decent and at a level of my expectation. Easy to schedule a drop-off / pick-up date. Finished job on the day promised. Quality of work done exceeded my expectations. Glad I took advantage of their service so that I can take my car to a national club meeting in a few weeks from now!

Sometime around December of 2018 I brought my 2015 Golf R in and they did a good job fixing it, not perfect as I understand it wont be good as factory. Next day I went to go look at it more and noticed a black plastic piece blocking my right front intercooler. I called and they agreed to order the part. They said they would call me when they get that piece in. They ordered the wrong one. Couple more months later of waiting I call and ask about updates, the owner said they sent the wrong one and called the seller to fix it. Couple of more months later, the part comes in but I talked to one of the body guys instead and said he would notify the boss to schedule me a time...Its now June and I have just given up and going to fix it myself. Definitely wont be coming here anymore.

My husband had a decent fender bender with a truck. Took it to Little Giant. They were great. Somehow getting the parts got messed up and it took twice as long to get the job done. They ended up knocking out the huge dent and painting it. BUT it looks great. Will definitely use them again if we need car repairs

Had a wing mirror broken by our basketball hoop in the wind storm last week. Dropped car off in 8am and had it back by 4pm. They also buffed a couple scratches in the paint, greased a squeaky driver side door and cleaned car at no additional charge. Great service. Friendly staff. Highly recommend.

Cant say enough about how happy I am with Little Giant! My SUV needed a minor repair and I decided it would be easier to pay out of pocket. I checked out three other shops but LGs estimate was at least $200 less and 1 day shorter than any other estimate for the exact same work, and it was completed exactly as promised.Fingers crossed I wont need repair work again, but if I do I know where to go!

I stopped by to have Dave take a look at the passenger door on my Explorer. There was water under the carpet. Dave adjusted the door and told me to dry out the carpet with a small fan. He said if I get water again, bring it back and he will have the window resealed. I was impressed with the personal customer service! I will definitely use them again in the future!

I had a large dent with some small scratches in my rear bumper. I went to3 different shops. One suggested I replace the bumper with a Real GMbumper at a cost of over $1000. Another said he could replace it with abumper available on the Internet, match the paint and charge $500. LittleGiant heated up and popped out the dent perfectly in less than 10 minutesand told me how to touch up the scratches with a GM touch up kit. (Cost: $22). Hecharged me nothing, and when I offered a generous tip, he declined. Iwas beyond impressed. This was the best customer service experienceI have ever had.

This is long overdue...I took my 2015 Dodge Journey to Little Giant last year after an accident I had in the parking lot. I was getting a work physical for a new Fire department I had just recently been hired at. A vehicle was speeding out of the parking lot to exit and I was already getting ready to turn out of the parking lot. Well to avoid getting T-Boned on the drivers side (with my 6 montn old son directly behind my seat) I turned my wheel to the right and hit a caution Pole on the right passenger side near the front wheel. The complete right side passenger door and the panel in front of it was damaged. My mother came to get my son and I immediately contacted Little Giant. They looked at my car gave me a quote and even help me pop out the pannel a little bit so it would be a little easier to to drive on it. This was all around Christmas time so as you know with children & presents this was the worst possible time for an accident to happen. The employees at Little Giant made this experience less stressful so incredibly easy. They worked with me and answered all my questions throughout this process. I will NEVER take my car to another body shop. I never once felt like a customer or I was being cheated with my price. They made me feel like family. They are honest and up front and very down to earth. Im forever grateful for them and their work is second to none. Im a customer for life!!!- Connie :)

I have to say, this is my first time to write a review and little giant ARE SO Awesome!! My bumper had some paint scratches by someone. I have 2015 subaru crossterck desert khaki, first I was a little worry about the paint color, because I thought it will be hard to match the same color. But they did fantastic job!!! I went back today let them put my bumper back, when I saw my bumper!! MAN!! my bumper just look like brand new!!!! and the color are exactly same!!! Im so thankful that Dave and his team did all the good job for my car!!! highly recommend Little Giant!!! Thanks all the worker there again! Thank you guys SOOOOO much!!!!
