Amazing shop, amazing service, simply the best.

After the tornados that blew through the Dayton Area two years ago, I decided to take my hail damaged car into the White Allen Collision Center for body and paint repair. Regina did a great job keeping me informed with the progress on my vehicle and when it was going to take a bit longer than expected, they were kind enough to get me in a loaner vehicle since my insurance company was no longer covering a rental. The whole staff made a very stressful situation more tolerable and the end result was amazing!

Easy hassle free drop off with my warranty body repair. Had the car done and looking fantastic when I return from my week trip. Paint matching and blending was spot on

Just got my car back from repair today.. repair was great but the inside of my car was very dirty. Considering I have light interior, my seat was very dirty and was the first thing I noticed. Very disappointed... there is no care or consideration when entering in someone’s vehicle at this location.

In the past year, I have taken my Honda Accord and Nissan Frontier to the White Allen Collision Center for body repair. In both cases, the finished product was of the highest standard, and I am very satisfied. Many thanks to Lee Fasick (Estimator) and Keith VanHoose (Tech) for their very professional services and attention to detail. As a car guy, I truly appreciate Keiths superior skills and the pride he takes in his work. Highly recommended.

They just do what they are supposed to do and they do it with excellent customer service.

They are a very busy place, they come highly recommend by insurance companies and word of mouth. The staff are excellent and do their best to keep the customers up to date on the progress of vehicle when its in the shop while having knowledge and direction on how processes work inside Collision Ctr and with insurance company.

Absolutely disgusted with the way my wife was treated over warranty work. Luckily, after Allstate pulled them from their good hands network they gladly covered our warranty and sent us to someone that did it right the first time. Gary Schwanitz was unnecessarily rude and dishonest.

When using a body shop, the circumstances surrounding such use are sometimes stressful. White Allen Collision Center took all that stress away. Every interaction was handled professionally and with respect. Even though my vehicle was kept a bit longer than was estimated, the work was done well. Prices seemed to be comparable to other shops in the area. Well done!

Only took 6 weeks to fix my car, after promising it would be done in 3 weeks. Then my window was scratched that was just installed. So we took the car back to them, and suprise the new window was the wrong size 3 times. So it took 2 more weeks to get it back that time. Totally unprofessional

Decent dealer but the Service Appt staff need to organize a little better.
