Took my son in to buy his 1st car the sales person Nick was great and very helpful when it got to the paperwork and we were going over it with the sales person his boss came up and was totally disrespectful condescending and rude because we were not ready to buy the car that day. I have never been talked to in that manner from someone is customer service and will never return. Keep in mind I went there to buy my car almost 5 years ago had great service and that was the reason I took my son there. Had he not been so rude my son would have been back to buy his car

They saw me walking in and knew I was gonna be an easy one to get over on.They chose the car, ended up being $75 more than I wanted, paid for the insurance signed the paperwork and then they tell me they have no key for my car. Said I can come get it next week. Drove the hour up there and they still didnt have the keys. It has been almost a month and Im still not driving my car.. Sent an email 2 days ago saying I want my money back if I dont have my car by Friday and they have completely ignored me. What was supposed to be a positive experience, they have turned into a nightmare. Avoid this place at all costs.Its been a week since I originally posted this review and I still have no idea when my car will be ready.I sent 3 emails last week to 3 different people, no response from any of them. They dont seem to understand why Im upset and have issues with this transaction.

My wife and I came here this morning to look at a car shed seen on their website, but when we got here it had been already been sold. Shed made an appointment to see it and wed driven from Columbus to see that car specifically, so it was a bit frustrating that they didnt let us know when it was sold. In their defense, they told her that the car could not be reserved, but a heads up would have been nice anyway. Once we were there, Ken Bailey did a really great job trying to find similar vehicles, but in the end we decided to keep looking elsewhere. Overall, I had a good impression of the place, perhaps a bit disorganized with the communication but not pushy or aggressive at all with the sales.

This was my first time buying a car, everyone was super helpful and explained the process very well. I did most of the paper work over the phone which was super nice because I live out of state. Amber was very thorough and communicated with me through every step! overall I had a great experience with SVG Motors!

Would not recommend this place. They sold me a warranty to my car which was still on factory warranty. Well less than 2 months later car breaks down and was told they couldnt look at for over a week. On top of that cant get a rental til someone looks at it. Total waste of money and professionalism. If I could take back the car and get my down payment back I definitely would.

I showed up to my scheduled appointment at 3:45 in Dayton, per an email from a Customer Relations Representative. I was told that the car “wasn’t ready” and that it was in Beavercreek not Dayton.I was very disappointed and I will not be doing business with SVG moving forward as it is not a customer centric dealership/business.I hope SVG can address this disorganization and poor customer experience moving forward, so that others get a better experience.

If you go in as a first time customer and first time buyer like I did and they establish that they won’t get commission on you because you can’t buy for whatever reason, they will drop follow ups with you like a hat about why you weren’t approved. This was recently my situation at the beavercreek store. The sales team LEAD took care of me better then my sales guy did. Don’t ever leave your customers hearing crickets for a week because you may not get commission on them because of their situation. Also don’t use loss on the team depth chart as your excuse for “busyness”. I’m moving on to other avenues but be careful who sells to you. This is a long review, even though I was taken care of by a team lead I’m still hot.

Bought a 2017 Camaro 1ss from the dayton store. Had to replace all tires, even one of the run flats was patched, very not safe. Then the car had that great a8 transmission shutter. That is sopost to be fixed under factory warranty. They wanted to charge me 300 bucks to do the transmission flush. Took the car to a other chev dealer had the transmission flush under factory warranty and didnt cost me a dine . This place should be a shame of doing a person wrong.

Very unprofessional environment.Loud music. Vulgar language by employees used around customers. I was basically disregarded for at least 30 mins before getting any type of attention.Ended up just leaving because my time was simply wasted.

I cant say enough great things about a few great people within SVG. firstly there is Aryicah Pullon, who first gave me info on the vehicle I wanted and the following day had the task of calling to tell me it was sold but she didnt give up, she told me about a different one with less miles but more $$$ that made me smile. I recently purchased a vehicle from SVG in Dayton. I drove from Indy to get this specific car that I have wanted for years. Rickey was my salesperson and he was great. He had an easygoing disposition that made the process easy and painless. Thank you Rickey for helping me land one of my dream cars!

I bought a 2017 Buick Lacrosse with cash and got a decent deal. Not the most professional car dealership. I had an appointment with a guy by the name of Tim at 10:15am and he was a no show. A nice young lady helped me instead but she was not very knowledgeable. On the test drive the car had cigarette ashes everywhere and a lighter in the door panel. The car was filthy. Some of the people working had on flip flop sandals with gym shorts. A few of the workers had their shorts sagging down so low you could see their underwear. At one point a few of them were dancing and hollering to a song right in the middle of the dealership. Not a very good experience unfortunately. First thing I did when I got home was take off the SVG decal and license plate bracket on the back of the car.

I can’t believe how badly I was treated today, got halfway done with unloading a car and this lady comes out screaming her head off at me cussing up a storm completely saying I’m in the wrong area. unprofessional and poor behavior seemed to be her thing that day. Contacted management and filed a complaint with BBB. Will be posting this on all social platforms. Don’t shop here if you want to deal with children

My son bought a car here. We had some concerns that were put into the sale that they stated would be addressed and fixed. That is and continues to be a lie. My son paid for 4 new tires that SVG stated they would replace but you can never get ahold of anyone nor will they call you back. Mind you he paid for these less then 2 weeks from sale. We then called and told them that the break pads were all bad and they needed replaced and I felt that THEY should replace those seeing as this should have been found in there joke of a 21 point inspection of the car. The service manger made an appointment for my son to have them looked at. He sat there for 4hrs for them to then tell him that they were sorry they didnt have the parts. LIES! They stated they would call him back the next day and now we are on day 3 with no call and we have left several messages. Guess its time for me to reach out to the BBB and a lawyer. BUYERS BEWARE.

Bought a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee from this place they are awesome they always do the maintenance on the Jeep for us they considerate and take care of us when our remotes have low batteries even know that I paint the Jeep off they still even tell us to come in and get new remote batteries thats why I give them a 5-star rating

Only reason for 2 stars is they were nice while I was there buying 2 vehicles. Been waiting 2 days for a detail on a car i paid off in full. The 2nd vehicle was half paif off and needed minor repairs. We cant get a straight story of whats going on call and call get nowhere. Guess Ill have to come take care of things myself. Sad spend so much money and feel they just could care less how long I go without a vehicle. Customer service in person is good over phone Id say SVG has alot of work to do because this is just ridiculous. Also they claimed theyd call me back at least 5 times and still nothing thats just bs.

I bought a 2016 dodge truck from Svg in beavercreek Ohio on February 27th 2021. After signing the paperwork I asked for the keys, got the keys after getting home realized they forgot to give me a key fob for the truck. I called back up there Monday morning and the sales lady stated that she talked to her sales manager and they were not going to get a replacement Key fob for the truck. So every time I get in the truck the alarm goes off because all I have is a spare key, but they did text me a place where I can go get a replacement key fob. So I have to pay out of pocket for a new key fob when I purchased a vehicle from them. Also the keys to the tonneau cover were missing as well. But I was ok with that easy replacement. I will be contacting the BBB and filing a complaint. The only positive experience I had from buying a truck at Svg was the finance gentleman that went out of his way to get us approved and at the price point we could afford. If anybody from Svg wants to follow up with me and discuss this experience you have my information on file.

Fairly inaccurate description and condition of a vehicle. I called then drove over 49 miles to see an F250 truck that I was told it was in better condition than what it turned out to be. There were several dents/ scrapes that was not expressed to me after I asked about damage since it was an older truck. Poor communication, then the sales rep tried to get me to look at other vehicles which I was not interested in.

I purchased a car from SVG recently andbefore the final sale I was assured it was a reliable car. This car has been nothing but problems and a death trap. Ive been there about three times, to purchase or finance a car and to bring it right back for repairs. The entire experience was unpleasant and I will never do business with again.I had found another repair shop to get my car drivable again and someone there heard they sell cars that shouldnt leave the lot. Hmm, like mine?!

Vehicle broke down 8 days after buying it ( transmission overheating) I returned it to them and after 6 weeks of them having it, and not returning any of my phone calls. I had to walk in to the store in person to find out that they didnt know what was wrong with it and there wasnt anything they could do unless it broke down again. They said they went through all the fluids and everything checked out. I decided to double check there work and paid for a full service myself.Nothing had been changed. Transmission fluid was black and no recalls had been fixed. Its still not perfect but looks like Im stuck with it. WORST EXPERIENCE BUYING A CAR. Will never recommend them and will always steer people away when I can.Even left a message on Robs cell telling him that service had not been done and I would filing a complaint if he didnt call me back.

Im not exaggerating, when I hit a deer and needed a new vehicle, I knew I couldnt afford a steep car payment and I figured that I would have to settle for a vehicle that I didnt really want. After coming in for an okay vehicle, Josh was amazing and listened to our wants and quickly found us a practically brand new GMC Terrain within our budget! After throwing out a monthly payment that I figured was pushing it, he matched it. He even came in on his birthday to help us finish the paperwork. We got everything we came in for and more. SVG surpassed our expectations of a car lot and Josh was knowledgeable and friendly, coming across as customer service rep. and not some pushy salesperson. We will be returning for our next vehicle and I hope Josh is still there! Even the maintenance guy Main was one of the friendliest, most interesting people we had ever met. Communication with this place is a complete joke. Went to look at a van at the Dayton one, said it was there, even our salesman said it was there, guess what it wasnt, BeaverCreek office came and got it, so our salesman tried and tried to call the beavercreek office while driving there to pick it up, get there someone had already got it, so our salesman went to Urbana to get the one we purchased. We had to leave there with a dealer plate because they didnt have any paper tags, was told they would call me that Monday to come in and get the paper tag (we purchased on a Saturday) and to get the glass shield put on, no phone was made, I called and left a message and no return call. I went over there and traded the dealer plate for a paper one and was told they would call to get the glass shield, never called. We finally decided to go to the eaton SVG and they did the glass shield for us with no problems. Get a phone call a few days later saying there was a paper we needed to sign so we drive back to Dayton to sign the paper to get the paper title. So here it is 5 days before my plates are up and still no paper title, called Wednesday talked to a lady in title department and she told us we would be able to pick it up Saturday at the Dayton office, well drove over there and no one knows anything about it, was then told that they would email it to the eaton office since we lived closer to that, go today and no title at the eaton one and they cant get a hold of anyone to even get it emailed, so I drive all the way to Dayton just to be told that they cant do a duplicate one since they dont own the van anymore. The communication with SVG is a complete joke and I have wasted so much gas of driving back and forth to Dayton.

Promptly provided documents to sales advisor the day prior; they failed to mention their start of shift was noon. Made very clear throughout transaction period we are an out of state buyer with roughly a 5 hour transit time and they close at 8PMWas told twice a sales manager would contact for documents and esign soon and reminded sales agent of my transit time. Several hours go by and sales rep and manager are no shows.Contacted local dealership and purchased, financed and delivery prepped an alternative vehicle within an hour. As of 5PM as a courtesy I let the sales rep Savannah know weve purched elsewhere. No response. I guess theyre busy?
