My car was involved in a hit and run incident, I called Charlie and he took care of my car got back to looking brand new, thanks to Charlie and all who worked on my car, Thank you so much.

I was involved in an accident and found C&D using a Google search. Their reviews were great and they were near me. It took several tries to get a bumper to fit my car, but they stayed on it.They even had me come out and look at the bumpers they were trying. My car looks better now than it did before I brought it to them (not counting the accident). I am completely and thoroughly thrilled with the work they did. They know their work and take pride in it. I will be bringing any body work I have to them. They treat you and your car like family.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. The professionalism of this company is off the charts! I received a call stating that my 2017 Wrangler was ready for pickup. After leaving my house to go pick it up. I received another call informing me that one of the parts was not up to the high standards of the gentleman working there. So they immediately called around dealerships and found a new replacement part to fix it. They also worked aimlessly to get it finished although the had been closed for nearly an hour. I live 2.5 hours away and if I ever find myself in need of car repair, I will definitely take my vehicle to C&D Collision without any hesitations!

Best body shop in the whole Miami valley I’m sure of it!! Charlie and the crew at c&d are the true definition of top notch professionalism. The customer service is what any customer could ever dream for and the quality of work their mechanics put out is absolute A1!! No complaints from me what so ever I have had 2 experiences with them and both were so close to perfect if isn’t funny. Had a great experience with C&D to get hail damage repaired. They completed the work in just a few days and my vehicle looks great! I have a black SUV and am pretty particular about how it looks so I was very impressed by the work. We have had bad experiences with other collision centers before so I am very glad to have a place I can take my vehicles for any future needs. It was also clean when I got it back which was a nice bonus! Would highly recommend this place!!!

Well, if I could give them 10 stars I certainly would. From the moment I came into contact with this place due to a hit and run on my car, I felt taken care of and confident my car would be fixed. They had my rental car dropped at their shop so I didnt have to deal with that. They called me to keep me informed of where my vehicle was in the process. They had the work done on time and my car looks like it has never been hit. I wont ever use any other shop because the work is awesome and the customer service is stellar.

Over the years I have visited many body shops they are certainly the best. Craig and Jason offered highest level of service in every possible way. I live in Columbus but if anything happen to my car I will drive an hour to Dayton just to have my car fixed at their hands.

My truck received extensive damage from a massive hailstorm. After looking around town I chose C and D because they were family owned, honest, and did great work. It took some time to get all the replacement parts but my truck was returned to good as new condition. The staff were very professional and completely transparent with me through the entire process.I would use them again in a heartbeat.

My car looks as good as new because of the work they did and they did it in a timely fashion. (It was the insurance company who delayed the process). Overall a great jewel to find if you need bodywork done to your vehicle. If I am still in the area I will definitely come back if I need to. Craig was very helpful, and we were going to have work done on my wifes van, but the Insurance company wanted to total the vehicle. He helped me find alternatives to get it repaired. I understand that they do good work, but you get what you pay for as the expression goes. If you want good work you will need to pay the going rate. They treated us with respect.

ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC! After an accident, my car was taken to C&D Collision. I was on my way out of town for a weekend of tailgating and football at my Alma Mater. Being that it was a Friday afternoon, I was unable to find a rental car, let alone an SUV to haul my tailgating essentials. The staff at C&D called around to find me a rental car so I could continue on my trip. Not only did they find me a rental car, Dawn loaded all my things into her SUV and drove me to Enterprise to pick up the car (since I had no way to get there). This was my first time being in an accident so I wasnt sure how the process went. Charlie and Craig were very thorough in explaining everything and making sure I was informed about all the repairs. They worked hard to get my car Ford replacement parts opposed to scrap parts. They even worked with the insurance company to make sure I wasnt charged a bogus betterment fee to replace a tire. They kept me updated throughout the four weeks my car was at their shop. When I picked up my car it looked great! The workmanship was top notch, and they even washed and waxed it. I also had a pre-existing scratch on my car that was there when I bought it; they sanded it down and re-touched it so it looks a lot less noticeable. C&D truly went above and beyond, and I cant say enough great things about each employee. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

We have taken multiple cars to them over the years. They are the only place we trust with body work. You cannot ever tell that the car has been repainted in certain spots.

Manager is very personable and did a thorough inspection of my car before giving me a quote. He cleaned off the surface scratches on my car for free. Although I chose to go to a different place with a lower quote, I am still very impressed!

I went to C&D Collision after I was in my first accident, and they were some of the most friendly and helpful individuals I have ever met. I set up an appointment to have them check the damage on my car, and Craig immediately did his analysis in their parking lot, right there in front of me. He spent maybe 10-15 minutes going over every inch of my car, taking pictures and measurements, even found a tiny chip in the paint on the opposite side of the damage (caused by the shifting of my hood in the accident). We then went into his office where he took the time to walk me through every step of his analysis; he then explained to me how his team would repair the damage, and what parts they would need and how they would acquire them.There is often a lot of skepticism and mistrust around body shops and the people that run them, but none of that is here. I received nothing but honesty and open communication throughout their operations on my vehicle.They even took my car on as a side project early, so that it could be fully repaired faster. Now that all is said and done, my car looks and drives beautifully, and I walked out of their shop with a smile. I will be driving carefully from now on, but I can rest easy knowing that the guys at C&D can help me out if I ever need them again. Thank you so much.

I had an emblem on the part of my car that had been hit. It had sentimental value to me, but I totally forgot to say anything about it with the upset over the accident.I was thrilled when I picked up my car. Honest and caring! They go above and beyond to help their customers. I brought my car in because I ran over something in the road, which did some damage. They worked me in right away, not once, but twice (due to an issue I didnt notice and tell them about 1st) and did not exaggerate the damage or have me pay for services I did not need.

Ive had lots of bad experiences with other places. C & D stuck to their time frame, kept me updated, and did an overall great job. Ill be coming back to them for now on.
