Weve been using True Care Auto Repair for years now. Justin and Matt have helped us out on all of our vehicles, give great advice on what to fix and when, as well as breaking down the cost of a repair vs. life of the vehicle and whether the repair is needed immediately. The guys here are personable and helpful, they dont throw parts at problem, but instead work to get it right! Only place we go for our work, and 100% recommend to everyone to come here!

I like these guys. I feel like they are telling me the honest truth. Most of the times Justin will say, “if this were my car” and tell me if he would or would not fix something or if something is truly urgent or not. I have an old car and I am looking to replace it within the next few months so he keeps that in mind when giving me suggestions. The only hard part is they are only open 8-5 which is working hours for most people so trying to remember to call is hard for me during those hours but that could just be a personal problem.

Justin, Matt, and crew are true professionals. Only place that is able to work on my obd1 truck. They have worked on my cars for years and always given me fair, honest, and informative estimates. As a dad, its nice knowing the job will be done right.

They blew my engine. They forgot to put the cooling fan relay in and caused my vehicle to over heat and not even start any more. They wont take responsibility for it and are trying to get me to pay for it.

Took my truck to true care after the dealership informed me of a problem that was going to cost $250. Took it to true care and after a few min they came to conclusion nothing was wrong. They reset something and fixed it. I’m done with the dealership. Taking my truck to true care from here on out for everything! Love their honesty and not trying to rip people off.

Short story about my car troubles. I have been searching for a car shop near my house that I can trust. When my radiator fluid leaked everywhere I took the opportunity to try TrueCare Auto. We did have slight miscommunication over the phone and they unexpectedly repaired ( in addition to the things I asked for) something I didnt think I could afford to repair. I was overwhelmed with the bill, but when I explained that I was upset; Justen did so much to make up for it. I am way happy. I am thrilled to have found a trustworthy repair place. 😊❤️❤️😁

What a find! I was driving through Dayton, and looked up shops for an AC recharge. Called True Care, and Justin told me to stop by (4pm; almost closing time). Had me in the shop within minutes or arriving. Job well and professionally done! Best part: only cost me about 30% of what the dealer wanted! First call - customer for all my repairs!

These guys are friendly and do a great job, and can be trusted to tell you what repairs are urgent. They went out of their way to find a part compatible for our older vehicle. This saved us money and bought us some time to save up for another repair that needs to be done. I highly recommend them!

Switches in the door panel of my old Camry stopped working with one of the windows rolled down (it was raining and 40 degrees outside). I was stuck in the rain with my window wide open at 4pm. Maidas wanted $105 just for inspection and asked me to come back next day. These guys told me they will try to fix it and if they cant do it in time, they will make sure my window is at least up to protect me from the rain and cold. It turned out it was a quick fix as one of the cable was loose. They fixed it in 10 minutes and said will not charge me anything for it. For sure I am going back to them for all my oil changes and repair needs. :)

My first visit to True Care on the recommendation of a friend was remarkable in what they DIDN’T do: Another local shop told me I was in immediate need of front brakes, so I made an appt with True Care. They were right on time with my appt, had gotten my brakes in stock, and pulled my car into the garage to do the job. Ten minutes later, “Justin” reappeared and told me I DID NOT NEED BRAKES AND STILL HAD 30% LEFT ON MY PADS! Unheard of! A car repair place who had an easy opportunity to just replace my brakes and make some money, but instead they chose to be HONEST. They just earned some loyalty from me, big time. I’ll be back in the summer to get those brakes done. And they were so professional, polite, and kind to boot. Highly recommend True Care.
