Worst experience Ive ever had. Dealership did not work with me whatsoever nor did Chrysler corporate. My vehicles are in May for a recall notice. It was for a fuel pump relay. Did not have a problem with my car starting at all. When I took you in for the recall and they replaced the fuel pump relay my car now does not start. I asked the dealership and corporate headquarters if they would in good faith replace the fuel pump relay part again. Fuel pump relay is one of the most important parts on the car! It starts the car. It took me six weeks to get an appointment and they had the vehicle over 3 weeks and refused to replace the part and charged me $157 for Diagnostics. I will never recommend this dealership to anyone. I will always have negative input when it comes up. They are nothing but liars and thieves. Never ever again will I take my car in for any recall ever. Chrysler headquarters sucks and Evans Arena Dodge sucks even more
I came yesterday 10/20/21 and was helped by a young lady named Ally an a gentleman named Will I wasn’t sure I was going to be able to walk with a car due to the situation with my current vehicle not being safe to drive I wasn’t in the building more then a half and a half and I was walking away with a brand new car these two went above and beyond to make sure we got what we wanted and in the price range we were looking for thank you so much ally and will I truly appreciate your time and effort that you put into this.. I see myself coming back to buy another car

Absolutely horrific… was guaranteed a diagnosis for $140 out the door with no issues.. I get a call stating the tech found an “aftermarket module” installed on the vehicle and it has to be removed before he can give me a full diagnosis of the issues with the anti theft… IT IS A REMOTE START… that has been on the vehicle for 10 years. NEVER had and STILL don’t have any issues with the remote start. Wanted to charge me $360 more to actually guarantee a diagnosis.. so, basically they wanted a $500 ticket just to help a customer out.. had they given me the diagnosis after the original promise and it was something that they could have fixed for $360 I would have paid it…. Con artists. Absolutely pathetic.

I would like to say thanks for NOTHING. You never fixed my car. You told us your employee lied to us. Your new assistant manager Melissa also lied to us. The general manager lied as well. VERY SHADY I DO NOT RECOMMEND. They had my van for a week and never looked at it, told us the evaporator was broken and that they were “ordering” the part for us to find out 2 weeks later that they had never diagnosed it. Melissa said she’d have a loaner available for us on so we called and she NEVER called back. Not once. No communication. No true apologies. Nada! Their only saving grace is they never submitted anything to our warranty company or they would have committed fraud. So congrats on never crossing that line. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I’ve had this car less than a month and the check engine light is already on and is estimated at 300-600 dollars for repairs. Took me three days to get ahold of anyone and when I did they basically said tough luck and that’s weird. Do not recommend. Also needed an oil change as soon as I bought it. Tried to charge an interest fee of almost 30%. Do not recommend I’m more than furious right now.

I showed up to my appointment 15 min early for oil change and tire rotation. Took almost 2 hours to complete. I understand with COVID many companies are struggling but I saw many people just walking around enjoying multiple cups of coffee. Oil change and tire rotation should take an hour tops not 2. Not even busy during the time I was there. I will be going elsewhere for service.

Dont waste your time here, and definitely dont step foot on the lot until youve been provided with the actual price on paper. This is yet another dealership advertising false and misleading prices.Was quoted the same price several times and was ready to place a deposit and make the drive to pick it up.But, of course, the numbers magically change when you ask them to produce a dealer price sheet. Now suddenly theres an additional $1780 tacked onto it for an accessories package which they claim is non-negotiable and is actually a great deal because its worth $3,000. Hahaha...right. $3k for some wax, Scotch guard, and locking lug nuts????Shout out to the management here for training your sales staff to engage in dishonest tactics like this. Sounds like a great work environment where youre really helping your guys make a sale. What a joke!

Dealership was very welcoming and friendly. Didn’t feel pressured to buy and was offered a very fair price for my trade in. Josh was amazing in explains the features and how everything worked. Will the sales manager was very friendly and personable as well and again didn’t make me feel pressured. Called on Thursday evening 15-20 minutes before they closed with a question about tire coverage on New vehicles. Ask to speak to anyone familiar with new car tire coverage. Waited patiently for about 40 minutes while they closed and no one ever pick up to try and help me. I would have appreciated being able to talk to anyone. Dealers that dont take care of customers soon find them lacking customers that take care of them.
My jeep had a recall late 2019. Last week it started doing the same thing; wheel locks up while driving & violently shakes when going over 60mph. When happens you have zero control of car-dangerous right?!?!Take in to be checked out, it’s there wed-mon. I told them I have to have a car Tuesday for work. ‘Well don’t know what’s wrong, haven’t heard back from Chrysler about recall part, but since you need it, just come get it. No loaner. You’ll just have to bring it back when you can afford to not have a car again so we can figure out what’s wrong with it’.This is after being put on hold over 45 mins, treated rudely via phone trying to get status.Get there to pick up my death trap, stood in bay 40+ mins, never offered a seat, barely acknowledged. Finally the ‘service manager’ hears me telling the tech this situation is crazy & dangerous, & all the sudden he reveals Chrysler did actually reply it could be that the wheels meed Replaced & could be the cause, OR the recall part gets installed differently now so could need ‘adjusted’. The service mgr then rudely says ‘just give her a loaner’. When I’m talking to her & asking her Q’s about loaner she gets rude so I ask her if she’s the service mgr bc I was treated poorly via phone & stood for over 40 mins, told no answers so just come get your car, she says ‘ you just want to be mad. you’ve been here before, you know where the seats are’.So Jim Evans, been a customer for 12 yrs, purchased 5 brand new cars from you & previous owner in this time. I won’t spend another dime there & you should give Melissa Fletcher some ‘service manager’ training. Thanks to her and the incompetence of your service department I won’t spend another dime with your dealership!

Satisfied customer 👍🏽. I arrived well before the service bay was open; to my surprise, the service bay rep opened early and got me in and taken care of. My wait time was less than an hour. I went in for routine oil change and tire rotation. Due to complications with lug nuts, the technician wasn’t able to complete my tire rotation. The service rep explained this in detail and advised I make an appointment (mon-fri) as better equipped techs would be working. I was also given a discount on my oil change. No complaints with the Trotwood location.
Uses typical slimy used car salesmen tactics on PAST customers. Evans Arena called me and told me they were interested in my Durango I purchased from them a few years ago and that they are offering 5k over KBB pricing DUE TO LOW INVENTORY so I scheduled an appointment. LIE! They low ball offer you, did not acknowledge the 5k over KBB offer and when I mentioned this I was told We have no control over what the ladies tell you when they call. Used Car Manager Michael is unprofessional and rude. After I called them out on their sleaze ball tactics and asked for my keys back so I could leave, Michael proceeded to tell me to Have a blessed day in the most sarcastic way possible to be RUDE! DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE, THIS IS HOW THEY TREAT THEIR PAST CUSTOMERS! ABSOLUTE JOKE AND LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM.

Went to an event at the dealership due to advertisement to win a potential prize. I understand it’s an event designed to increase foot traffic and I have zero issues with them showing me their selection of cars and trying entice me to think about buying one. However what I truly did not appreciate was them performing a hard inquiry on my credit score with out asking for my permission.

All of us thought that the mailer for Monopoly was a scam but when I was there yesterday someone won the $2,000. I watched the manager give her the check and take photos. Definitely not a hoax like everyone keeps saying. Super fun event. The dealership feels like a party with all the music and balloons.
Bought my car from them 2 years ago, definitely strong armed tactics then but happy overall. Got an email saying theyd buy it from me for 5k over kelly blue book. I asked how long an appraidal would take, they said 30 minutes. I figured I couldnget a cheaper car to reduce debt. 2 hours into it they finally show me the appraisal 2k below kelley blue book, and try to sell me a car worth more than that (at 2k above online price) . I bring up that the car is outside my budget(as I noticed that first) and they keep pointing out that payments go down on the 72 month loan(obviously it does, its a 72 month loan), then I catch the appraisal cost. After salesman went to the back and discussed he gave me back my keys. Not a terriboe ppace as xar prices are good, but be preparred and have kbb/cars.com open and be ready

I took my vehicle in for an oil change on Friday and by Monday when I retrieved it my bill was over $1000.00. I felt blindsided and talked into things I wasnt sure I needed but felt like I had no choice. I tried to call back several times from 5pm - 5:30, I left messages and no-one called me back on Friday or Saturday. I will not use Evans Arena in the future. I am very disappointed with the service, no rental car, loaner, or car wash was ever offered or extended.
Definitely lack of professionalism. The place seems to like to run frauds. I will definitely be going to Chrysler for me next purchase their customer service is impecible. I would reccomend Chrysler to anyone

Nice off-road course that contains dirt, mud, hills, rocks, etc. As a new off-roader, they offered the appropriate level of instruction before turning me loose. I’d recommend it for anyone wanting to see what their stock Jeep can do, as well as more experienced off-readers who want to have a little fun. Thanks!

Brought van in for a P1388 engine code. Was lied to and told they were working on replacing the wiring harness. After 2 weeks of getting the same story I find out they only replaced a fuse in the 2 week time period. After picking up the van it still has the same engine code and runs rough.
Aaron was wonderful but so was the entire staff. They found me financing and i got a great new vehicle. Im so very proud of this purchase. Thanks guys at Evans.

So I received a mailer advertising a sale at the dealership that had a pull tab that looked like I was a winner, so I figured I’d check it out and see what I won. Once there I met a nice salesperson that explained and showed me where it read on the mailer that all the mailers were winners but I had to check my number to verify what I won. Anyways I got a decent set of wireless earbuds I gave to my daughter just for stopping in. I’ll be back after Covid to buy a car for the wife.

We met DeShaun and a short while later were walking out with a new Jeep! Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and answered any questions we had. DeShaun was very knowledgeable and friendly, seemed to genuinely care about our experience and letting us know that Evans was there to help.
Went in for the little event that was being thrown. They refused to see what my prize was. Not like I really care. Wanted to see the deals they were having as I am in a place where I need to purchase another vehicle. They refused to show me any other used vehicles. Only one. I asked numerous times for other vehicles to be shown. Wife was on the phone the whole time, heard all of the conversations. I wanted options not a almost brand new vehicle. Decided I would go to another dealership. Im having way better luck with the other dealership then these people. Now they wont stop blowing my phone up. Wont be going here anytime soon. We have informed numerous family members as well. This is not a way to conduct business. Would give 0 stars if I could.
Worst communication EVER!! No updates, very difficult to reach service advisor. Left message for service manager and NEVER received a call back! Very bad experience. I run a fleet of trucks across the country and they go down as one of the worst to deal with.

If you receive a Monopoly game and it shows youve won $5000; dont believe it. It is a hoax. I fell for it. I got the three red houses which according to the flyer means you win $5000. I called the number on the flyer, because and entered the confirmation number on the flyer and it said congratulations youve won $5000 now proceed to the event to claim your prize. Keep in mind, I read the disclaimer on the bottom which states if you get 3 in a row you win that prize! When I went down there, I was told that the $5000 is determined by their board and based on the last 3 digits of that confirmation# on my flyer. The rep said I did not win the $5000, but wireless earbuds. This conflicts with my flyer, because 3 yellowish orange house means you win the wireless buds. For proof, I took a picture of that flyer because I had a feeling this would happen. Dont let it happen to you!
I had been talking all week with one of the sales ladies here regarding their extremely misleading used car trade in event they advertised on facebook. attempting to help my girlfriend with a poor credit history get into a better vehicle. they advertised paying 5000 over Kelly blue book values. I wasnt able to make it in but was on the phone with my girlfriend while she was there as I was at work. the sales lady we were dealing with was just as she had been on the phone, professional kind and helpful. when my girlfriend authorized them to run a credit report for eligibility she was approved, but the managers only valued her car at approximately 1000, and were willing to give her a maximum of 2000 trade in. her car actually values at 5000 especially with the new tires, brakes, ac system, radiator and other cooling system parts, entire front end just got rebuilt, etc. putting her vehicle in the top tear for value. cosmetically its not that bad either. their advertisement is an absolute scam and full on swindling attempt to take advantage of others in a less fortunate financial state and it was the management who made the decision to treat her this way. the sales lady went above and beyond, far surpassing the management. I immediately informed them they lost my business on a 50k truck I was prepared to buy with 2 trade ins and 10k cash down...wish customer service and honest business wasnt a thing of the past, but it definitely is at this dealership...will not be attempting business there again
They sold me a borderline lemon 🍋I was a first time buyer and bought a Jeep from these vultures. They preyed on my enthusiasm and sold me a car that hasn’t been maintained. Within 3 months of owning my vehicle my radiator had went out, and I’ve spent more money on repairs this year than I ever have on any vehicle. DO NOT BUY FROM EVANS ARENA. They do not assume responsibility, they don’t even empathize with the distraught customer.Also, first time buyers. ASK FOR THE INVOICEIf I could give 0 stars I would but in the world we live in everybody deserves a trophy. Smh

Excellent service is an understatement. Ill be honest, I am that headache of a customer. I knew exactly what I was after, and wasnt going to settle. I didnt have time to make the 40 minute trip to the dealership to do everything in person, so we simply completed the process over the phone. As far as getting what I wanted, the new car manager Will actually found what I wanted from a lot in GA. Ive dealt with dealer trades before, but nothing from that distance.Everything was done over the phone on Tuesday, it was shipped up Wednesday/Thursday and I went to pick it up on Saturday. There was a small door ding from the previous lot that was pointed out to me, the team in the body shop took care of that for me at no cost. All total, I believe I spent probably an hour in the dealership if you include the time I went back to pick it up from the body shop.The entire team is top notch, and well worth the drive for me, passing multiple other CDJR lots along the way. Ill definitely be back when the wifes Jeep lease is up.

I purchased a Cherokee from them while living in Texas, and they were able to guide me through an out-of-state purchase without a single issue. Omar even helped me find local financing at a great rate after my local credit union told me they couldnt handle an out-of-state purchase. Andrew got me a great deal with no haggling needed, and I am super happy with my new Jeep! Even though Im a Texan and Evans is very far away, I would go out of my way to purchase a car from Evans again.
Try getting a jeep company APR Financing or a factory rebate quote from them. Better off banging your head against a wall. Never experienced this with any car company from any brand in 30 years of buying vehicles.

It’s difficult for me to give a negative review to a company with so many 5 star reviews. I did not have the best experience with their service department. I know my vehicle, I know what’s going on with it, I know the history and to not be listened to as the owner is disappointing. After having my truck 3 days the fluid leak was never repaired. I rescheduled the repair, got the run around on a loaner vehicle, rescheduled, another run around, 3rd time back...run around on a loaner. Took my truck home. However, I did get the charges returned since they did not repair my truck. The dealership is convenient for me and even though they didn’t repair the problem at least they attempted to make things right. I will probably steer clear for a bit, allow what I believe to be staffing issues settle down and hopefully return in the future.
