Imagine taking a pumpkin pie out of the freezer and eating it like that. Thats what was put in my pumpkin pie blizzard. At first I thought that the soft serve was too cold but I was actually just crunching on frozen pie. Thanks but no thanks DQ

We had placed an order online on 6/22 to pick up on 6/24. We came to pick up the order, they couldn’t find the order. Finally the “manager” came out and asked for the order number, went to the back. Then he sent someone to tell me that they didn’t have the cake we ordered. I was offered a different cake instead. We had no other choice but decline. We asked if they can find out which store has the right cake to what their reply was…you can call the store on pine island and see if they have one. Bad customer service, if you screw up, find a solution.

Good quick service, plenty of staff. You can pay with Google pay so that you dont have to exchange money or give anyone your credit card. They were sweet to my kids. We sat outside to keep social distanced. Good experience overall.

Terrible service. They still force everyone to wear a mask despite you being vaccinated and zero government mask enforcement since the pandemic is pretty much over. They should move their business to NY or California. I won’t go back.

They were out of everything. Even ketchup.

This is the best DQ I have found in Broward County. Sizes are true to models and they seem to take pride in what they serve.

We ordered two. Blizzards today. Smores and a mixed berry pineapple. The fruit blizzard was very good. Had not had one in years. I was ol the smores blizzard was just as tasty.

Never been to dairy queen before. But this was a nice first experience. The staff is friendly, the music was interesting to say the least. And the ice cream was absolutely amazing. If you go try the snickerdoodle blizzard. I also never knew they sold actual warm/hot food

I live right beside a Dairy Queen in Pembroke Pines and refuse to go there cause they are so damn cheap. I always drive all the way to this Dairy Queen in Shenandoah because of the outstanding service, quality ice cream, always friend and receptive staff. And most of all. They give you your ice cream anyway your like. Chocolate on top of chocolate wit caramel, with whatever you want, and its always fresh and delicious for a great price. Great place, fantastic service and generous portions for your money. A totally winning formula. No place else to go after being here. Keep up the excellent customer satisfaction.

The best tradition ice creams! ILove this ice cream parlor with these ice cream and chocolate sundaes! The best frozen cakes and Blizzards with toppings. You just cant stop coming to this ice cream parlor! Now also with nuggets lara eat if you fancy a salty snack
