I love the ice cream here, and the staff are usually very friendly and helpful. However, we came in tonight, and we werent treated very nicely one staff member in particular. Paul was very rude, condescending, and he wasnt very welcoming at all. The mask requirement is ok with me, but at least have some cheap surgical masks on hand for your customers in case they dont have any. I was told to walk to the dollar store rudely by Paul, and he proceeded to make me zip my mask up when I was waiting for my ice cream because his mother has an immune deficiency. After rummaging through my car for a mask for 10 minutes, I finally found one for my wife and I, and we returned to place our orders. Paul made me feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome with his attitude and his awkward gazes in my direction the whole time I sat waiting. He made a point of letting everyone in the store know that we run on airplane rules. How are you going to ask your guests if they want it for here or to go, if they cant even take of their masks to eat it in here? I think hiring friendly staff is very important at this type of business, and Paul just aint it ppl.P.S. cone was super stale too

5 stars to offset the people who go to these places knowing theyre going to get hassled for not wearing a mask then act surprised and leave awful reviews about it later. Awesome place. 😎

Great ice cream.Its about a 20min drive from my home, so I make it a special occasion to take my family there but they are always closed. Sometimes its the last minute closure, but the hours seem to always change.Not dependable schedule and for that reason its off my list of places to frequent. Would be great if they could get their schedule together. They dont even open until 3 in the afternoon, would be nice to go there after school sometimes but they are not open.They are closed Monday and Wednesday, but not Tuesday? So very random.

It is a very good Ice Cream place! Its tucked into the spot and small but has plenty room inside to move around and is VERY clean. Service was friendly, quick and got me my ice cream in the dot. Said Ice Cream was delicious on all fronts, worth the money and tip I spent for it! Id highly recommend this place if youre in the mood for a good ice cream based dessert!

I don’t usually leave reviews unless some place is really good or really bad and this is one of those times. Halo halo has got to have the best ice cream I have ever had. All their flavors are amazing but it comes at a cost and that is customer service. We used to go there a lot and we’re always greeted with a smile but the last couple of times we have gone, it feels more like we are a burden than a paying customer trying to support a small business in this difficult time period. We are moving out of town and we went there for our last night with friends and even though they still had thirty more minutes till close they refused to serve four of us that had not called in the order ahead of time. I understand staffing issues may be a problem but they are only open for five hours a day and they don’t serve you past 730. Needless to say, we will be back in Florida in the future but we won’t be going back to Halo Halo.

Drove excitedly for 40 minutes to finally try Halo Halo, but was disappointed. I wanted to try the ice cream that comes with cheesecake and strawberries, as advertised on their Instagram, but they had none of the ingredients. They had no fresh fruits, so I just tried a plain taro ice cream which turned out to be a cold mashed potato. Some sugar would have been nice.

Very delicious and creamy nitrogen ice cream. This is cookies and cream but I also recommend the black out flavor. Super amazing customer service thank you so much for making my night. 😇

The flavors are really good the chocolate is delicious apart from just ice cream they also have milkshake. The service is also good.

Sadly this place used to be the best around. Seems there are new owners who’s staff struggle keeping up. Past two times I’ve gone, I ordered ahead for Curbside Pickup and waited 40 min!!! I just tried to go again and was told inside it would be 30 min before we were served. Sadly I won’t return. It’s too expensive to have to wait 30 minutes on top of that. Such a shame as their ice cream is very good.

The ice cream is really good and creamy, but the service totally sucks. They are super slow and not warm or caring. No hello or smiles or thank yous. There was only one person working today and it took over 30 minutes to get 2 ice creams. Such a shame as the ice cream really is good.

If I could give zero stars I would! This is my very first time going here and my last! I ordered the vegan butter pecan and all I can taste is pecans it must have been loaded with only pecans. I also ordered for my kiddos as they were excited to go and the ice team melted immediately couldn’t even enjoy it, just liquid by the time I was to the car, and I didn’t park far. Also there is a big sign in the door that states no dinning in but there were customers that were eating in there while we were waiting for our orders! We would have like the opportunity to sit there and eat but couldn’t, when given our orders we had to leave . Worse customer service and worse ice cream, that sucks because I was hoping for the experience to be different.

What sets them apart is the quality of ingredients they use the creamy texture and all around amazing ambiance. Ive had other nitro ice cream before and this is the best of the best!

Super fun for the kids. We ordered to large cups for 4 of us and it was more then enough. The puffs taste a little like cereal (Fruit Loops). They have fudge or white chocolate to dip the puffs in at no extra cost. I found that the fudge kills the smoke affect. Overall fun and leaves the tongue with a weird sensation (in my opinion).

It’s a hit or miss on the ice cream, sometimes the ice cream has a perfect consistency then other times it’s like soup. Customer service is everything and that’s something they definitely fail in. As we walk in not only do we get ignored but one of the employees continues to sit on her phone with her feet propped up. After about two minutes of waiting for her to get off of her phone she finally asks what we want and is practically dragging her feet. She made everything feel uncomfortable after that. My craving for ice cream was ruined way after I even received it.

My daughter and I came here 3 weeks ago and we were so impressed! The avacado, soursop and mango ice cream was delicious! I can’t wait to go again! And it’s not too sweet just right!

Its a cool concept but a bit pricey. The ice cream was delicious and the flavor options are great. I wish you could customize the flavors like some other places. The employees are nice, but were a little distracted so I ended up getting a smaller size than what I paid for.

Truly amazing nitrogen ice cream! They make interesting flavors such as avocado or Filipino fruit salad. The ice cream is very creamy. Honestly, I dont like ice cream and loved it here! They make the Filipino dessert Halo Halo, which is awesome! Service was also A+. We live about an hour away and will definitely be back

I gave it one star for creativity but will never visit again. Extremely pricy for cheap tasting ice cream. When entering the place the smell was not inviting at all and the floors are extremely dirty like they havent cleaned them in weeks. They also dont use gloves. The dragon heart is basically very cold Fruit Loops corn flakes..dont fall for it. There are great places in the area making great ice cream and this is not one of them.

What a great ambient. The ice cream is super delicious!! Better than jaxsons maybe. And the great thing its right next to painting with a twist so its a great back to back for a date with your significant other. Definitely coming back

Being a new place the novelty is strong. With 3 people working, the lines are VERY long and it takes quite some time to get your ice cream. Flavors are unique, come with patience. Correction. ...after 45 minutes I still did not receive the ice cream, requested a refund, amd left.

Great experience! The service was great. I tasted a pretty bizarre flavor, maiz con queso, which to my surprise was pretty good...but I stuck with a more traditional flavor for my order. I would have included a photo but I ate it all before I thought to leave the review it was that good. Highly recommend.

The ice cream was amazing I love the matcha and cookies and cream one, but the service was awful I stand at the cashier for about 15 minutes while the guy was making others ice cream and not once did he turn and said “I would be right with you” and when he came to take my order he didn’t even say sorry for the wait, so ice cream amazing, service not very good.

Actually my entire party of 5 had the worst headache lasting 2 days after eating here. There was a sewer smell as well, Im sure not due to the parlor and probably a city issue but it was definitely an unpleasant experience and will not come back. We had the dragons breath which is what I presume caused the headache and after googling what it actually is apparently theres a lot of controversy on this nitrogen craze and the negative effects on health. I will stick with regular ice cream from now on.

I hope management enjoyed their holiday because they hosed their customers and lone employee.Update: 50 minutes and still waiting. For ICE CREAM......save yourself the frustration and spend your hard earned money elsewhere. Its absurd to charge $10 for a gimmick and then not back it up with SERVICE.Support those establishments that earn the privilege to have you spend your money at their business.This place doesnt

This is a Filipino shop and they make ice creams with nitrogen to make them creamy.I ordered an Ube ice cream during my visit which is a purple potato. The popular flavor is normally artificial, but when made with the real Ube can be very potato-y and this one really was.I didnt care too much for it. It was also super pricey at $5.95 for one scoop. It was knocking out some actual tourist spots in town with that pricing.They also didnt have cones which was a little disappointing.I understand these ice creams are made to order and a more quality approach, but personally I would rather go somewhere else for some ice cream and I dont think the real flavors are there.

I had a half and half with avocado and maize con queso. Both very good, but the maize was my favorite! I loved both flavors alot because they werent super sweet. My 19 month old daughter loved the place too she was laughing nonstop when they were making it. Definitely coming back!

Instead of halo halo, it should be how long-how long.We waited 45 min, sitting directly in front of the 2 employees, watching 5 people who came in after us eat their ice cream and leave. When we finally asked what was taking so long they looked at each other confused and said they put the ice cream in the freezer.Were they going to let us wait until an hour passed by before they said anything?This place needs some serious customer service training or at least the courtesy of a time estimation.

The employees there were fantastic and kind to my friend and I. The nitrogen ice cream it self does taste slightly more creamy than regular ice cream ((but that could just be me)) and I felt like I get my moneys worth every time I go.

THE GIMMICK—LIQUID NITROGEN is poured over the blenders (which tirelessly mix the soon-to-be ice cream in perfect view of all). This quickly freezes whatever liquid, blended creation the staff was working on instantly... thus a VERY FRESH CREATION can be born. Okay, the idea of having little chunks of Oranges or Taro in your Ice Cream may not sound very appealing, but it totally still flowed with the CREAMINESS OF THE ICE CREAM. I later learned this particular flavor had LESS THAN FIVE INGREDIENTS… all things easily found in my pantry. Other flavors we tried were the Espresso and Ube—all delicious, creamy, and so so natural. There were ONLY TWELVE FLAVORS AVAILABLE at this new place but during an afternoon visit THE LINE WAS ALMOST TO THE DOOR.

Had to repeat my order twice because the cashier wasnt paying attention the first time then had to ask the Asian woman about my order 2 times after waiting over 15 minutes for my order yet others who placed their order way AFTER me were getting their ice cream because apparently they knew the Asian woman. I finally got my order which was sitting on the counter and this ice cream was all melted. 2 thumbs down for me!

The Dragon breath is awesome, ice cream is great it is busy but I went around 9 but the service is great the music is also great and the employees are so kind.

Personnel is soooo slow. It has taken 40+ minutes to get this ice cream done because the one employee is only doing 1 ice cream at a time, even though there are 4 machines. Not efficient at all and it pisses me off that I already paid.

Pack a lunch if you decide to come to this ice cream place. Came here for first time tonight, Saturday night with family and needless to say they only had two employees working . We waited over 10 minuyes to order 4 ice creams and where 3rd in line. After paying almost $30 for four items it took another 10 minutes to make the ice cream. The other members of our family waited almost 20 minutes to get there ice cream after they ordered. The ice cream was ok but not worth the wait and price paid. Sorry but we will not be returning. NOTE TO THE ONWER/MANAGER, HIRE MORE EMPLOYEES FOR A SATURDAY NIGHT.making customers wait for over 30 minutes + for ice cream is never a good business model.. Chil-N, the other nitrogen based ice cream shop is much more efficient, less expensive, prepared and taste better..
