Trash! I would drive from East Fort Lauderdale to come here JUST for the cookies. I don’t know what changed but they are NOT the same!!! They’re flat, they’re not cooked right, they do not taste the same, they’re like overcooked on the outside and the must’ve changed the recipe because they were never flat. The chocolate looking one used to be a chocolate chip base with M&M’s Oreos and everything and that clearly has also changed. The woman at the counter was also rude. I opened the box before I walked away from the counter and looked at the cookies and said to her that they looked burnt and they looked different and she gave me an attitude and said that’s the way they make them. I will NEVER be back. Don’t waste your money here.

First time trying a nitrogen ice-cream and first time at trying a peanut butter icecream. It was really good. I loved it.would love to try again and add more things to it.

Extremely upset from a recent visit because of a terrible attitude and treatment from on of your employees, a guy working at the register. I would love to be contacted by someone to further discuss. It truly felt like Hispanic discrimination. As a regular customer, I feel extremely disappointed as the Phenomenom experience should be a happy one but instead, it was bad attitude all around. Also, we ordered one of the special treats which is supposed to bring two scoops of ice cream but to us it looked nothing like two scoops or what was promised in the pictures.

Creamiest ice cream i have ever had! We saw on social media pages the cookies this place baked, and decided to give it a try without knowing that the ice cream will be the reason for us coming back. The cookies are good if you are a cookie dough fan, but the ice cream is excellent! My husband always orders the Nutella with strawberries and bananas, i have tried the dulce de leche, the strawberry and the key lime which by far has been my favorite!

I love ice cream and I came to this shop to particularly try the Nitrogen ice cream which has been all the rage for a while now.The ice cream is pretty affordable all things considered and since they are using Nitrogen to cool it, its texture is much smoother and creamier.The staff are great and work fast to serve customers. The spacing inside or outside is a bit limited in my view so it is best to takeout your ice cream once you buy it.

Weve visited this place for multiple times. The staff are very polite and knowledgeable about their products. The shop is well-socked with local produce and great range of sweets.My last visit was cake batter marsh fluff and Dulce De Leche w/coconut, it was so delicious. recommend to try it.

Best nitro ice cream in town. Lots of flavors and toppings. They have a new key lime flavor. They also have monster cookies. They are $5 bucks each but so worth it. I can only eat half because they are so sweat and gooey. They have a bottled water dispenser so dont worry about buying a bottle. Line is usually long but goes fast. Staff is great and very friendly!

This place is the epitome of disappointment. Show up an hour before they close? Sold out of cookies. Show up at 1:15 in the afternoon to buy cookies for an event ? Closed due to ‘unforeseen circumstances’. The fact that I gave this place second and third chances after they’ve been sold out on numerous occasions is beyond me. Needless to say won’t be coming back, sad

The ice cream and cookies (the double chocolate especially!) are awesome . Five star worthy, but i have to go with four because my order is usually wrong if i have it delivered. I’m not talking completely off either. Its usually just the little things that they are missing, or ran out of and haven’t updated to reflect that . People working there are friendly and helpful.

This past week the suign says they still serve the cookies, but the store has been closed. They dont adjust their times online either. Complete waste of time.

I have heard about Nitrogen and Phenomenon Nitrogen Ice Cream at .75 Cents per item pop and an overhead delivery of nitro GEN to freeze all of the ingredients item per pop bought and add pecan nuts. Good ice cream made in an unconventional way. Texture is very smooth and the chocolate flavor was good. Many options for mix-ins or toppings.

The ice cream is good but customer service was just... meh. Not that they were rude but they couldn’t care less. The decoration is not the best (there’s nothing really... so plain) and I like the competitor across the street better. Other than that, the ice cream is good. They offer one size as far as I know which is weird.

Online and in the window says store opens at 12. There were No other signs saying new hours. We waited untill 12 and they didnt open. I called and they said 1. We shopped and came back and waited for them to open at 1. We were their first costumer of the day. The bathroom was disgusting like it hadnt been cleaned. No paper towels. The tables were sticky with ice cream all on it. It grossed me out. If I didnt have 2 young kids that had been begging for ice cream for hours I wouldnt have stayed. The tables should be cleaned after each costumer or at least from the night before. Specially with everything going on in the world.

This was my first time visiting an ice cream parlor that uses nitrogen to cool their ice cream. The ice cream was tasty and service was great. It was very affordable and located in a central area for easy access.

As of now, this is my favorite ice cream place! The way they make your ice cream is very unique and interesting, and it tastes so much better and creamier. I would definitely visit this place again and would recommend this place to everyone and for those that want a newer, better taste than the usual traditional ice cream.

Definitely feels creamier than traditional ice cream. Its really dense and quite tasty. That said, the Nutella flavor was so intensely sweet that it upset my stomach a bit after finishing the whole cup! Though I suppose that means I liked it also!

They make Ive cream with nitrogen at -320 F. It is smooth and creamy. They can mix in various stuff. Its good.

I showed up at 10:02 and the whole store was packed. The young man at the register was extremely rude and said he closed the register and couldnt serve us... I understand if no one was in the store but it was still packed. And the person at the register had a really bad attitude. Its a shame because the ice cream is really good.

Ice cream is very tasty at this place, but the staff doesnt treat their customer with respect. Ive been to this place more than 30+ times. Last Friday, they messed up my ice cream twice by adding caramel instead of hot fudge in my toppings. No big deal and I asked them to issue a refund, because I dont like caramel taste. I walk in to the store today and placed an order with the same guy at the register and unusually he dint allow me to select my tip and selected 0% tip without allowing me to select it. I found this to be very strange and rude, it has never happened to me this way in this place, so I went back and asked him whats the reason? Response was I dont allow customers to tip when they order only 1 ice cream. This is the same guy who allowed me to tip for same 1 ice cream during my last visit on Friday, which I find it to be hilarious.

The ice cream here is by far the smoothest ice cream Ive ever had. It was a completely different experience than normal ice cream in regards to the texture.As far as flavor goes, I ordered their nom-ination #1 (dulce de leche with White chocolate chips and a hard chocolate shell) and I really couldnt taste the dulce de leche. It was a very faint flavor, so much so that I could taste the white chips and chocolate shell much more than the ice cream itself. I tried a bit of the cake batter and that had a more pronounced flavor.If youve never had nitrogen ice cream I recommend stopping here and trying it, if not for anything more than the experience the different texture.

As other reviewers said creamy but lacks flavor is an understatement. It doesnt have the right flavor. The chocolate tastes nutty and so does the strawberry. Almost as if the canisters they wrre made prior was with nuts. Limited menu and the eait time is to long. Go across the street to frost bite where you ger flavor, and consistent creamy ice cream. Plus there are more flavors and options. Finally the decor and ambiance is just not up to par. I wont be going back.

Im not a big ice cream eater but loved the nitrogen Ice cream and would definitely go back and recommend PheNOMeNOM to others.

Not terrible but the cookies and candy werent broken up into small enough pieces so there were fairly large inedible chunks that were too frozen to eat.
