Don’t waste your time. Says open 24 hours wouldn’t let people in. It wasn’t even 10 pm.

Used to be 24 hour now they close before 10 pm

The lady didnt give me my free fantasy 5 ticket. I won 3. Hope she chokes on it. Should have check it before I left to get to work. Phone is always busy.

Worst location I have ever been too.. need to hire more people for the later shift or at least tell other employees to help when busy not just stand there and clean or be on the phone while other employee is ringing up customers. Waited 10 min yesterday to pay for gas while female employee cleaned frappe machine and looked at the line 2 times. At least the male employee was super friendly and very apologetic for our wait .. 11/22/20 400

The pump and the facilities are awesome!!! The employees not at all, two ladies they don’t know how to talk with people they are very rude and impatient, sorry but they should change them

It’s a service station but, they close the restrooms early, it’s working but they told me, it’s close in this time. So, bad service

I’m writing this review because I stop there almost on a daily basis to my commute to work and for some odd reason Martha and her associates Gabby that’s very big attitude I because I have a $20 bill I don’t see what was the reason to give me an attitude and treat me with disrespect I would let suggest anyone stopping at the store You should’ve took care of me better Martha and give me my change properly Not trying to hand me rolls of pennies in $1 million corporation oh my God

On 9/5/2020 at 5:31PM Marta grabbed a bag of cheetos from the shelf and opened them and started eating them, lifting up her face mask one at a time while ringing me out. Really unprofessional..

Second time coming here and the same experience as the first, Horrible!!!! They always have an attitude and they claim they never have change .Short Spanish lady and another African American needs to work on their customer service skills .

The absolute! Worse unprofessional staff at this location. Major attitudes here especially the girl who calls herself a manager lol thats funny! Clearly this location does not practice customer service nor do they care. Must be a franchise owned.

Always come in and they are eating and talking on their phones behind the counter. Rarely ever say hi or have a good day. What happened to customer service or when you don’t eat/drink or talk on the phone when in front of customers?

Went here to buy to black n milds didnt physically have my id showed a pic of it and the lady working tonight(8-28-19) and she completely show disrespect towards me. Not coming here again

I came here one morning last week to get gas. Pump 8 would not take my card. I went inside paid $20 to put in gas. It was taking over 2 minutes per gallon to filly tank! The lady at pump 7 was having the same problem. After 3 gallons I stopped and got my money back. Went to new WaWa and filled up there.This morning I stopped in to fill up. Pump 11 would not take my card either! I would insert my card. The reader said to keep on chip card. It then told me to swipe. It was the same reader! It would not work when I tried swiping. I gave up after 3 attempts.Will not get gas there again.

Speedway has the lowest prices on cartons of cigarettes in the area. You can only purchase them when a manager is there, and even though Speedway is open 24/7, a manager isnt always there 24/7, as I had gone in the middle of the night and I had to come back in the morning. Other than that the staff is very friendly and fast at the checkout. They have hot and cold foods there that are available during the day, a food preparer and cook that makes it easy to grab and go.

Just horrible attitude 3 Spanish ladies, Over some change for air in my tire after purchasing gas, treated me like a homeless person asking for change. This happened 10/23/2019 around 2:45 pm.

I’ve been coming here 8yrs because we have an account for about 10 trucks, but 2day is the last time because the manager here a short spanish girl is one of the most disrespectful managers I’ve seen. Its been multiple problems with her.

This is from my experience on August 10th at 5:00pm. They had terrible customer service. The pump not only was extremely slow and took about 15min to deliver $30 of pre-paid gas, but it never stopped and in less than 10 seconds there was gas all ober the floor, under my car and the tire. I had to stopped the oump manually. I ran insode to ask for assistance with the spill of gas and the two people on dutu were absolutely incompetent. Not onky they didnt seem to know how to handle the situation but ine of them was very rude and even blamed it in me for not paying attention to the pump and paying more than what the car needed.. Obviously the system doesnt work well and this a hazard for anybody using their gas station.When I ask for the manager, there was none in duty at the moment.I felt extremely distress since my daughter was in the car and this could have been a catastrophe with the huge spill of gas.

Horrible service! All the workers were aware of me as they were talking amongst themselves while I waited to be checked out. After patiently waiting for them to finish their conversation I decided to go to another store and the cashier offered me service as I walked out. My sister went into the store afterwards to attempt to purchase our drinks and the workers were still talking. The cashier said In Spanish He sent his girlfriend in here now as my sister walked in. When the cashier finally helped her, the cashier stated rude comments such as She smells bad in Spanish not knowing that my sister understands Spanish. The Cashier yelled and got really rude, the other employee behind the counter wasnt doing anything. Apparently there wasnt a manger there and the cashier did not have a name tag nor wanted to provide her name. None of the employees in the store wanted to provide cashiers name. Will never stop at speedway again and make sure to share the unprofessional service with the business bureau.

Barely anyone speaks English at this store they had to go get someone who spoke English. I paid for my gas and the pump didnt work the girl outside at the pump with a vest on ignored me so i had to wait in line again ridiculous
