Went to purchase gas. I have the app along with the savings per gallon. I used my card outside, it told me I had to go in. They told me I couldn’t get the .3 off unless I used it outside. I spoke to the manager he told me there was nothing her could do. It’s .3 but it’s still money and your establishment did not honor their own savings perk. Smh
Jonathan the overnight guy is the best here, always a pleasure talking to him such a great guy
Cant even get a pre-paid lyft card because only a manager can do it. Ive been all up an down south Florida and never seen that no where in my life at any other 7-11 or store like it.
The lady at the counter was rude I don’t know she even work that. No star for them horrible and they need to clean that store. If I could I will give a half star
One of the worst 7 elevens I ever been in
So I am very picky about how we treat one another !I won’t confront issues unless pushed then and lines I will cross! It is the principle of it all !I have been having to come to this 7/11Due to time issues. They are the most accommodating and kind group of people in the morning !!!I need a 7/11 Blueberry coffee ☕️ Everyday ! It is my addiction and they serve to please and although it is the old model it is clean and they are prepared for traffic.I go to many 7/11 during my day and when they are horrible they are horrible there is one I will not go !I have given the store 3 try’s and they are always nasty 🤢 no matter who is there !So to this store and the many that understand public relations and value people I salute your good and kind efforts !They do not go unnoticed . ❤️👍Great job !
Excellent
Good prices. But NEVER receiots outside.ALWAYS have to go inside to get a receipt !
One Star is too much! The guy at night has to be the photo of the example of rude in Webster’s dictionary. Management has to do something about this under achieving person!
Jonathan was horrible never coming back.
Police was called because he refused to give our $14 back from $20...The attendant was very rude and doesnt listen..We asked for owners number he stated he didnt have it..but suddenly found when the police came..He was mad..but oh well..I hope owners sees this review and watches the camera tape..he locked his doors with us in the store?? He needs compassion and customer service interaction training!
This particular 7-Eleven does not accept Google pay. At least that that my bad experience, other than that the slurpee machine had 7 of its 8 flavors not working, and there was a huge puddle of melted syrup that made me think twice about the soda machine.
Horrendous! I left there shocked because this had never happened to me. I went in there to get some scratch off tickets cashed out and get beer for my husband and I. My husband was home with our daughter. I first went to the register and the manager who is named Molly said she didnt have enough money, I told her that it didnt even accrue to that much, she still refused to cash them out and said to come tomorrow. I let it go because at this point it wasnt a big deal to me, Ive had them for a long time so waiting one more day or what not didnt hurt. I then proceeded to go to where the beer selection is and called my husband to make sure I didnt grab a beer we both wouldnt enjoy since he had told me he was getting tired of the beer I always buy. So I started mentioning to what they had and then the manager Molly decided she needed to mop where I was at and be rude and tell me excuse me like I all of a sudden got in her way. I let that go. I then chose the four pack and went to the register, waited because she was mopping, made no fuss or what not. Molly then goes behind the register and asks me if who I was speaking to was in the car outside, I replied No he is at home with our daughter she then snatches the four pack and said that she refuses to sell it to me with out him showing his ID. I am 31 years old. So for her to think that my husband is under 21 (who is not, hes 32) and is with our daughter she must think I am rocking the cradle. Even in that phone call I asked about our daughters homework. Honestly she just wanted to refuse service to me, even the way she went about it was disrespectful and nasty. No apologies. I am in the hospitality industry and when there is something I cant do for a guest I tell them I am so sorry, but unfortunately and so on about the reasoning. This lady did no such thing. I dont know if it was because she is racist towards Spanish people. Or maybe she is against people that buy lottery tickets and drink beer. Even after all this I didnt scream at her, I didnt curse at her. All I wanted was an explanation in which she never seemed sincere and was very standoffish. Even when I asked who her supervisor is she said Im the manager I replied Everyone has someone above them I called corporate.
Went into 7-11 at 8630 w state rd 84 davie Fl 33324 after fueling up and my wife gave me a kiss then the lady working the counter lost her head and voiced her opinions. A little confused I asked her if she has a problem because we are lesbian and she just kept going on. I can’t believe she just did what she did so upset I have not been able to sleep. I’m done with people who work for companies acting like they can just behave like this 7-11 just caught themselves a lawsuit for bigotry. I don’t know if I’m humiliated, angry, or just sorry that there’s people like that in the world. But I’m damn sure going to do something about it. Contacted corporate and going to HR and contacting my attorney.
Good location if looking to make stop before beach
Managers and staff were exceptional... Very helpful and patient with me. I am here for a couple days for a sales meeting and my wind-resistant lighter was confiscated in Houston IAH at the security. And thank goodness - I wouldnt want to cause the plane to blow up and create a black hole in the universe. After calling literally every pharmacy, hardware, general market, gas station within 2 miles of Hyatt Place on W Broward, and reaching no one with enough time or ability to help a customer out, I prepared myself to go home slightly resenting Plantation, FL and its founding fathers. Now, its not that I cannot accept the fact that the cashier at CVS is probably extremely busy doing the Lords work and rarely finds time for customer interaction. It was much more the being in an unknown locale with no means of helping myself that really rubbed my d*** the wrong way. The guy at 7-11 was completely different. The manager patiently checked the kind of lighters and found he carried the type I was looking for, gave me the address of the store, and even gave me some good tips about general navigation though the town. Asked me about how I was enjoying my time in the area otherwise. He even gave me a deal on some gum before I left.Well youve got the right attitude, brother man. Taking that kind of interest in customer relations ALWAYS pays off, often at just the right moments and in ways one couldnt possibly anticipate.
Dirtiest excuse for a 711 I feel bad that the corporation would stand behind such a dirty run down store with the worst employees Ive ever come in contact with. I thought convient stored had health standards and employee standards. Dont buy from here and risk a MRSA infection ew!
Go to little snack spot the prices are more reasonable than other places and the staff is friendly
