Darling was an amazing optician. I received excellentCustomer service from her. She was most personable, explaining all the things put in place to keep customers safe. Target has the latest technology for measuring your face and pupils and doing virtual try-ins. I have gone to more expensive eyeglass stores that were not able to satisfy my needs and Target is the best, always delivering excellent service, glasses that are the latest in fashion and lenses that are perfect to clearly see.
I needed my Ray Ban sunglasses repaired but didn’t have weeks to ship it off to Ray Ban & wait for them to repair and return them. I decided to try the Optical center at my neighborhood Target & they were amazing! The young lady who helped me ~ Darling is her name ~ took my glasses and asked me to wait a bit. Within 10 minutes she had my glasses repaired and didn’t even charge me. So nice. I will definitely be going back there.
Excellent service, quality frames, good price!I bought an Armani Exchange frame here that was actually the replacement of identical ones I lost, originally bought in Target Atlanta, in another exceptional experience. I find it hard to shop for frames by myself. I cant decide what actually works for my face. Well, I cant take credit for the selection but theyre perfect. Thanks to the original rep and Jilian who works here in Davie, who provided exceptional customer service, she is a true pleasure.Im a very happy customer... Id never have thought Target to be a place for optical, and certainly never as wonderful an experience as it is.Rick
JB was the best optician that I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. He immediately noticed the mistake the previous optician (same location) made. He corrected the issues and got a new set frames and lenses for my son. We are so grateful for his dedication to detail and pride of quality care.

Always great service! I was not an easy to solve customer but Julian kept a smile and a laugh all the way through! I can’t remember the name of the physician, but she was very patient through 4 visits till I was happy. Thank you all! I would give 10 stars if I could.

Incredible Customer service. I had a nice pair of sunglasses and the arm came off because the screws feel out. I went to another place who was unable to do anything about it. I went to the Target Optical in Davie and my glasses were fixed in less than 5 minutes. Jilian helped me and was wonderful. I highly recommend!!!!

We normally get our glasses renewed every March. Due to this year’s pandemic we had to wait until now.(Dec 2020) Target optical and the staff were wonderful with us. My son found his favorite pair of glasses right away! Their RayBan selection was perfect for boys his age and Janelle was super helpful. We had a great experience and will be back. Oh! You can use your target card. 👍
You just can’t make this up! In January I came to Target optical for my annual exam and new lenses and frames. This year I decided to try contacts instead. So I struggled a little getting them in my eyes for the first time but eventually was ‘signed off’ to wear them. I have a specific prescription that caused me to have a different contact for each eye. They had one eyes prescription but not the other. I was told that the other contacts would be sent within a week to my home. When the package arrived it was torn open and everything but one contact lense was in the box. We took pictures and immediately contacted the store. That’s when it got interesting. They attempted to order new lenses twice and this time to the store as I didn’t want a repeat with UPS . No luck! I’m now at the store again as I type this and they still haven’t made it here for the third time. It’s now July 7th and I still can’t wear the contact lenses that I paid for on January 23rd. So now on July 7th they are embarrassed and are going to refund my money. This is also turning into a nightmare because they have a 30 day rerun policy. They are trying to make it like I did something wrong.I spent (past tense) on average about 700.00 a year here for the past four to five years. This customer treatment is horrible. I really don’t know what else to say at this point as I sit here and am still not sure if I am going to get my money back. Incidentally it was customer service representative Scott that I dealt with the most.I have contacts for one eye if anyone is interested.
ZERO stars. I placed my order 04/18/21 and still waiting for my glasses to come in. When you pay almost $400 out of pocket for something you NEED not want and have to wait this long is absolutely absurd. I called week of 4/26/21 to see if maybe they came in and was told; the date we write on the red envelope is the max date they will arrive, to wait until then to call... The date on the envelope landed on a Sunday, but I thought to myself, well they must know their job, let me not challenge that it lands on a Sunday. Sunday 05/02/21 comes, no call, I call and was told it was not there bc they do not get shipment on Sunday... (but its on the red envelope they stressed me out about) Jean advised, the glasses are delayed bc they had go to the lab in CHINA... so target optical is outsourcing to another country instead of leaving it domestic. I expressed I was not happy to Jean that if I knew I would wait this long I would of never brought my business. Ive been wearing glasses since I was 13 and I have never waited this long for glasses. I hope Target Optical makes this right. I will be posting in all social media platform and will like to place a formal complaint.
They were very helpful. I needed my 2 pairs fixed and they did not charge me. Love this place and convenient. Did shopping while they were fixing my eyeglasses.

This target optical is the best place to get your eyes checked and get your glasses hands down! Doctor was super helpful and funny while taking my exam and took his time explaining my situation. Jilian was amazing at helping me find my perfect next pair of glasses!
Unorganized, and horrible service provided to loyal customers. I have been waiting for over 2 weeks for their computers to come back online just simply to be told a ridiculous amount for my glasses to be sent back for hi-index lenses. My recommendation is to avoid Target Optical they are Blatant Crooks and their pricing structure needs to be reviewed & corrected.You have truly lost a customer for life!!Why suggest that your customers reach out to your customer care division, if you refuse to respond to our inquiry for assistance?
If I could give them no stars I would. I went there with a 10:30am appointment booked online to find out they gave away my appointment. I showed the customer service guy didnt accommodate me at all. Very upsetting I will never be going back to this place and will also be calling to complain as well.
My first time coming to the Davie Óptical office, and I must say what amazing service I received. They made my experience effortless and the customer service delivered by Dr. Noble and her technician Rubab were outstanding. I also must mention Jilian, such a kind hearted individual who helped my picky self select frames with such a breeze. I think I laughed more then anything from such a great environment. Keep up the amazing work ethics!

You need to know exactly in what place you are putting your Business. The optical Doctor Doesnt know to prescribed a eyes prescription. The computer system sometimes doesnt work.i went to that place 6 times and had to cancel my lens. But I did get reimbursed for my eyes visit. No good

This optical has very friendly staff who are attentive and hard working. They offer a great selection of frames and lens choices and have great deals. They do not bait and switch like some of the other newer chain stores. They also accept most vision plans. Give them a try. You will be happy with the quality of the glasses and your overall experience
I spend about $500 dollars on one pair of bi-focal glasses . Went 2 times to get them fixed they were no help. They told me I would have to get used to it. I told them that I was getting headaches and my eyes were getting watery. They had no solution to my problem . Then they wanted to charge me more money to get two separate glasses. Unbelievable. I found a solution I asked for my money back .
I went to get a new pair and I still havent received them. They keep prolonging on when they will arrive and I keep getting different excuses. Then today one rude worker kept interrupting me and trying to rush me off the phone. I have worked in customer service before and I cannot believe I experienced that. Take your money else where to be treated with some respect.
Scott was great! So personable and helped me choose the perfect frame. And the Dr. Was fantastic. He took his time and answered all my questions thoroughly. I did not feel rushed at all. 2 thumbs up!
This place is great; I came in on a busy weekend without an appointment and they managed to fit me in pretty fast. Also Dr. Dell is awesome, apparently Id been wearing contacts that were too strong for me from other eye places for years and no one ever figured that out or bothered to say anything until now!
My insurance company listed this as the closest eye care provider and boy what a disaster. Dr. Caruso was the provider that saw me. No personality whatsoever but thats not the worst of it. He tries to run a scam stating I received a premium contact lens exam and charging me a premium fee. Ive been wearing contacts for over 20 years and have never had a doctor tell me that. What I did receive was your basic contact lens exam. When I disputed this premium charge and called my eye care provider he refused to give me my prescription and told me to remove the contact lens from my eyes right away. I asked why, what are you going to do? Put them in someone elses eye. He was annoyed that I was disputing his premium overcharge. He wanted me to go back in and get another exam, if he didnt do the job correctly in the first place why would I go back in. I got so aggravated with the service I left without any contact lens in my eyes since I was forced to remove them and without a prescription. I will never go back nor would I recommend going there.
This place made something that I was dreading quick, painless, and dare I say pleasant. Made my appointment, came in, and attended on time by both the customer service and the doctor. Super friendly folks up at the front that’ll help you pick your frames, and the doctor (can’t temember her name but super nice lady) was just as helpful and polite. Prices were by far the friendliest as well.
Each time that I wanted a price on a pair of glasses with prescription, they needed to enter a whole bunch of information into their computer system to give me a price. I finally ordered a pair and they informed me that it would take up to two weeks to be ready. I waited the time and then call them to find out the status and they informed me that there had been a mishap in the order right at the beginning and they would have to restart the process again.They did not even bother to try call me and notify me of any problems. I then decided to cancel my order and requested a refund and they told me that they would automatically refund my card.The very next day I get a call back from them informing me that my glasses were in fact ready for pickup I told him that Id already cancelled my order and had requested a refundBut the same lady that I had spoken to the day before now told me that if I wanted to cancel my order I will need to come in with my receipt
Worst office I have ever been to. I have an appointment, receive a card to confirm - call the number for days with no answer so I call main line and am told they are renovating and there are no appointments until March or so. Let me think, your card says confirm your February appointment, not you need to reschedule due to renovations. Now i have no contacts, no appointment........worst customer service EVER!

Optical is not the department for target. You will wait around with no greeting when you go to the store and wait on hold forever when you call. Its a loose loose with the absolute worst customer service.
