UBreakiFix is more of a psychotic iShipUlose your stuff sick game.It all started on their website, I got directions to ship my ipad to the Davie location so with Covid and all, so I did instead of going into the store.It’s been three weeks since I shipped it, UPS says they delivered it, and every time I call this location, they don’t answer. And I call multiple times.Maybe it’s time for uBreakifix to fix their own phone.Where is my ipad??!

I MADE AN APPOINTMENT FOR 10AM. ITS 10:33AM AND NO ONE IS HERE. THIS IS THE MY 3RD TRIP TO THIS LOCATION FOR TIME COMPLETELY WASTED AND NO ONE IS HERE AND NO ONE IS ANSWERING. I TOOK TIME AWAY FROM MY JOB. TO SAY I AM LIVID IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT. I WISH SAMSUNG CHOSE A BETTER STORE TO FIX THESE ISSUES!!!!!

I highly recommend going to a different location, these guys have no clue what theyre doing and did not fix my issue. They have me my phone back in worse condition that what I gave to them. Terrible experience. Does this store even have a manager???

They are awesome fixed my phone in 1hr price was awesome. The one in Mia on biscayne, tried to rob me. They tried to charge me 149.00 fix the back of my cracked phone plus 249.00 for the cracked camera. This one only charged me 64.00 for everything.... anything u need this place will order. U guys rock!!

If you need your screen fixed, this place does an immaculate job! Honestly, its not just the good work they do, but their customer service that makes this place great! Brian was extremely helpful, polite, and more then willing to work with us to find time to fix our S20 Ultra! His genuine friendliness and expertise is enough reason alone to come to this location!

Very disappointed with the service. Michael was there and he just refused to to even make a simple effort to find out whether anyone else would be able to replace a battery on my phone. He was not bisy and the store was empty. Avoid this place at all costs.

The store is closed. The sign says for remodeling, but why would anyone remodeling this place? Two chairs, and peg hooks on the wall. Two hour job.

This store is fantastic! Fast, friendly, professional service. I found them by shattering my screen on my iPhone and Brian (who is awesome!) fixed it good as new and I never had a problem. My husband also shattered his screen, again fixed good as new. Since learning from our mistakes every phone my family has purchased we head to see Brian right away to have him protect our phones. They offer quality products and have a great selection of cases. Highly recommend this business!

TERRIBLE STORE!! They Took My Phone For Repair 3 Weeks Ago For Next Day Repair and Since Then, The Store Has Not Been Open For Business. Nobody at The Location and Nobody Answers The Phone. When I Called The Corporate Office, They are Aware of The Problem and Said Thats its a Bad Franchise Owner and There is Nothing They Can Do to Help. Brought my phone in for a screen repair Sunday. The technician damaged the phone during the fix to where it would not charge and keeps restarting. The repair itself also was poor quality and ive noticed when pressing the home button and the haptic feedback no longer works like before. Needs a new battery now, which i was told they would have Monday (another rep told me Thursday idk). Theyve been dragging their feet with fixing their mess. I was guaranteed it would be resolved monday and today with some extras thrown in that i could care less for, yet here we are still no phone and Im losing money because of it. I just want my phone fixed or a replacement. Id have done the repair myself if i wanted to break it. To add insult to injury the guy tells me i can take it to another location to see if they have the battery but theyll probably charge me for it. What sense does tbat make when YOU damaged it. Fix it. 0 stars if i could.

I took my laptop there and didn’t hear back for two weeks about the problem and they misdiagnosed it he issue. I went to Geeksquad and they fixed the issue in 25. This place is a joke

Dropped an iPad off on Friday morning at 10:12AM and the place was not even open yet. A part of the headphone jack was stuck inside. They tell me they can have it fixed by noon or 1pm and that they would call me, 6pm and no phone call or update which is ok people get sidetracked and may have a lot going on. But I had to call for an update at 6pm, an hour before they closed. They told they had to order a tool to remove it and it would be here by noon on Saturday and that they would call me. AGAIN, no phone calls or any update, the iPad was there all day again.I called this morning to see what was going on and they said the tool did not work and that they have to order the part because it needed to be replaced.I’m not sure when they planned on calling me to tell me this.

I have taken my phone to them before for a small charging port malfunction. This time I had a macbook I wanted to get rid of but didnt want to sell a broken product so asked if they could help since the OS wasnt even booting up. I was told it would take a week and a few days, after over a month later of no calls I decided to try to get off work early to go check on it. Got it back being told it was working fine but it is exactly the same as before. Not a good place to go for complicated repairs.

Absolutely loved this location! Had my old phone screen completed shattered sometime back in the summer of 2019. Got it recently repaired for a fair price and the service was completed within a few days. Phone works great 👍. Couldnt be more pleased with the warm staff and great service!

I mailed in my ps3 back in April so they can repair the Blu-ray player. They never reached out and everytime I called they said it’s ready and they were going to mail it back to me. Well it’s November and still nothing. The worst experience ever like what kind of company does that.

Great Service! My elderly parents (91 yrs old) went in for a phone issue, they checked it out, ran some tests and told them it was just the power cord. They did not even charge them for the time or tests. Finally an honest business in South Florida! Thank you!

We are a family of 4 which means lots of devices. Weve used them three times now for different issues and each time, each person at this location provides great customer service. They are all polite and they make you feel like they want to help even thru every lame joke I made. They have resolved every issue to my full satisfaction and budget. I was very surprised they offered to help me. That was very kind and I want to reward then with a great review.

Small store with big service! I had Insurance on my device had a cracked screen and pixels paid online my deductible when I came to the store the guy who I forgot his name already knew my order took the phone and less then 2 hours I got a text my phone is ready. Came back and Brian just gave me the phone like new and all of that with a smile. 1 tip I must give you all...have insurance because seems that my phone fix would have cost me $250 and ended cost me $29. Great service thanks

This was my first time going to this store and I cant say enough nice things about my experience. The service was superb and the prices are reasonable. Michael was wonderful, so professional and competent. He repaired my cracked screen in a very timely and did an excellent job. My husband cracked his phone screen last year and we went somewhere else to have it repaired and there is no comparison to the service and quality of work we received at this UBreakiFix store. This will be my go to place for any electronic issues from now on.

Hope the owner sees this.EVERY TIME I want an update on my phone, I have to call. Today, I got fed up and called another location to ask for information on what I was told about my phone.I dropped the phone off Aug 15th to this Davie location.They didnt start working on it Aug 28thI finally got my phone back Sept 9thI had to take it back to them less than a week later on Sept 13th. because they damaged my sim card slot. I called to follow up multiple times and I was finally told they phone was fixed but couldnt replace it because had to do some reset and it had to be tested by a Samsung computer and theirs broke and a new one was supposed to arrive early this week.Ive been fed a bunch of excuses by both Brian and Michael since then and it has now been another month.Today, Michael told me he would email me with an update. That email never came.I was told by another location that NO WORK HAS BEEN DONE ON MY PHONE SINCE SEPTEMBER 8thIm calling the corporate office. I this is extremely unacceptable.Update- Ive pretty much had it. The communication here sucks. After having to call multiple times over the past week and being advised of ongoing delays with shipping (which I was understanding about), I informed the last person that the communication could be better. I had to call again today after being told my phone would be ready this past Tuesday. I was told it was ready, I said, great Ill be there when I get done. Wouldve been REALLY NICE TO KNOW that your hours have changed. Wont be back to this location. I live in Hollywood, Ill be happier driving to the Sunrise location.Super nice! This team is just as amazing as the team off Sunrise. Moved to the Hollywood area, and as much as I adore the sunrise team, its just too far to drive. :-( The tech I worked with today in the Davie location (sorry Im drawing a blank on your name), was super efficient and straightforward and knew exactly what he had and needed to order to fix my device.

Nothing throws you into panic like getting a prompt to do a software update for your phone then having your phone stop working. I was freaked out!! I have T Mobile UBreakIFix was close but ended up being a great decision They will treat with kid gloves because they understand youre cut off from your greatest lifeline. My repair was fast and painless I highly recommend uBreakiFix

I brought my pixel 2 in I couldnt her anybody talk when I called.or they called me. When I gave her the phone to look at while I was explaining what the problem was, she took it to the back. And 5 minutes later she had it fixed. Apparently it was something simple but how professional she was was amazing Prince just attacked Aslan and solve the problem. This is the place to take your phone if you want it fixed it will get fixed it will get fixed properly and with no hassle and with a good personality

2 star for service which was quick they say there a samsung authorized repair dealer but yet they cant fix my Samsung, so there really not a samsung authorized repair shop they only have a limited access to Samsung parts go some where else, and there was a lady in front of me with a Samsung phone and they couldnt fix it either

Great job, two hours, phone like new, good costumer service, friendly people. Good thing I have insurance. Because Samsung Galaxy S8+ glass is expansive to fix. But I paid just 30 $, instead of paying around 300$.

Got my screen replaced for the best price around. But they had failed to put the proximity sensor back properly. When I brought it back to them they fixed it for no charge.

They were Amazing and very knowledgeable. I went in there annoyed and frustrated because my warranty was expired and I have been trying to get my S Pen to work from I bought my phone 6 months ago and it still wasnt working. Samsung performed work on it and there was nothing on file that would they even worked on my phone or did a diagnostic so they had to do everything all over. Went to the Hallendale location and their systems were down to fix my phone. Called Miami Beach location and their systems were down also and then called there and Brian was super nice and told me their systems are working properly so I went there. They had my phone for 2 hours and the problem was fixed. They were super friendly and I would definitely recommend this location.

I bought a New set of yellow joycons for the Nintendo switch, and one if the sticks were faulty. I brought them in and asked Brian if he could fix it, and he told me he would take a look at it and let me know. Brian calls back later and said he could fix it, and he did a great job, there were no problems after I brought it home. If you ever go to this store, ask for Brian he does a great job.

I just got my screen on my S8+ replaced at uBreakiFix. The service was very professional and friendly, and they not only replaced the screen but also replaced the edge and the battery. Great experience and they did it at a much better price than Dr. Phone Fix. I would definitely recommend.

I experienced terrible customer service at some other businesses in the area when trying to get a replacement screen on my iPhone 6. I did some searching and found uBreakiFix in a convenient location perfect for commuters near both 95 and the Turnpike. The employees were friendly, helpful, informative, and they completed the repair in half an hour. I was so pleased I brought my iPad 2 in for an LCD repair the very next day. The prices of both repairs were extremely reasonable. This is my new go-to store for tech repairs, and I plan to refer them to friends and family in the area.

I chose this location because it was outside the busy Black Friday shopping area. Not being sure they would be open after Thanksgiving day, I called early and asked that they returned my call as soon as they were opened. Sure enough I got a friendly return call from Lisa confirming they are opened. She advised me on when it was best to come in to the store. After getting there we realized that the incorrect phone was entered for the ATT insurance claim. Lisa graciously called ATT to remedy this and I left the store approximately 2 hours later with my phone repaired and experiencing absolutely stunning customer service during the wait.Thanks Lisa, youre da best!

I was working on an important application when suddenly my iPad fell out of its case and shattered. I called the establishment and another one and got different prices. When I went to the one in Davie they confirmed the different price and actually honored the lower price! I worked with Brian and he was extremely helpful and nice. They fixed my iPad in a few hours just in time for me to finish my application! They did an excellent job and I’d recommend this place to anyone! Thank you for the great service

This is the place to go if you have any issues with your device! You can tell they care and that theyre not just out to get your money. I walked in and spoke to Jessie about my iPhone which would not charge, he took it to the back and came out after a few minutes telling me that he just had to clean out the charging port and that it was of no charge! My iPad screen was destroyed, along with the frame. Something like this would have cost $179.99. Luckily the guy there gave me a break. This is an awesome place, with great employees. Will definitely come back if I need any of my devices fixed, and I definitely recommend this store!!!

I visited this store because I shattered the screen on my iPhone 5C; Jessee, the manager, had me in and out of the door in twenty minutes with a new screen and a tempered glass. Very informative about the repair and what he would be doing, will definitely be back for any other problems.

Buyer beware. Store sells fake parts. The iPhone screens are China replicas not the real deal. Jesse (store manager and apparently the only worker there) sells his own parts there and put them on incorrectly. Digitizer didn’t work after getting screen repaired and fake iPhone screens appear to have a blue tint to them. AVOID STORE AT ALL COSTS

All I can say is they are great at what they do, they are fast, efficient & polite and very knowledgeable especially lisa. I will be going back there for all my repairs. I reccomend them 100 percent.

My iph 6 plus screen froze, I brought it in to ubreakifix and Lisa studied it and explained everything about problems with that particular model, she took it and they re did the connections on screen. It took about 30 minutes and it works perfect now. Guess what, it was free, I didn,t have to pay anything. Unreal. Can,t say enough good things about this store and Lisa is awesome. Highly recommend

I broke my Samsung S7 so i called around to find prices then i found out they have the lowest prices on the market and theyre Samsung certified. Mikey helped me over the phone and in the store. He made me feel comfortable handing my phone over. Overall a great store.
