T-mobile is completely useless. Ive spent over an uninterrupted hour on hold waiting for tech support to answer with no help before they hung up on me.Have been to two different locations three times T-mobile and spent over 90 minutes total with them and they cant figure out why my phone cant do something its been doing correctly for well over a year.Now the staff want me, a disabled person to go to third location over 15 miles away.To add to this to offered me free headphones for my inconvenience and charged me over $8 for them.I will post this every place I can for people to see if I dont get satisfied by 5pm EST.
Went in to checking for prices on plans and phones. Randall was extremely helpful. He went over the best plan options and helped me save money on my monthly service.
The customer service is bar- non. Luis and his term at this location are like the chick- fil- a of T mobile. I have neverrrr had anyone care about not getting bubbles in my screen - like it was their own! It is service like this that has, and will always, keep me a loyal T Mobile customer !
My wife Stacie and I stopped by the T-Mobile on S University to inquire about trading her old iPhone 5 in for newer model. We were politely greeted by Jay who proceeded to patiently explain the different iPhones and their features. And he answered all our questions which were many mostly from my technically challenged but sweet wife!Because of his professionalism and salesmanship that day, my wife bought a new iPhone 11 and he made the $600 out of pocket price seem painless! Thank you Jay.

This location is the absolute best. Stephanie and Petoria were my life savers and made my transaction seamless. This location made me feel so at home that I forgot they were working I enjoyed them just as much as the phone!! I left with everything I needed and their patience was appreciated love them!

Kevin who works davie and university he is just unbelievable with the care and the time and the incentive to help me I assess the second time I came to Kevin because he sold me an extreme box and then I brought my brother and he just bought a phone and I love T-Mobile but I really like Kevin because when I got here he help me save my phone because I lost my phone in the street and he help me locate it with a special special tracker and it worked and I found my phone I save the day so I bought the box and now I brought my son he is somebody that’s very calm and soothing and I would recommend him forFor anybody at your team out mobile store he is outrageous a very good salesman one of the tops I’ve ever met

Kevin at T-Mobile has been so patient and taking so much time with me and my mom to get her a new iPhone and he is absolutely amazing he walked her through everything she’s never had an iPhone before and we got her set up with an Apple Watch... and a big shout out to Andrew the manager who helped my mom get the phone synced to her car so she can do the Bluetooth through the car.. The customer service at the store is absolutely incredible I would recommend for everybody to come to the T-Mobile store. And the store is very clean thank you Kevin and Andrew for everything that you’ve done today. And for all of your help.

After coming in panic-stricken over a phone issue I was greeted by assistant manager Andrew C. who gave me an incredible amount of time, great advice, his experience and focus on how to not only resolve my issue but also helped me with a couple of other things I had on my list. He is extremely knowledgeable and resourceful and patient! I would highly recommend Andrew as well as this location!

Luis and Andrew were so knowledgeable! Great customer service and was able to help me! I usually always come to this store however today when I came in and it was DISGUSTINGLY HOT!!! I felt extremely bad for the staff and customers here !! No one should work in this condition! I kept having to go to the portable AC to not pass out so imagine what they go through or any elderly person or baby who comes in! Big liability risk!

I really hope this is the right location because Arielle and Miguel really deserve this review. They are truly incredible and there customer service skills are amazing, I once ran multiple stores as a manager and I have to say that Miguel’s management skills are truly to par. Not only did he make sure that I left VERY happy but he also made sure that everything was done properly and that truly says something. Arielle was so patient and kind to me even when I was getting super upset with customer service. See this is why I am a loyal customer to T-Mobile. Staff like this truly deserves a raise they went above and beyond satisfaction. I can not thank them enough for everything they did for me yesterday. This location is amazing! Nick and Ariella made my experience in the store amazing. I went in with my 4 kids and they were very patient, understanding and most of all very knowledgable and helpful! Im sure the other employees are great as well, however I highly recomend you go in there and ask for Nick or Ariella. You wont be disappointed! :)

This store (at 4900 S. University Dr, corner of Griffin Rd in Davie) always gives excellent customer service. Last night we were assisted by Crystal A. - I needed a new screen protector. I thought I had a decent plastic one, but there were bubbles underneath it, it was scratched, etc. Crystal installed for me a high-quality tempered glass screen protector that protects against scratches, fingerprints, smudges, etc. Crystal was quick, she did it with a smile and Im glad I made this purchase, I love this new protector!Also, my wife couldnt figure out how to install WhatsApp on her Blackberry Classic. Crystal spent several minutes researching the issue for my wife. We had to leave but I appreciated Crystals diligence in trying to help us. Thank you, Crystal!!Im coming back during the week to talk to Crystal about her recommendations for earbuds and then purchasing whatever Crystal recommends. She seems very knowledgeable about all of T-Mobiles products, special sales, etc. Its all about the customer service experience!
Crazy long wait times. I had to leave after 2 hours. The other t mobile on pine island is usually quicker about seeing you, even on a busy night.
WORST customer service ever. The staff don’t really understand their job/purpose of their job it seems. I doubt they know what customer service is either. Why are you there when you cannot properly EXPLAIN things about your job to a customer? LACK of knowledge. They only enjoy chatting with each other while you wait forever before they attend to you. Even then, they stop here and there to chit chat or leave YOU standing while they go to the back room and God knows what they do there forever. YOU aren’t PAID to make friends at work. YOU ARE PAID TO HELP CUSTOMERS . Do your jobs properly or quit. Save us the trouble.

Left phone here with worker vanessa to transfer data for an hour and a half, came back to pick up she was like oh the phone died and the transfer stopped had to wait another hour and a half. She didnt even pay attention to the phone that it died until we got back.

I’ve been to this location 4 times in the past two months and the wait to be helped has ALWAYS been more than 45 minutes. The first time, I walk in and the girl said she was going to help me but then walks out of the store with her belongings as if she clocked out.They need more employees after 5pm, this is when most people are able to come in after their 9-5 jobs. It’s the usual 3 employees but with 10 customers in the store waiting.

I have to agree with the previous comments about Ariella. She is very helpful and efficient. The service at this store can be slow at times though, mostly afternoons. Whatever representative you do get paired with, they are always willing to help and assist with options that are suited to you.

Went twice to this location to get a replacement phone for a manufacturing defect. They said they would take care of the issue and almost a week later have not fixed it, gotten a replacement, or called me annoy what was going on. I had to call T-Mobile to find it what was going on and take care of it myself.

The employees are incredibly slow, take frequent breaks even when the store is full of waiting customers and they are incapable of doing returns properly.Walked in to make a return, something that shouldnt take more than 15 minutes and was here for over an hour. There were 5 employees, 2 of which took a 10 minute break whole there were 7 people waiting to be helped. After 30 minutes of waiting I have a girl complete the return but mess up so I have to wait an additional 15-20 minutes for their safe to open because having $140 in the register is too much money apparently.Worst T-Mobile service I have ever had. Go to ANY other T-Mobile store but this one.

IF YOU ARE READING THIS ITS BECAUSE YOU ARE WAITING AT THE T-MOBILE STORE.STOP DONT EVEN BOTHER AND DRIVE TO THE ONE ON PINEISLAND RD it’s NOT FAR and it will be faster to drive there then to wait at this T-Mobile.I have always had to wait a hour+ visiting this store.It takes HOURS to talk to anyone.The employees need to be trained in putting a pep in their step, they were having personal conversations with customers while there was so many people waiting, I understand its customer service to talk to the customers but its called multitasking. They can talk and work but instead the drop everything they were doing to diddle daddle I almost didnt want to purchase my phone anymore there was no sense in urgency. I even had to go to another location because I waited an hour and the guy was still with the same person. It almost made me want to quit using T-Mobile all together it was so frustrating but luckily the location wasn’t far and they are super quick I bought my phone, got the protective cover on it all under 7 minutes.

Unless you have a Jump plan, they will charge you a $20 fee to upgrade your phone in store. You can avoid this fee by shopping online.
Every visit here is extremely disappointing..lousy service if you can call it that. Employees dont want to be there and you immediately feel unwelcomed, they even are short of stock as well when it comes to phones or freebies. Will not go back here to renew my contract or get new phones..rather go online than give commission to these heathens.
They take too long, either its busy or the system is down. The 45 minutes i was there the guy that works there was sitting at his desk and never got up to help other customers or say something. Depends who is there but i think the manager and the girls that works there thinks they cute and have a face that they going to hit you, thwu dont have a good customer service, I may have to go to broward mall T-Mobile they they help you better than this T-Mobile. Make sure you dont have things to do beacuse you may stay more than an hour at this T-Mobile.
Im so disappointed buying Phone i7 !The Lady that works at Costco Wholesale sold the phone to me. I bought it for my wife, and she has a Samsung $200 phone 8 month old that didnt have much internal memory .Anyway the problem is that this lady did not transfer all the pictures that are dear to her. She pretended that she did it, when I came home and my wife checked, she was very upset not seeing her picture transferred from her Samsung phone.She was very slick, and didnt tell me, it will take long time to transfer or could not be transferred for any reason.She also did not apply the protective film.properly, leaving two tiny bubbles.They are very manipulative and untruthful employees of the Costco Booth Contractors.I may have to go and return the phone. I wasted my whole Saturday doing this transfer of phone and not being able to get it done, because the woman Daisy played games with me.Not a good place to buy phone; actually most places play games like Car Salesmen !Ask all questions and make sure everything will be done before you leave.

I went to upgrade my phone. Switched from an iPhone to a galaxy. They managed to disconnect my number and switch my dads number to my new phone. When I called they told me to come to the store to fix it but they couldnt do anything. So disappointed. My dad and I had to go to work and we didnt have our proper phones

Walked in and signed in immediately. Waited 30 minutes and found people that came in later got service. Asked if my name was on the list a second time and it never got put on. Waited 15 more minutes and walked out. Wasted 45 minutes! Going home to order online, this store does not deserve my 4 lines!
