Made you wait forever while staff was walking around talking to each other about lunch and personal business. I know this review won’t hit your RIS, but I wish it did because it’s far from a professional environment here. While people were in the que, staff skipped to help new line customers…Got to love it …all customers should be treated equally.
The shop itself is pretty basic (not in a bad way, just a classic Verizon store), but Josh is what makes it 5 stars. He was so patient helping me figure out what was wrong with my phone today and made great conversation while we waited on hold for customer service for an hour. He walked me through the steps to work things out on my end and was overall just very knowledgeable and helpful. I left with a working phone, and I will definitely be returning if I have any further issues or even if I want to purchase something. Thank you so much Josh!!
The Verizon rep did a great job setting up my new phone from installation of the SIM card to downloading data from my old phone as well as the apps.
The Manager Christina was not doing her job. She has time to tell her coworkers what she wanted to eat grub-hub but cant help customers. There were at least 7 people standing there waiting. There are 4 employees in the store and only 2 were actually doing something. My friend who was with me asked if she was the manager and if she could help us. She said she wasnt able to even tho she is standing there doing nothing. We had already been waiting for about 30 minutes. We then asked if we could just pay for the item we needed and leave but she still refused to help and said we had to wait for another employee. My friend got annoyed and went outside. When she went out the Manager and her employee started making fun of her and mocking her right in front of me. There where multiple customers in the store. Im a military veteran and Ive been a Verizon customer for many years. Im very appalled by our treatment. Me and my friend are both Verizon customers and are very shocked that a person like that is allowed to work here. The manager Christina and the other employee who were there deserve to be fired. Im definitely going to take this complaint up the ladder. This kind of treatment is shocking to me coming from a manager. Im hoping people read this and refuse to go back to this store or never go if they havent gone already
Went to buy a new phone, Picked the Samsung Galaxy FE 5G, > The sale person said it was a great phone easy to use and has a long battery life. They put my purchase in a bag along with the phone case and glass shield I also wanted. I paid cash for these items . I asked about setting up the new phone and the sales person said I could do it when I got home. I didnt like that answer but started to leave when the sales person called me by my shortened first name. This was the first time I had met this person, they are not a friend of mine, That was a disrespectful thing to do to a person of my age. I took the phone and followed the directions for setting it up and it was screen locked, Even the Verizon tech i contacted could not get it to work. So I had to drive back to the store, A nice lady met m at the door and i explained to her what had occurred with the phone and the tech trying to get it to work. The lady took about 30 seconds and had the phone working and transferring data from my old phone to the new phone. Makes one wonder why the original sales person did not do this for me. Great phone but a Sales person who, was either (lazy) or ( incompetent) or perhaps both that made this purchase a bad experience. A big Thank you to the Lady that addressed my issue and successfully corrected the problem. One star reduction for the sales person who sold me the phone. And also learn to properly address people.
I went to this store only to pick up a phone by curbside and just because I get there 3 mins before 8:00pm they did not help me. They literally lock the door in my face... and i just wanted to pick up my phone which it was a curbside pick up. Where is the world class customer service, if this store really want to keep the customers they could be more emphatic. Verizon is the best company no doubt of that but this stores they don’t care about the customers. That’s why next time I’ll never ever to buy anything that requires to pick up from any of this stores.

Waited over 40 minutes while they ate pizza in the back. The manager and employ looked at a scene. I was told it was up to me to download all info from my old phone to the new phone. They do not do it. Finally gave up and went the Verizon store on broward.

The store is clean and organized. When I walked in the door, an associate immediately greeted me, asked what I needed, and signed me into the system.Shortly thereafter, I was assisted by Michael who was very helpful and knowledgeable! I had a lot of questions on a wide variety of topics. He was able to explain everything concisely and help me efficiently.Michael is THE BEST!

My wife and I just purchased $4000.00 worth of phones and accessories. We got a screen protector for my wifes Samsung ZFold 2, all were ordered online. I tried to install the screen protector myself and damaged it. So we called Verizon to see if there was a store in the area that had one that could install it. This VERIZON store at 595 and University drive did have one in stock. So I asked if they could install it. Which I was told by an agent on the phone, that they would, if we bought it there. At that VERIZON STORE They told me no because of covid. I already damaged one, and I did not want to damage a second one at $30.00 each. The manager Ramsey told me no, then he wanted to do it in the dark parking lot. Of course I was not having it, thinking that he could damage that one and he would not cover it because it was not done inside the store. This store even if you buy from them is no help. Stay away go somewhere else. I did call and talked to Verizon they are taking care of the problem. No problem with Verizon. But I have a big problem with a corporate Verizon store that dont want to help a customer. Like I said I got 4000 dollars in 2 phones and accessories. I expect the same service I get on phone in a corporate store.

Just upgraded my phone. Clean store to walk into. My associate Michael was very helpful. Constant cleaning was going on every time someone came in and then left.Please come out and patronize businesses that are open and keep people working.

We have been coming to this Verizon corporate location since they open. They have the latest phones, accessories, as well as gadgets. The staff here is also well informed as to the current promotions, and each model of phone that they sell. This has been the only place that we have bought our phones since they have opened. The reason we keep coming back is the staff. Their customer service is terrific, especially Trenell. He is amazing and we trust him 100%.
My Verizon bill from dealing with a retail store was a disaster. After two months of fighting with Verizon I came to the store and Rammy Gorgy Store manager worked diligently on this with me and rectified all my problems. I learned to come directly to the store itself rather than a retail outlet.Thank you Rammy
Danielle always gives us great costumer service! She is incredibly helpful and attentive to our needs. She can always solve my problems. Whenever I need help with my phone/watch or phone plan I always see her, like its family.
While the store was very clean and organized, and the staff was polite enough, there was no greeter to explain the check in proceess. Furthermore, the policy for checking identification is NOT equally applied to everyone. Older, White individuals seem to be able to walk into this branch and initiate all kinds of transactions without showing ID, but anyone else is subject to scrutiny. This is a micro example of a macro issue plaguing this country. I will definitely be sending a memo to corporate.

Worst phone company in the world...
I bought a new phone from here yesterday and it was a very smooth process. The guy who was helping me made it seem like all I had to do after I got home was turn the new phone on and clear my old phone. WHAT A JOKE. I had to spend over 2 hours on the phone with Apple and an hour in the other University Verizon store (who actually knew what they were doing) before my phone was set up. I am so dissatisfied that Verizon lets employees just hand out phones without advising the customer about the SIM card, the process to establish the phone, nothing! This guy was so lazy that he just wanted the sale and that was it. I will NEVER come back to this store again.
Couple times I have been there u had great service but it annoying to show up when the sign saids closes at 8 but they literally have gate closed at 7:14 :/
They (probably accidentally) locked ITTS ticket on my phone number. Need to wait 24 hours for it to be cancelled so then I can cancel a bonk order. No working phone in mean time. SMH. 2 stars for those working there being polite.

I spent several hours at this store yesterday due to a dying iPhone5. Tito was extremely helpful and remained calm and composed through many hours of difficult situations and customers entering the store. I was so impressed with him and he deserves recognition for the awesome job he is doing. He sold several phones while I was in there including one to me. Horrible costumer service. The worst! They had about 8 ppl waiting for over one hour and didnt make an attempt to try to get to everyone. There were about 5 of them and taking their sweet time
Dont waste your time, go to the one on Broward. The guy at this location who helped me did nothing and tried to overcharge me to switch from my parents plan to my own. He gave me the customer service phone number and said Id have to do everything myself to get some account changes. I went to the location on Broward a few weeks later and they gave me an amazing deal, about $60 cheaper, and they helped me so much. This location looks nice, but thats about the extent of it.
They changed hours and dont open until 11:00. Had to waste and hour until opening. I was first Customer and had to wait 15 minutes for the time delay safe to open because no one opened it before the store opened.

Excellent helpful staff. As compared to my prior unnamed carrier that starts with an S, Verizon is super attentive and results driven and cares for their clients. Its nice to be appreciated, respected and treated like a valued client. Way to go Verizon!
Extremely unprofessional. The manager refused to listen to a question that I had and instead kept yelling at me saying he was only trying to help me. After I was asking for a chance to speak, he HUNG UP ON ME. Will never go here again -- was enough to make me consider switching services because of the incompetence and disrespect of the employees here.

I just purchased an LG-4 from this store and I could not be more pleased with the transaction. Jack was our sales person - extremely knowledgable and helpful. This is store has integrity and is the place to purchase a phone if you have Verizon - I highly recommend!
The staff working here is very friendly and accommodating; however I asked for all the fees involved to transfer from Att upfront and was told $30 activation per line. After porting all no’s and ready to leave I was told I owed another $79 (an additional $19.99 per line..Buyer beware although it looks like Verizon this is an authorized dealer and they charge additional fees..you are better off activating service at a corporate store to avoid this
Worst employees ever! I just bought an iphone that the employee did not inform me was recalled, and then wants to charge me more for exchanging! Not only that, but I called and complained, to be YELLED AT and spoken above by the manager Rommy/Remmy and Tony. They refused to listen to anything I would say and instead yelled at me and called me a liar! Would never go here again. Make sure they dont trick you too!

Savages! Completely untrustworthy. They absolutely lied about something as simple as having SIM cards available for long-time VZW customers. Management had to be contacted and dressed down just to get a SIM card. Completely unacceptable.
Waited outside, along with several other customers, for store to open at 11. Few minutes after 11, a guy came and unlocked the door, let an employee in and hurriedly slammed and locked the door back saying, Itll be another 10 minutes. No apology, no explanation, just incredibly rude. We waited another 10 and left. Obviously, we wont try that store again! Previous reviews indicated good customer service. I highly doubt we would have been treated any better had we actually gotten INSIDE the store!

Danielle and her male colleague are liars and scammers! I had an iPhone 7 that I purchased outright 3 years ago from Verizon. No contract, only month to month. I paid for an upgrade to the iPhone 11 Pro and simply wanted them to unlock the old one to give to my niece to use on a different network. They tried to BS me to say that Only the iPhone 7 is locked to carrier and it cant be unlocked, but hey we have really good monthly plans that she can be setup with here at Verizon. I said that I know for a fact it can be unlocked and they still refused to help me. While in their store, I had to call customer service who promptly unlocked it. I gave it to my niece where she was able to activate it within 15 mins at Metro PCS. I like Verizons cellular service, but this locations attempt to trick customers to switch their service is completely uncalled for!

This is a corporate location and probably the single best thing about it. Most issues can be handled here as well as new purchases etc. Staff always treats people well. Personally, I drive past 2 other Verizon locations to go to this one specifically.

This location is like a Verizon flagship store. They hire capable employees and hold them to higher customer service standards than I have seen from other verizon stores. Inside, the store is full of functioning floor models of most of the available phones, including high, middle, and low-end phones. The store is also very spacious with a vaiety of comfortable seating so that whoever isnt buying a phone can wait comfortably as long as necessary. I tend not to buy accessories from these stores as they are overpriced, but they did have plenty of accessory options available on display as well for those who do.
Just switched over from AT&T to Verizon. They give me a hard time about the phone that was shipped out to me that came damaged and want to charge me restocking fee and sells the phone to someone else after I was there first. Manager was NOT helpful nor did he try to do anything about the situation!

I received an email regarding a one day offer for $18/month, 24 month finance for Samsung Galaxy S8 with bonus 8 Samsung Tab E. I went to the Verizon store and got exactly what I went for, and love my curved, water resistant S8 in its funky purplish color. The only thing I havent seen yet is the credit that makes the payment $18, but the fine print says it can take 2 billing cycles. I should have known Id have to pay for monthly service for the tablet for two years, but its not that much - and I really like it a lot. Id think you could just buy the device, but apparently Verizon sells service, not products as the sales person advised. Anyway, it replaces my kindle fire. Like the very first Wi-Fi only kindle fire ever made!! So all in all Im happy with my new phone and tablet and the quick and friendly service I got in the Davie store.

Dont go to this store. You get ignored if you are there for a fix or accessories. They treAt common questions or inquires like they were bullets. Addendum, went in to get sim card changed, the manager with the waiting list was idle the whole time and did not but walk around and act important, after 1/2 hour wait I deised5 to leave and go shop at Trader joes, now Im back, one store employee only in front, the other two guys must be in back, I know they have security cameras and not one came out to help me. This is why I bought my Samsung Note 8 from BestBuy, better service and price from BestBuy. The store in Fort Lauderdale on Federal far exceeds this store. I do plan on notifying Verizon corporate when I get home. This store is a sham. While I write this at 845 PM, there is still one employee in front, he went to back to notify the other employees that other people are waiting. Ive been in store for 15 minutes. Last wait was for 30minutes before I left for Trader joes..Actually Biscayne Blvd is a 5 star store too...wherever you can find manager Sami, he is the best.
