I have visited this location on 2 occasions and the customer service is phenomenal. Alexandra helped on both occasions and is very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. In such a busy world and during these crazy times it is nice to find a business where the employees are friendly and they treat you like family and take the time to make sure you plan is best for your service needs. Marion, another associate at this store, keeps an upbeat mood and will always make it a joyous experience. Quiet store, so its a good place to go for sales and service without a crazy crowd and waiting. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly, offering options for cost savings. Large selection of phones, though not all in stock at a given time. Convenient location and easy in and out parking.

I recently bought a new phone from the other University store. When I bought the phone, I was given no instructions and was told that all I needed to do was clear the other phone and the new one would work. Flash forward to 24 hours later when my iMessage still was not working and Apple was not able to help me after I spent 2 hours on the phone with them. It was not until I met Jai, Alexandra, and Samantha that I finally got my problems resolved. These ladies were phenomenal! They were so sweet and funny that I did not realize until AFTER I left that I had spent over an hour with them working on my phone. I would highly recommend visiting this location!!!!

They are very helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous. I have bought or been involved with the purchase of 6 phones at this location in the past 24 months. I have always received outstanding service and valuable information and instruction. I have had family members from New York City, Salt Lake City, Jacksonville, Pembroke Pines and Cooper City use this store and they are all very satisfied. Some of the individuals who have helped are Daniel the manager, Marion, Fernando, and Maria. I will not hesitate to use this location in the future for all of my cellphone needs.

Ken, the district manager even stepped in to help with some last minute hurdles. We wouldn’t have been able to get all our issues resolved without Ken, he is the man! This location is amazing! After going to a corporate location and walking out after receiving lousy service, I stumbled upon this store. The corporate location that I had previously gone to the customer service representative told me that they had a limited amount of phones. He picked out a phone for me and barely explained any of its features or functions. Samantha at GoWireless in Dabie, FL was informative and friendly and assisted me in picking the best option for a phone for me. It was greatly appreciated.I got my new Samsung S10 phone and a great tablet with screen protection, which the corporate store told me wasnt available, as well as all the protection and insurance that I needed.Thank you so much Samantha for taking the time and giving such amazing customer service! I will be returning to your location for any further phone and Verizon needs!

I have been to this store several times for advise and accessories. Employees are always nice.Today went to inquire about new phone and met Maria who was very helpful. Cant wait for my new phone to arrive. She even found the case I wanted....so I went back with an unlocked phone and Maria and the new store manager were more than happy to put a new sim card and get the phone up and working and while I was there I got a basic Samsung tablet, they got that started as well. This was a superb customer service event. I highly recommend this particular authorized Verizon dealer.

I went here to see if I could switch the service for my iPhone5 to Verizon. Two different people at another place--a Verizon store--had brushed me off and told me it couldnt be done. The people here at GoWireless did it in about 5 mins. They are GREAT!!! Not only did they figure out my service, but they were friendly, professional, and didnt try to sell me anything I didnt want. They get my highest recommendation.

If you need a SIM card just order it from 611. These yahoos charge A LOT for an item provided free of charge to VZW customers. I cant completely bust their chops for trying to turn a buck but dang. My grandfather once said, You can make a living but you dont have to do it all off me!

Bad costumer service, the store manager DANIEL was very very rude... I was ready to take a video how of how bad he yelled at me in front of my 1 year old daughter just because he said I came in at 5:40 and it was almost time for him to go have a family dinner like I knew him..anyways he was so rude that I wish that the store owner would check the video camera and check his attitude. The reason I came in was because I bought my phone 2 weeks ago and it came with manufacturer damage, and I had already tried to change it 8 days before but another sales rep told me they didnt have the cell phone and to come back any time of the week, (the last day to make a change was yesterday Saturday 12/23) and it wasnt my intention to make it there 20 minutes before the closing time because on the website it said the store hours for Christmas Eve were from 9 am to 9 pm so I dont know why hes was acting very rude with me to the point that he made me cry and said to me yes feel bad I want you to feel bad because I have a dinner and now Im going to be late because you !!!! My daughter too was upset and started crying with me, but I told him I was going to take a video so he left right away, and he made another sales rep finish my transaction, I just wanted to say it wasnt nice I was very sensitive because I was in the hospital with my special need daughter for one week and that Saturday was the only day I could go to the store to switch a damaged manufacturer phone, and I explained to him please dont get mad with me if you guys need to close make a note on the system that way I can come back Monday but unfortunately it was my last day to make the switch.,,, I dont recommend that place just because they have a nasty manager and cant handle his job like a professional, thank you and hopefully he can change his attitude or change job.
