Manager was so rude for absolutely no reason!
NEVER BUY A PHONE FROM NETBOOK USA, THE PRESIDENT, OF CO. OREN WINER, AND EMPLOYEES DO NOT TAKE ANY INTEREST IF YOUR PHONE IS NOT WORKING. I HAVE BEEN A METRO USER FOR YEARS BUT NO MORE.AFTER BUYING A PHONE DECEMBER 1, 2020, THE EMPLOYEE APPLYIED A SCREEN PROTECTOR THAT I PAID $25.00 FOR. WITHIN 15 DAYS A SLIGHT DROP BROKE THE SCREEN AND THE SCREEN PROTECTOR. I WENT TO THE STORE 11362 STATE RD. 84, DAVIE FL 33325, EXPLAINED THE SITUATION, THE EMPLOYEES STARTED SPEAKING SPANISH AND SAID SORRY TO BAD.THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT NETBOOK USA, DAVIE, FLORIDA
Made a cash purchase for a usb cable on Monday. Returned the item Tuesday (unopened) (original packaging). They would not refund my money nor issue a credit.Sales receipt says returns are accepted. Watch out for companies like this...especially dont pay cash.
I walked in there wanting to purchase just a phone and the young lady who was working the counter very rudely told me they dont only sell cellphones. I asked if there was a reason, and she said that it was their policy. That I understood, I just didnt appreciate the attitude nor her facial expressions.
A young gentleman, Santiago is so professional, helpful, honest and caring. He makes each customer important. I drive all the way from downtown Ft. Lauderdale because of the kind of service he provides. He takes care of my friend and I with patience and no attitude. Thank you Santiago.

This store has to be the worst metropcs store I have ever been to. The customer service is terrible and the employees don’t act like they even care to help you. I would NOT Recommend this store to anyone.
2 young individuals working holding down the seats at window asked to make changes to my MetroPCS service I was charged to do so . But yet when I checked my metro app. later nothing had changed,so it cost me $5 to just get agitated, and no help. DONT GO THERE.
Dont go to this metro. Two people working and very slow and kinda rude. I walked in and there was only one person ahead of me. I went in to upgrade my phone, they had me fill out this tiny form that took less than a minute. While I was doing that someone else walked in and the associate took care of them while the other was still working with the other customer. So I waited, and waited, and waited. Then another customer walked in and they were helped before me. Then 5 more people walked in after me. And I was still waiting to be helped, instead just being ignored. When I finally was helped they were nice but the damage was already done. Wont be going back to that store for sure.
DONT waist your time going to this metro, worst metro around, girls that work there are rude and don’t ever want to help, “System is always down” they claim. Don’t understand why they work in a customer service / sales job if they have no customer service skills. Do yourself a favor and go to another metro cuz this one is just going to be a waiste of time and will having you wanting to switch from metro completely for the lack of service this store provides !

Excellent service, I came in looking for a new phone and the young lady, Alejandra, took care of me finding me a very good phone for a decent price, and I got it working quickly !I really recommend it !

This metro pcs is a store that does not want to return my money and they do not want to lose they told me that they accept the phone if it is damaged and in the receipt it says that they will refund the money to one with less than an hour to speak in good condition conditions they charged me $ 25.00 for a case and the case was worth 20.00 in the end they do what they want with the information of one they asked me my social security number I told them the last 4 numbers and they said no that they were all I told them I was trying to put the iPhone ID they told me that they did not know it was not on my other phone and when I went to the store she put it I told her not to put it I do not want the phone and she put it however she wants they do not want to lose they say that they follow the guide of the store but it is not so disappointing and I have been a subway customer for many years but I just got tired
