Just bought my first car! I bought a used 2016 Volkswagen with around 60,000 miles. Looks almost new, just a very few tiny details from last owner I guess, but nothing serious at all. I asked her to have someone confirm physically that the car was on the lot. Again she confirmed it was available.So I make the drive to the Hollywood location only to be told that the car was sold yesterday.The week before I called to verify availability on a different car and again Maria verified & confirmed it was available. Same thing……. Very poor customer service. We were told to wait for next sales person. Aftet an hour we watched him assist someone else. We talked to the manager and another sales person came to assist and asked if we could wait 5 minutes. After almost another hour of waiting, we watched him assist and help a customer who recently arrived. The same sales person had the audacity to ask us to get up from the computer we were looking while we wait so that he could assist the customer who came in after us. When I asked to speak to the manager i was told to again wait. This time i was so upset, we decided to leave.

Classic bait and switch. After reading other reviews, this seems like their business plan. You confirm the vehicle is there and then they tell you someone just put a deposit on it. I see the ad has been up for over 4 months! What bad luck on the day I come in...

BAIT AND SWITCH TACTICS. I waisted two hours of my time at this dealership. We agreed the price was $38,691 and when I was ready to sign they switched the price to $46,191. They said they added $7,500 because of the tires and lift package it came with. I would not recommend waiting your time here.

This people are awful, fake advertising, fake marketing, fake promotions, they lure you to their premises with fake prices, promotions and offers. and then when they already run your credit and everything the let you know the real price of the car. All their prices in their online listing are 20% discounted to make the consumer thinks thats the price, they also make a fake monthly calculation of what you would pay if putting 20% down payment, excluding taxes, title and registration (which is ok, normal) but when you ask to buy the car with 20% the price is not remotely near of what is advertised. I went for two cars, one at 12991$ and other at 13991$ but the real price were 16300$ and 17400$ respectively, in the website says 152$/mo and 182$/mo with 20% down, it ended up being 315$/mo and 329$ for 76 months. Twice as advertised.They also says over and over that they include a lifetime warranty as long as the car is yours, that is include on the price, but when they show you a break down of the price, they add another 2000$ for a extended warranty thats not optional, they enforce you to get it.They also says that they dont charge any dealer fee, but they charge two different fees, an inspection charge 995$ and a transportation fee 899$. So you pay an extra 1894$ for no dealer fee.They enforce you to get Gap insurance, which is not mandatory at 999$.At the end for those two used cars that I went to see they were going to sell it to me for 22000$ and 24000$. For that price you better get a new car from a respected dealer, that comes with 0 miles and factory warranty which is free, and you are not bound to any particular dealer since you can take your car to any authorize dealer for repairs.And they try to hide all those fees and get your monthly payments to what you want to pay by increasing the length of the loan.Awful awful people that should not be allowed to do business and scam working people out of their money.If youd like to check just ask them to sell you the car as advertised given 20% down, not even with 40% down youll get those monthly payments they advertised.

If I could give this dealership 0 stars I would. If it’s one thing they did right, they lived up to their name “Car Factory”. If you want to feel like you’re in a factory then this is the place for you. Firstly, whenever you call, they do not allow you to speak directly with the dealership. A woman answers the phone to route the call and was very rude. Secondly they advertised an Infiniti with low mileage for very good price. When I get there they told me the car was at the mechanic and tried to sell a similar car with more mileage for more money. I think the car was advertised at that low price just to bring in customers. I decided to get the car with the higher mileage and higher price because I was in the market for this particular car. I didn’t need a salesman to sell me a car. I was approved for financing through Capital One before arriving to the dealership. I sat their for hours and and George took me outside, told me my credit was bad and they would need $8,000 for a down payment. I was very confuse being that Capital One told me I was approved for $1,000 down. I provided them with the Capital One reference number so their job should only have been submit the deal to them. I left feeling defeated. I called Capital One and asked them why they denied me after being approved and they said that a dealer never submitted a credit application to them. The Car Factory ran my credit again without my consent. They used a bank that they deal with. Moral of the story is don’t be fooled by the low price. That’s just a ploy to get you in. I’m sure they work out something with the finance company by giving people higher interest rates so that they can recoup the money they’re losing from selling cars for lower prices. I went to lou bachrodt chevrolet and was treated with kindness and respect. My salesman there attended to me and only me the whole time. He used my Capital One approval and I was out of there in less than 2 hours with a newer SUV with low mileage. I only put $1000 down. Please whatever you do, don’t fall into The Car Factory’s trap. They are crooks!!!!

This place uses bait and switch tactics. They still have the vehicle posted for sale that on the website. However they dont have it its a deal too good to be true. If you go there theyll say they just sold it yesterday. Check the week later and the listing is still up and thats why they get this review. Check the Carfax on it and see what I mean. They put 20,000 miles on it since its been sold. No way they could put 20,000 miles on something just sold yesterday.

Do not buy here. They lie about final costs. Give you the paper to sign with the costs including taxes and then when all is said and done they take forever to send info to the bank so they can fudge numbers and you end up having to pay 5k more than what the car is worth. A monumental waste of my time. I researched the 2020 Volkswagen Tiguan for months. I was well aware of the market value and saw that this dealership had a 2020 with 25,000 miles listed at $15,500. There is a disclosure for dealer fees and tax, although their website mentions there are no dealer fees. We went test driving the car And completed financial documents after we were CLEAR with the sales person that the reason we came to the dealer was because of the price listed and that with zero down the payment should be around $250 per month with my credit score approving less than 6% interest rates. I wasn’t there to haggle, just buy. After two hours, the “financial manager” came in, didn’t mention anything other than the monthly payments being over $400. When I asked to understand why, he said that the price listed online was based on a 20% down payment and they were still dealer fees. It wasn’t listed and this is A SCAM. I don’t know in what world this dealership operates, but he said the price of the vehicle after those fees would be $19,000. The financial manager here was the reason I almost left before seeing the car because he had a terrible attitude and clearly that was a correct assumption. Possibly the worst bait and switch tastic‘s I’ve ever seen. Never go here !! I hope their sales person gets hired someone reputable because he was such a nice guy.

Even though it compares the sticker price to KBB to show what a great value, you have to click the disclaimer to see price is after 20% down payment. How does a business get away with this? I have not seen a more clear example of False Advertising.Also, I called three times to confirm the car I wanted to see would be here. I was confirmed when I asked over the phone, as well as when I texted. Once I got here, I was told its not here, its being repaired.

Hello guys. be very careful with this company. does not work honestly with its customers. I will tell my horror story that I am trying with this company. january i was looking for a car and i went to this agency and unfortunately i bought a car with him, at first they said i would pay 680.00 giving $ 11,000.00 a car that cost $ 31,000.00. I gave a value above 30%. Okay, I liked the car. the car would have several pendants to make, change the two front tires, a metallic part of the right passenger door, clean the seat belts are all dirty. but that is the least evil. I went to sign the bank documents, oddly enough, everything that agreed with the manager was not in the contract. value of R $ 680.00 and would only start paying 15/03/2021 (that was the value. R $ 680.00 agreed) In the contract it went up to R $ 701.00. Now they call me this week saying they have another contract from me, that the value of the 790.00 installments and that I would have to pay the first installment 2/15/2021 being that they only have one contract in hand. follow the photos of the contract I have and the car. if anyone can help me, because my english is basic, and they took advantage of it over me. Does anyone know where I can find a lawyer or some department that will solve this for me.

I first looked online at their selections and printed out the vehicles that interested me that were both in and out of my price range. When I went in, I dealt with a lady named Paula and she showed me each and every car I had on paper. I test drove two vehicles and settled on the second one.

I went to both car factory branches. The one in miami and the one in Hollywood. I 100% recommend the one in hollywood. Their customer service is top shelf and the place is alot less hectic during the day than the miami one.
