Went in to see Josh but was helped by Davin who was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to give good information and help pick the right car for me. Made the process easy. Went and worked with what I was able to afford. Was followed up with Daniel the finical manger who put the numbers in place to make payment easy. Too the time and didn’t rush to just make a sale. They were amazing. Thankful for them for getting me on the road.
Had a great experience with salesman Juan Carlos Schneider and finance Manager Daniel Pena.Not happy with sales manager. We waited for long periods of time waiting for him to go over numbers and give us an offer on our trade which can be done in minutes on the Car Fax site, and again later waiting for him to finalize deal and get everything ready to go to finance. Again getting loan approval these days takes minutes.While we were waiting we watched him socializing with other employees and drinking Cuban Coffee.We finally had to threaten to leave in order to get to finance and complete the deal.

He returned our call with positive news and made sure he would be able to provide exactly what we wanted. The entire process was easy, hassle free and enjoyable. It’s not often one can say that about buying a new, luxury car. Best Volvo dealership in South Florida. Only wished they did car pickup at your house for maintenance like Volvo Cars North Miami, and drop off a loaner in your driveway. But other than that, these guys are pretty much the best of the best.I have purchased 5 Volvos from Claudia, here at Weston Volvo since 2009, and she is the only reason I didnt purchase my new XC90 from the other dealership that offers to pick up your car in a tow truck at your home and drop off a loaner for scheduled and other maintenance appointments.Weston Volvo has great friendly service. I went with my dad for a test drive to get an idea for my first car. We were greeted quickly and helped out even without an appointment. Careful to leave your car here unless you want to have an accident.Brought my car for a simple oil change. Probably the most expensive oil change I ever paid for ($160), however, you always want to have it done by a “certified” place that knows the car. Big mistake. I left with my XC40 after the 2 hour oil change and inspection, got into the highway and 20 min later my car lost all the brake fluids. Managed to put the car in a complete stop which caused the car to not move at all.The car had to be towed to the dealership again. It comes out that the dealership admitted that during the inspection, the mechanic left the brake hose loose, causing the car to completely lose all the braking system. The negligence of the personnel of this dealership, specially from the service department, could get me killed.I’m never bringing my car ever again and if you are careful with your well-being and are reading this review, look somewhere else.

Worst costumer service I ever had on a leased vehicle. I own a 2021 volvo xc60 which has only been used for 6 month and with 3k miles a suspension bar broke due to a manufactured defect and the service department couldn’t even provide me with a loaner. The part alone takes 3 days to arrive, then there’s installation which is more of a delay. In the meantime thanks to their failed support to provide me a loaner so that I can move on with life… take my kids to school and go to work, i had to rent a car with out of pocket expenses of $500+ with today rental prices. Volvo not only failed to offer a solution to the loaner for a problem which was a manufactured defect, but didn’t even bother to provide me with a rental vehicle…. I guess that’s just how customer service works in Volvo. Very different scenario when they sell you the vehicle rest assure once my lease is done I will be leasing with another car brand that actually cares about its costumer service values.I think the dealers should stop selling their loaners or at least provide alternative solutions when a costumer comes with a vehicle that’s has a manufactured defect. It’s incredible how not one single person help us with this matter neither did one single person cared that we need a vehicle to go about our lives. I will be making a complaint to corporate as well.

Had at terrible experience with the service department ! It s outrageous! Hopefully it s just that agent and not the complete team !! Called to have the car checked as clearly something is wrong and I feel unsafe driving it moreover with my kids !! No appointment up to next Tuesday . If there is no light besides the tire pressure, nothing is urgent . It seems that the computer of the cars is super smart and knows more than me who is driving it !!
From the second I met Nikos, I knew this experience would be different. In all of my years of purchasing vehicles, I never had an experience that didnt suck. After 60 years of buying cars Weston Nissan is the best dealership experience I ever had. They actually put on paper what they fixed before putting truck on sale. The finance department is by far one of the most professional. And Jaime my sales person introduce me to all the people I dealt with. He also explained the whole process. I bought a used truck so I can only speak for that side of dealership. But everyone was friendly. All and all a great experience.
Im kind of difficult when it comes to buying a car. Once I decide on the make, model and options I want the process to be smooth and without the usual nonsense or back-and-forth. Service dept. would not honor a warranty repair for my 2019 XC-90. I have bought all the service packs, car still has all the coverages for 2+ years. Headlight filling with condensation after a rain, no external damage visible in the headlight itself or anywhere near it (car in pristine condition, never bumped into anything, not a scratch). Service manager admitted there is a crack in the back of the headlight encasing only visible if headlight is fully disassembled but still denied warranty coverage. So a cracked engine cylinder is not covered either?....stay away from this dealership, Volvo brand is misrepresented in Weston.

Well, its all the same when it comes to experiences at dealer no change. Sales manager at Weston Volvo Luis Sotillo promised to call with any update on a deal that we had in the works. Never got a call back or email as he promised. For $250.00 difference, missed out on a sale. Had us there for 3hrs. With the same back and forth you would expect at a dealer.

One star is being generous. I was a loyal customer for Volvo for the past 3 years leasing two vehicles from them. They special ordered me an S 90 R in December. They were dishonest from the very beginning giving me a delivery date they knew was false. The only reason we decided to trade one of the leases in was for the promised Mile forgiveness and last three payments. The car finally arrived I was told by the sales person Claudia as well as her manager Guillermo that now I needed to pay for the over mileage. There was no proof of me ever agreeing to this but of course it was in her hand written notes. They were dishonest from the very beginning of this transaction so I no longer wanted to move forward with the deal. I went to BMW in Pembroke Pines and the service was impeccable. I am very disappointed in Volvo as a whole as well as my sales person Claudia. I will never do business with Volvo again nor suggest anyone use Weston Volvo.

The sales team here is wildly disorganized and a total mess internally with nobody able to take accountability for anything.We went to sell our leased Volvo back after chatting with an internet sale rep. The sales rep confirmed multiple times and even sent us an email saying they would buy it back. We get to the dealer and the sales manager says they cant buy it unless we buy another volvo and that it was a rule put in place last month by Volvo and not them.We showed him the email and then he changes the story to say they changed last week. And then he changes the story again to say that it was changed 2 days ago.We asked why the internet sales girl sent us the email and he said that the internet sales manager was on vacation so nobody knew of the changes (seriously cant make this stuff up). After a long back and forth and the sales manager saying its all Volvo and not him (which you are a Volvo franchise so you technically are Volvo) we asked to have the main manager give us a call and three weeks later still no call.And then the kicker, the next day the internet sales girl calls to see if we made out ok and if we sold the car back. We asked if they ever talk internally. She said all the time and they dont sit far from each other. We were in absolute amazement.Long story long, dont go here. They are absolutely run like trash. If you want a Volvo go to the coral springs store.

Vinnie, our salesman was professional and knowledgeable and the Starbucks Coffee is a nice treat! We also appreciated looking at cars in the parking structure, out of the rain and heat. I bought a CPO 2020 Volvo S60 T6 Momentum from Juan Schneider. Due to living about an hour away, I had some inquiries regarding the car and was promptly put in contact with Juan who answered my questions. I was in the area looking at another car, and was able to schedule a test drive within 20 minutes with no notice. Juan was very informative and was not trying to give me the hard-sell.After about a week of investigating other cars, Juan gave me a call and we made a deal. Plus: Juan was not calling me every hour of every day like some dealerships do, which I definitely appreciate.The car drives and looks great, and was indeed a step-up technology-wise compared with the used 2018 BMW 530is I was looking it. Only wish it had the advanced package with auto pilot! The AWD is a nice plus in the rain. The dealership itself is immaculate.Just make sure to factor in their dealership fees, they are a bit higher than some, and definitely higher if your frame of reference is a state that caps them.

Walking into a dealership has sometimes been a hassle for my wife and I, we do not like a pushy salesman and that has been always a turnoff, however the experience we had recently at Weston Volvo was absolutely amazing! Our salesman Juan was such a breeze of fresh air, he was a pleasure to work with and we never felt rushed or push into making a decision right away. We will most definitely recommend him to family and friends. Overall we are very happy!

It was a streamlined and pleasant experience! I needed to replace my old car that was considered totaled when someone rear-ended me. I was matched the salesman Mark Mirand. Hes a thoroughly reputable, knowledgeable, and friendly salesperson!I wound up with a beautiful new Nissan Sentra. Although we couldve closed the deal in one day, I have a habit of sleeping on any major purchases. The following day Mark had my new car cleaned, my old plate transferred and mounted, with the financing wrapped up in less than 2 hours. Im completely satisfied!!!

The internet sales woman, Camilla, does nothing but harass me. Ive asked her multiple times to stop texting, calling and emailing me. She told me her boss makes her do this. A week after this conversation, she is STILL calling me NO WONDER NO ONE WANTS TO BUY FROM A DEALER ANYMORE. I place one query about a used vehicle and get harassed for three weeks counting. Stop harassing me, take me off your list and fire the manager who thinks this is a good way to do business. I will never buy from a dealership that does this.

Thiaz Fernandez, the finance manager, efficiently guided us through the leasing process and we were out of there in a snap. We love our new car and couldnt be happier with Weston Volvo!
Ended up going to Weston Volvo/Nissan because they were actually the only dealership to have the exact vehicle that I wanted with all the specific features that I wanted! Tony provided excellent service and was great throughout the whole process, making sure that if I had any questions or concerns they were addressed or I had his contact information to call any time. Also followed up with me afterwards. Would highly recommend!
