Friendly and helpful staff. Volvo has a new way of leasing a car named Care by Volvo which allows the customer to subscribe to a sedan or SUV (XC-40) and they will take care of maintenance, insurance, and delivery. You will be able to switch cars in one year or buy the car in two.

This is the absolute worst car dealership I have ever visited, the manager himself was rude, not helpful, & not customer friendly. Went in on a Saturday and was told we needed an appointment on the weekends because they are not properly staffed. I think this dealership is biased and profiling customers they believe are more likely to be their best interest. HOWEVER we did go to Pembroke Pines and they handled everything with ease, they need to educate the Weston location how to staff a dealership on weekends and handle customers accordingly.

They have good service, but the prices they quote for tires plus installation is way too high. For the same tires and service that I got at Tire Hut of Fort Lauderdale for $503, including taxes, they quoted me $717.
