Not as big as other Publix by me smaller inventory. Usually Publix stocks based on the demographics around it. Still just like every Publix great service

This specific Publix is horrible only one person working at the deli so if their making sandwiches their is nobody to help you. Their really slow. The cashier’s are screwy ringing up things up wrong. They alway run out or don’t have what is on their advertisement. Employee don’t know their products. Half the time don’t know what I’m talking about or asking for.

There was a woman working the deli yesterday around 3pm and she was very helpful and made the best subs Ive ever had from any publix ever.

I love this spot! Great prices with a drive through window so you dont even need to get out of the car!

Trying to buy a quick meal, but the employee was using his hands for chicken fingers, he dropped the potatoes and put it in my meal container. He was wearing gloves but he was touching everything else then grabbing my food. Absolutely disgusting. This employee shouldnt be working at the kitchen.. I left with no food.

Poor service at your costumer service counter. Although one of your employees was ready to take care of me, her coworker cut her off and denied me the service. I know that this is not promise service. Truly disappointed that you would chose these woman to represent your company.

I usually go in there twice a week and order a chicken tender sub. Yesterday the little short guy with a beard and glasses wasnt very neat with his preparing. Hes probably new but I dont think I will order anything if hes preparing. Just weird over all and unprofessional! Yesterday wasnt the first time he done that so I wont order anything if hes there!

Small store. Clean. Probably the most well stocked store for a publix.

This rating is strictly for the online sub ordering. We order frequently and the last 2 times have been beyond disappointing. About 3 weeks ago we ordered online and when we got there at the appointed time subs were not ready. I realize that they do get busy and overwhelmed but that does not excuse rudeness. About 20 minutes or more of waiting we got our subs got them home 2 of the 4 were wrong. The next morning I spoke to the store manager took care of us and I thank him for his courtesy and understanding. However, Yesterday we ordered again and once again subs were not ready. People in the ordering line were taken care of before the online orders were done. Again 25 minutes later we had our subs and when we got home they were not correct. Very disappointed and annoyed

Great store with fantastic people. Shop there almost every day.

The employees are very friendly much nicer than the Publix in Country Isles and the prices are a bit cheaper. I live an equal distance between both and my choice is Shenandoah

My hat goes off to the ladies at the customer service desk this morning around 8 am. They went above and beyond to help and have never felt such amazing customer service in all my years dealing with different retailers and stores. I apologise for not remembering the customer service girls names but all three of them went above and beyond my expectation of what customer service should be. Now I know why Publix where shopping is a pleasure comes from. Keep up the amazing job ladies

Love the few cashiers I always go to. Robert in customer service seems to have a chip on his shoulder most days but he even has his moments. I know he hates me cause I use to coupon. Lol

This is not my regular store but from now on will be! I was there late after a loooong day at work, and it was almost closing time for them BUT I was amazed by the friendly attitude of everyone. Jose, made a las time sandwich for me at the deli, like it was opening time instead of closing. Smiling and with an awesome customer service! Then, looking for a single chocolate cake a very nice lady that reminded me of my sweet grandmother guided me with a beautiful smile to the cake. The cashier smiled at me and even apologized for the time in line (they were closing) I cant described the amazing experience that I had at this Publix... definitely is the place where shopping is a pleasure thank you everyone 🙂

The ladys restroom needed cleaning, other than that the associates were very helpful and very nice, I needed help to my car!

It is our home store. We know where a lot of things are, but the big plus is we know a lot of the help.

Even among Publix stores, this is particularly clean, well organized, and staffed with helpful, friendly workers. Quite impressed.

What a shame I have not had this happen my whole life and to be in a pandemic your trust is very sensitive, I went in on Sunday and bought 3 boxs of mixed fried chicken box and when to a park on a Sunday and tried to have a family weekend to find out everyone that ate the chicken we got from publixWas food poison and next day to be vomiting the entire day when to Er, and doctors said it was the chicken we got and gave us a stomach virus, first and last time at this location.

Went to publix pharmacy, it was magical, customer service is out of planet earth. The pharmacy staff is PERFECTION have the Flu vaccine and Shingles vaccine, l go 6 miles out of my way to go to publix in Shenandoah plaza, service is heavenly .

He walked up to us and asked if we needed any help but we were okay, than he quickly noticed we had our hands full without a cart and he happily offered to get us something right away without any hesitation. I moved to Davie about a year ago and have been going to this Publix for sometimes. Decided to give them a good review because the employees there are kind and never had any problems with any of their food or service. Every time I go there I will get a box of the Hot and Spicy wings. They are the best and I never have to wait for it. I went to some other Publix near my house there is always a wait time on the Hot and Spicy chickens. I also go to their bakery a lot, they have tasty desserts but I also go to a French place called Croissant Times and they have great desserts too. (Just wanted to recommend that place) Keep up the good work!

This Publix is by far the best that i have visited. The staff is aways pleasant and willing to go beyond a above to help you. The have the best front end service. Expensive produce and in general

Horrible company. Horrible service. Never fails every time I go it there. They refuse to work and do anything. They are a disgrace of a location and I wish they would shut DOWN this location. I avoid it at ALL COST despite its in my back porch and I live seconds from here. Rude reps in the deli to put it lightly.

I go to this Publix all the time, day or night. The market is always clean and the shelves are always fully stocked. They have some of the best produce I have found in any market; even the super pricey ones. The people are always very friendly and always help me find something when I dont know where it is. Also, the check out people are great and the lines always move very quickly. Great place for groceries!

My apology for expecting service. Heck, Ive seen all those really cute commercials with all the helpful Publix employees. I have even enjoyed shopping at Publix all over the state. But having been in this one before, I should know better. Yet I foolishly went to this Publix again, only to get a prescription filled. Once inside I thought why not pick up a few things. So I grabbed one item and headed to the cashier and found that there were two regular lines opened, each with three customers with full carts, and the express lane with about 11 people waiting. Now the reason for so many in the express lane were those with about 20 items who had gotten feed up waiting for a regular lane to open and help move the customers along.But I have to say the thing I thought said the most for this store was one young cashier came out from behind the customer counter hurried along to open a lane and assist a customer. So I went to that lane and she looked at me and said Im Closed. What I replied. Closed she said. I looked over at the customer counter, still havent figured out why they call it that, and three older individuals with nice button shirts and words like manager and assistant manager on their name tags looked at me and mouthed she is closed. I guess this was a relative of the manager.I took my one item and left it on the customer counter (joke) and left.
